Third Culture Kitchen is a Titusville GEM! I've been going here since 2023 and the quality and service have been consistent and exceptional every time. The menu is huge and each dish is so flavorful and delicious. They also have the best chips and queso in town. My only complaint is that I wish they would give you a better dip to chip ratio! We ordered vegetarian Vietnamese-style crispy spring rolls, crab rangoons, and a fried chicken and bulgogi bao buns. Both bao buns were needing more sauce, but very good. The crab rangoons were great, but the spring rolls were terrible. They tasted frozen and they had a layer of mushy shell inside the outside crispy shell. Besides everything feeling like shrink-flation and getting smaller each time (fried cheese order quite small and piña colada drink was 4-5 sips of liquid in a full glass of ice) I just got served chicken instead of tofu. I ordered the sticky garlic tofu bowl (server didn't write it down) and didn't realize until after biting into it that it was chicken. When I asked the server what it was she said chicken so clearly her mistake, not the kitchen. She said she would remake it with tofu but then came back a few minutes later and said they were out of tofu. Okay. It's in like 7 of your dishes but okay. They made it with avocado instead but also forgot 3 ingredients (green onions, fried shallots, and cilantro). My husband finished eating his meal by the time mine arrived so he watched me eat. My only complaint was that when I drove up on the restaraunt I did a circle because I could not tell it was open from the outside. When chicken salad Chick nixed their chicken poblano soup it was a sad day for me but this place did not disappoint in the soup department other than the fact that they are so far away from where I live. The Bao buns are full of flavor and so is their salsa. The restaurant is small and intimate but casual. I finally stopped by Third Culture Kitchen, a place I've passed countless times in my neighborhood, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the Baja shrimp taco, a cup of creamy poblano soup, teriyaki veggies, corn slaw, and the black beans and rice--mostly to get a sense of portion sizes and flavors since it was my first visit. The Baja shrimp taco was the standout. The flavor was excellent, and the cool, crunchy slaw paired perfectly with the shrimp. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The portion sizes were solid; for lunch, I can easily see that one taco with a side would be more than enough. I also appreciated how many vegan options they offer--it's great to see a menu with so much variety and flexibility. The restaurant itself is cozy and inviting, with a friendly ambiance and artsy, metro-style decor that makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The only small downside was that some of my items weren't quite warm enough, but it didn't take away much from the overall experience. One weekend we did a bit of exploration in Titusville, and were looking for a nearby lunch spot. Third Culture Kitchen is what we chose and we were not disappointed. They have a wide variety of food here in Latin and Asian fusion type options. With that they have fun mixed drinks in a cool modern vibrant setting. We sat in the back corner. What makes this four stars is the ventilation system. It's not very good and I can smell the food and smoke and it was a bit too strong and even stung my eyes. I don't know if anyone had that issue sitting in a different space, but I could definitely tell. Once our food finally came out, I forgot about all of that. We both enjoyed our food a lot and were quite impressed. I loved my korean bbq shrimp bao buns and fried green beans. I even had to get bao buns elsewhere after that lunch. They didn't measure up to this one. My hubby enjoyed his chicken chimichanga with queso. He was impressed they had quite a bit of tasty chicken rather than rice. Unfortunately, there was a table of four people two tables down from us and then all of a sudden some guy walks in with little dog on a 6 or 8 ft leash and joins them . He lifted the dog to the table and then moved a chair so that the dog could sit on it. I have two dogs and would never consider taking them inside a restaurant . There's outside seating and if he wanted to sit out there with his dog then so be it . But there is not a restaurant in town that should allow customers to bring in dogs. I brought it to the attention of the person at the bar and he did say that he would bring it up to his manager because he was unaware and hadn't seen this guy bringing his dog inside . As soon as we were able , we got up and left . We won't be back . That man should have been told immediately by the wait staff or the manager that dogs were permitted outside but not inside the restaurant . With the length of the leash and the dog out of control a waiter or waitress walking by with a tray of food could have easily tripped over it.
