The chorizo was a letdown for me -- it had a pasty consistency, almost like refried beans, and was heavy on potatoes, which wasn't what I was hoping for. I also tried a hard shell pastor supreme, expecting an authentic house-fried tortilla, but it reminded me more of what you'd get at Taco Bell. My husband went with carne asada, chicharrón, and chicken. The carne asada was juicy but the flavor just didn't hit the way I expected. The chicken was good but came shredded. The chicharrón had solid flavor -- I just personally struggle with the texture, though that one's on me since I knew going in! One thing all the tacos had in common: the meat portions felt too small for the size of the tortillas. Personally, I wouldn't classify this as truly authentic Mexican, but that's just my palate. Our server highly recommended the Barbacoa and that was the highlight of everything. Chimichanga was delish. Tacos were flavorful. The pastor and asada seemed a bit tough, but the barbacoa was tender and super flavorful. Next time I will definitely order 3 barbacoa tacos with the green salsa. I did feel like it was a bit expensive for what you got though. I would be more apt to eat there often if I could order just 3 street tacos at $3/piece or so with no rice and beans.

There were kids running up and down the isles that were part of a birthday party we were told was in the back part of the restaurant. There were multiple children running up and down the aisles during our entire 1.5 hour visit. Our server told us the supervisor said they had told this party multiple times that this was unacceptable and that the children needed to stop. It did not, until finally all of the parents left with their children and the party ended. My mother in her 70s was ran into by some of the kids and they just laughed. We witnessed six other elderly people with impaired gait almost being knocked down in this establishment by these children, running up and down the aisle. We witnessed it as they were coming into the restaurant and as well, as they were leaving and saw that these elderly people were also in the handicap spots and children running all over in the parking lot around them . Our server said a few of the children had ran into her, and that the supervisor had again told them and their parents to stop but there was no resolution until the party ended. So all of the people in the restaurant were exposed to this dangerous unruly behavior. We witnessed when the children were told to stop running their aggressive and some unwillingness to comply by continuing to behave in this manner.
