It is tough to find parking nearby for a quick pick up. We parked around the corner. When I walked in there were two customers ahead of me. It seemed to take quite of bit of time to get everyone taken care of. While I was waiting for my order, a lot of previous customers walked up and seemed a little confused on whether or not they needed to take a number for their order or if their order was ready. I had only gotten a shake, so it was done fairly quick and the employee I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it seemed a bit chaotic. read more

Unfortunately my experience was poor today. My greatest area of concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The condiment containers had green mold growing on them from old food smears that haven't been cleaned off in weeks. White/green mold takes a couple days to pop up and it was fluffy. Just goes to show they don't wipe them down. I didn't even take a picture because it grossed me out so much. The tables and chairs also didn't appear to be wiped down well. Service wasn't great. They only had one person ringing people up and bringing out food. Saturday at lunchtime is kind of busy. They should have had at least one more person up front. The employee was friendly and did her best. The issue was just that they seemed under staffed. I got the CEO burger and truffle fries. My food was good. Despite the mold in the restaurant, I still wanted to eat it since I spent $26.00 on a single meal. The fries were hot and crisp. The burger was flavorful. Their to-go packaging was actually really nice. This place would still be one of my favorite locations if they could do a deep clean. In the future, I'll stick with the Longwood location. read more

First time visit. Customer service top tier. Cashier was talkative and informative & food was fresh. I was surprised with how fresh my burger tasted. Cheesy, moist and flavorful. The restaurant was pretty dead, but it was a Thursday night so it's not abnormal. It was clean, music was good. Enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. We had the best experience here. Not only did we meet the General Manager who helped me decide what I can eat having a soy allergy. So very helpful. Then Morgan who took our order brought our food to our table with the kindest and helpful disposition. We found out today is her first day--you'd never know it. Food was mid. Service was awful. Had to wait for Cassidy to realize we were standing in front of her to order. After food was waiting, she was socializing instead of grabbing the food that was waiting on the counter to be taken out. When we got our food fries were cold, and the chicken was sitting on top of the garlic toast. Chicken got soggy fast and was not as good as old chicken. Super greasy. Burger was okay though. We were served kids burgers instead of the regular bigger ones that we order. when trying to get our order fixed they just added lettuce and tomato and gave it back to us, the same cold ones they took a long time to serve. Burgerfi is going through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. After my meal this evening, it doesn't shock me at all. First, two burgers and a large fry was $38, which seems rather insane to me, but I guess that's how everything is nowadays. But for my $38, I deserve a kickass meal don't I? I would think so. This meal was a takeout meal, and it was prepared promptly, ready at the time scheduled by the app. In fact it was a few minutes early. So my wife and I busted into the fries as soon as we hit the car, but the fries were lukewarm at best and tasted like they had been sitting under a heatlamp for hours. Not good, especially for 9 dollars. If I had paid one dollar for them, I still would have felt ripped off. When we got home, the burgers were still hot, thank goodness. My burger was good, beef, cheese, and bacon were all good. Same with my wife's, she was happy. But damn, those fries were lame. There are plenty of better options if you are going to drop that much on a burger. I probably could have gone to the Tap Room at Dubsdread and gotten a burger for the same price. I'm certain their fries would have been better. And if Culvers was closer, that would have been my first choice. Pretty average burgers that are smaller than you think they should be for a fast food burger joint that charges the prices they do. Their burger size reminds me of the value meal at a Wendy's, BK or McD. However their quality is better. To get fries and a regular burger with a drink is about $16. They have a lot of fries to chose from. And the calories are well above any of the burgers so if you are hungry definitely go the fry route. Place has limited ambiance and all seats are hard surface. They have inside and outside tables. You pick your own spot and they bring it out to you. Soda is Coke products in the fancy mix machine that allows you to select multiple flavors. It also dispenses Power Ade. Care of the tables and trash is a little lacking. We wiped our table down and the trash was overflowing but changed while we ate. This location is right on the border with Rollins College across from their stadium. An easy walk from the Winter Park shops next to the train station. Parking can be limited but there is a large parking garage abput a block away (same side of the street). Service was pretty friendly for this type establishment. I would give them four stars if their burgers were larger. Those with an appetite should get the twin patty, which adds about $3. They have vegan and vegetarian options too. read more

A few weeks ago I was at the store in Windermere (4750 The Grove Drive, Suite 104, Windermere, FL 34786) and bought a BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER COMBO, but the fries were raw and not crispy (as shown on the menu and in the internal advertisements). I asked for a new portion and it was the same thing. I ate as many as I could and complained to the manager who was arrogant, rude, and didn't bother to resolve the problem. Came in for late lunch. I intended to get a CEO burger which is their wagu beef burger - consistently delicious. As I prepared to order I realized I had never tried the chicken sandwich, so I dove in. Add on white cheddar and bacon. Fries and a black and white shake rounded out the order. No disappointment. As good as always. So juicy. Every bite required a new napkin. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I forgot to order the bacon initially and they just comp'd it. Sometimes you can't capture the magic again...at least not with a chain. We arrived right after opening. Ordered our food and sat down...social distancing was adhered too. Food came out and it was good until we noticed no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was good once we got it but it kind of ruined the experience..... Might think two stars are harsh but it was an obvious inconvenience to get us the bacon. Best burger around! There's so many options and I have loved everything I ever got. It's nice enough to go for a family dinner or work meeting but casual enough for a quick bite. The conflicted burger is unreal, my kids love the Hot Dogs and grilled cheese and bacon burger and I love anything with the crispy or grilled onions. Burgerfi has some of the freshest, juiciest, tasty burgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes on the planet! They do cost more than your average burger place, but with fresh cut fries, hand breaded onion rings and made to order burgers you taste the difference! When we ate here a few says ago everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The housemade garlic aioli, ranch, and truffle aioli kick the fries up a notch! I HD the banana churro shake and it's life changing! Fresh chunks of banana and a warm churro are a match made in heaven! Now, I have to say the visit here was perfect until I went to the restroom which was about as dirty as a port-a-potty during Mardi Gras in New Orleans. It was pretty dirty. Also, when I ordered the shake I asked to get it after my meal and they made it with the meal anyway andthen ut it in the freezer so the churros were cold. Not a big deal, just not what I asked for. They couldn't have picked a better location. Right on Park ave so you can stop by while you're shopping, or like us, we stopped for lunch during our bike ride. It's situated in such a way that you can safely and comfortably leave your bike and walk inside and get something to eat. People with dogs are also welcome to dine outside. I'm a big fan of their house made veggie burger, and their fries are delicious. This is a great option if you prefer to not do any of the sit down wait restaurants.
