Ordered ahead, great bogo deal online. I got there in 10 minutes and I saw it sitting on the counter. However, there was no attendant at the counter and I had to wait a good 3-4 minutes. The food is always good and I'll continue to be back because of the consistency and quality but I was disappointed by the service today.

Newer spot to this area for the chain itself, and happy to have it around. I'm a burger fan, and usually smash burgers aren't my go to but this place makes them great! We went in for a recent fundraiser event for my child's school. Registers were available for self serve or cashier if you wanted one. We opted for self checkout and it was easy to order from the kiosk. We got the double smash cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and the kids chicken nuggets meal. We also got a couple of milkshakes. Food is made fresh to order, so a small wait might happen, but it's worth it. Food came out exactly as ordered and tasted great. I particularly liked the seasoning on the burger. Overall: A A great newer addition to the area; friendly staff, good food!

Today is Thursday, January 15, 2026 and the newest location of the New York based chain officially had their ribbon cutting and welcomed their first guests. But what's even better than celebrating with a burger and fries is knowing that one dollar of each hamburger or chicken sandwich purchased during the grand opening festivities will be going to the Second Harvest Food Bank...a nonprofit organization working to end hunger in the Central Florida region. Good food and good vibes can't be beat! Which brings me to the latest Shack Shack to make its mark in the City Beautiful. The restaurant is located in the Colonial Town District of Orlando in a building which formerly housed a Pei Wei. I hadn't had a burger in some time so I decided, calories be damned, and went for the SmokeShack Burger with a Double Patty. An Angus Beef Cheeseburger with Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Chopped Cherry Peppers their Signature ShackSauce, and served on a toasted Potato Bun. It was smoky, savory, with a little bit of spice. YUM! Paired with a side of crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, the flavors had my mouth doing a happy dance! And of course, with grand openings it's all about the swag. Today's haul included goodies from the Second Harvest Food Bank along with a Shake Shack tote bag and a $5.00 gift card. NICE! Keep up the great work Shake Shack and I'll definitely see you soon...the gift card expires in 30 days and I don't like wasting free money!

Finally checking out this location for shake shack and was pleased with how easy it was to get in and out of there. There are kiosks right as you walk in the door (4 to be exact) - grab a number and have a seat after you order. They will bring you your order when it's ready. The burger was very good. And the fries were also pretty good. I think the burgers price point was a little high for the quality but it was still a good burger if you're craving one. I did like that they will come to your table and get you drink refills if you need them. That was nice.

We stop at Shake shack we want a quick burger that's good and there's a very well made. Customer service is OK. It's it's self service You go to a kiosk to make your order and they bring it to you so that's about it. There is no real ambience. It's just a very clean store and the table is very well maintained and clean. What more can you ask for.

This location is new, and I'm excited to have one closer to my house! That being said, while the service was excellent, it is a smaller location so not as much seating as some of the other locations. My biggest issue is that lately, the burgers have been overdone. My food was good, but given that it's kinda pricey, I haven't enjoyed that the last two burgers I've gotten have been a little overcooked.

Really liked the thin patty and soft bun on the burger, and the cheese was nice and melted. The plant style fries are super yummy, even reheated- could do with more sauce imo. The buffalo chicken sandwich was good, I think it would be even better with some plantees sauce. Chicken tenders were good and the bbq sauce was sweet. The shake was delicious and had the perfect ratio of Oreo and vanilla. Will be back next time I'm in Orlando! Service was fast and workers were friendly. The music was great and added to the overall vibe. Not to mention, it's in a artsy side of town which I love.

Cozy little vibe, like you were in some sort of diner from the 90's. No employee interaction, unfortunately. Just kiosks in a room and a window for orders to be put in. The food itself was fine. It was a nice little burger. Huge bun. Some vegan cheese, some sauce, made for a tasty bite. There are better vegan burgers in town, but if you're in the area, you won't be displeased here.

The tacos are packed with flavor, the portions are solid, and everything tastes fresh and made to order. The Korean beef taco and butter chicken taco were probably my favorites, but honestly even the sides and sauces stood out. The atmosphere has a cool laid back Orlando vibe and it's one of those places that feels unique compared to the usual taco spots around town. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the prices felt fair considering how much food you get. It's also a great late-night option when most places around the area are already slowing down. Definitely one of the more underrated spots in Orlando if you want something different from traditional tacos. Perfect place to bring friends because there's enough variety on the menu for everyone to find something they like.

Unfortunately, though, our experience was less than pleasant. The guy working was nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, about a third of the menu was unavailable. He explained that they were in the process of changing the menu, but it was still disappointing since several of the unavailable items were actually the reason we decided to stop in. We ended up ordering a Philly cheesesteak, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and a plain burger. The food was perfectly okay -- nothing particularly wrong with it, but nothing that stood out either. Unfortunately, there were several other little issues that added up. The soda machine seemed to be off, and the Coke tasted very strange. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner, with crumbs and other debris in the booths. The food came in little baskets without silverware, which is understandable given the type of food, but every napkin dispenser we checked was empty, so there wasn't even a convenient way to wipe your hands. The bathrooms also had no soap or paper towels, which was especially disappointing. Overall, the food was edible and the employee was friendly, but the combination of the limited menu, cleanliness issues, empty napkin dispensers, and lack of bathroom supplies made this a pretty inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Hopefully some of these things were simply due to them being in the middle of a menu transition, but based on our visit, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

It was super packed when we came in for dinner on a Friday night, but the bar area had all open seating so we sat there. We started off with our cocktails and some spam musubi. The regular spam musubi is delicious, but the fried spam musubi is out of this world! The Hō'āhi Rita was deliciously spicy and perfect for my fiancé's taste. The Koa & Kane was a very spirit forward rum drink that was right up my alley! I honestly would try every cocktail if I could. Another beverage I got was the POG juice with vodka added for $12. It was dangerously good. My fiancé and I both order a Mix Plate with varying options (pick 2 proteins and 2 sides). Collectively, we tried the kalua pork, shoyu chicken, shoyu ahi, and spicy ahi proteins with mac salad and spam fried rice. The spam fried rice and the shoyu chicken was our fav combo! The chicken was so soft and deliciously marinated. The ahi tuna tasted like any other ahi tuna you would get at any nearby poke spot, but the chicken and pork were out fantastic! I would have the kalua pork in their sandwich next time instead of as a protein in their mix plate. I absolutely do want to come back here! Well, I could be talked into more of the Kailua pork and cabbage too, it's hard to make at home. I paid the required 3% surcharge for the back of kitchen and my adddd my standard 20% tip, because the total was still reasonable. But I would have maybe cut back the tip to 15-17% if it had been more costly of a meal. If this becomes a restaurant trend, I will do this for sure.
