    Burger and fries

Finally checking out this location for shake shack and was pleased with how easy it was to get in and out of there. There are kiosks right as you walk in the door (4 to be exact) - grab a number and have a seat after you order. They will bring you your order when it's ready. The burger was very good. And the fries were also pretty good. I think the burgers price point was a little high for the quality but it was still a good burger if you're craving one. I did like that they will come to your table and get you drink refills if you need them. That was nice.

We stop at Shake shack we want a quick burger that's good and there's a very well made. Customer service is OK. It's it's self service You go to a kiosk to make your order and they bring it to you so that's about it. There is no real ambience. It's just a very clean store and the table is very well maintained and clean. What more can you ask for.

This location is new, and I'm excited to have one closer to my house! That being said, while the service was excellent, it is a smaller location so not as much seating as some of the other locations. My biggest issue is that lately, the burgers have been overdone. My food was good, but given that it's kinda pricey, I haven't enjoyed that the last two burgers I've gotten have been a little overcooked.

Today is Thursday, January 15, 2026 and the newest location of the New York based chain officially had their ribbon cutting and welcomed their first guests. But what's even better than celebrating with a burger and fries is knowing that one dollar of each hamburger or chicken sandwich purchased during the grand opening festivities will be going to the Second Harvest Food Bank...a nonprofit organization working to end hunger in the Central Florida region. Good food and good vibes can't be beat! Which brings me to the latest Shack Shack to make its mark in the City Beautiful. The restaurant is located in the Colonial Town District of Orlando in a building which formerly housed a Pei Wei. I hadn't had a burger in some time so I decided, calories be damned, and went for the SmokeShack Burger with a Double Patty. An Angus Beef Cheeseburger with Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Chopped Cherry Peppers their Signature ShackSauce, and served on a toasted Potato Bun. It was smoky, savory, with a little bit of spice. YUM! Paired with a side of crispy Crinkle Cut Fries, the flavors had my mouth doing a happy dance! And of course, with grand openings it's all about the swag. Today's haul included goodies from the Second Harvest Food Bank along with a Shake Shack tote bag and a $5.00 gift card. NICE! Keep up the great work Shake Shack and I'll definitely see you soon...the gift card expires in 30 days and I don't like wasting free money!

We tried the Hogzilla, Glen Rhee, Firecracker Shrimp, and Cuban - we did a 3 bao combo for $15 and an à la carte bao for $5.50. The combo is a no brainer if you want a satisfying meal for 1 or a snack for 2, since it comes with a fountain drink while the baos are discounted 50 cents each. As we were a party of 2 , we went with 4 baos so 2 baos per person and it was a nice snack. The hogzilla is the pork belly which is decent - a bit on the saltier side but all the ingredients meshed well. The Glen Rhee is Korean beef which was a bit dry. Despite glowing reviews, I was a bit disappointed Firecracker shrimp was amazing. 4 pieces in the bao so definitely overflowing with shrimp, and the sauce that comes with it is filling and satisfying Cuban is their seasonal and has pork and chicharron. I was hoping there was a crunch from the chicharron but at least there was ample flavor - a reinvention of the Cuban sandwich This place is fast casual so you mostly seat yourself and bus your own table, fill your water, and grab your utensils and napkins. We were in and out within 30 minutes

The beef in the Glen Rhee a little dry, but still tasty. I'd try a different Bao next time. The tots are crispy and tossed in a truffle sauce with cheese and chives. I parked in the lot behind the building, not sure if I should have, but it worked out for a quick pickup order. The vibe is casual, not a place you'd necessarily plan for a date night, and had limited seating.

I ordered the Big version of the Prime Beef sandwich thinking I'd take half home for leftovers. Unfortunately the 1st have was so darn delicious, I ate the 2nd half. So glad to see a toasted sub place again. The wife ordered same sub - original size, and loved it too. We will definitely be back again and again to try different options.

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. The tacos are packed with flavor, the portions are solid, and everything tastes fresh and made to order. The Korean beef taco and butter chicken taco were probably my favorites, but honestly even the sides and sauces stood out. The atmosphere has a cool laid back Orlando vibe and it's one of those places that feels unique compared to the usual taco spots around town. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the prices felt fair considering how much food you get. It's also a great late-night option when most places around the area are already slowing down. Definitely one of the more underrated spots in Orlando if you want something different from traditional tacos. Perfect place to bring friends because there's enough variety on the menu for everyone to find something they like.
