What a great place! The concept is simply marvelous. The decor is hipster cool and the restaurant itself is in the fabulous winter park area. While I am not a fan of the parmesan french fries everything else is superb! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and all had smiles on their faces. Almost a year ago, I was lamenting the sad state of french fries at BurgerFi. I was contacted by management soon afterward, telling me that my feedback was helpful and that they'd be taking a look at their fries. Tonight, I am happy to report that I shared a basket of Cajun fries with my husband and they are LiGHT YEARS beyond a year ago. I first found out about this place through Yelp's email. Once I saw the pictures and reviews I did not hesitate to go out and find this place. I would like to start of with the interior. The place is nice and very open. The design is nice especially the humongous fan. The waiting pad on the table seems new, I have not seen anything like that before. Food was good I expected it to be fat and greasy but it was the opposite. I had the Burgerfi burger. The burger and the topping tasted fresh and organic. The only bad thing I would say is that the burger was small but I guess it is a healthy alternative. I also added eggs on it and it was cooked perfectly then what I expected. I also order from the secret menu on the site. I got the urban fries. From pictures it looked good but in reality it was okay nothing really special. I wished they would add more sauce. The onion rings on the other hand was huge and delicious. I wanted to get something big but decided to get something light to test out their ingredients. This place was good. Great atmosphere and great presentation. It's a very popular spot on Park Ave. so expect long lines during peak hours. I enjoyed my meal there, but expect to pay a little extra because you'll be getting all natural ingredients in your burger. It's well worth it tho, because the burger is delicious. The only reason I am writing this review is because my experience at the park avenue location in winter park was atrocious! I do like the burgers but will never return because I was treated so poorly by the manager of this location, considering this is a franchise I was shocked by his complete disregard for making myself and my family feel welcome. I was given a free burger card from another location when my meal was not prepared correctly which I thought was very cool of that location to offer me. However, I live in WP and figured it would be good for something at any location, when I handed it to the person taking my order they advised me they could not accept it but that she would ask her manager, when he came over he very rudely barked at me that they would not accept this, that it was a separate franchise and it meant nothing to them. Now I get that there is separate ownership and quite honestly would have been okay with it not being redeemable but the way he communicated the message was really uncomfortable. I was shocked he didn't even offer a mild discount on an entree. He didn't bother to ask how our food was as he cleaned the table beside us or greeted other customers. I am on a pass from Fort Bliss, TX. To see my son graduate. We stopped in at Burger Fi to try out the chow. Everything on the menu looks great, but the CEO and Fi burger are fantastic. The food here is awesome! Definitely a fan. I love that you can order wine with your burger for lunch! When my parents were visiting from out of state I made sure to plan a lunch trip here because this is the place to go if you want a delicious burger. I had been wanting to to try this place for a while. Burgers are just okay. Nothing special. I ordered the "beef brisket" burger. There was nothing briskety about it. It was just two ground beef patties, same as the other burgers so I'm not sure why they named it this. They reminded me of In and Out or Five Guys, but were more expensive. The portions of fries and onion rings are huge. The onion rings were actually the best part of the meal. We asked for extra crispy, well done fries, which they failed to do. The fries were soft and soggy. All of the food was incredibly greasy. If you're bulimic, you'll have no problems throwing this food back up. I won't return. read more

This location has an open concept yet it is still very LOUD!! I got my order to go. I got a single patty burger with half fries and onion rings. Wished I had got a double stack, the burger was very tasty and cooked just right. The onion rings were huge and looked liked a whole onion. I enjoyed the onion rings as opposed to the fries. Good burgers, not great... but we enjoyed the atmosphere.... Order from the secret menu... it has good parmesan fries, but make sure to ask for them well done, we didn't and they were kinda limpy and under cooked. While the food is good, it's overpriced in my opinion, but you can't beat the atmosphere and the location. They have a great touch screen soda fountain where you can select all kinds of flavored beverages and get free refills. The lettuce wrapped burger is a really interesting concept and we really liked it. Don't forget a cupcake for desert here, it was pretty yummy. Burgers and beer is what we wanted for a late lunch on a Saturday. Oblivion Taproom doesn't open till 4 P.M., so we opted for BurgerFi. It was our first visit and we were, in general, impressed. We ordered two Classic Cheeseburgers, two orders of fries (one plain and one with parmesan cheese and aioli), and two bottled beers, coming to a total of $28 and some change. The burgers were D-licious. The fries were a big disappointment. They are hand-cut fries and look good, but when you bite into them, the outside is crunchy and greasy and the inside is empty of potato substance (Five Guys fries and Wing Stop fries rule). The fries with all the "goodies" on top were grody to the max!!!! I thought I was going to vomit. Service good, and yes, it is loud in the restaurant. read more

It's no Shake Shack but it's a good substitute. The custard milkshakes are fantastic and the burgers are the perfect size, in my opinion. Many topping options and I like the option of getting half onion rings and half fries, although I wish there were more onion rings in that combo. Do not waste money on the parmesan fries...they are bland. If you order a milkshake with the intent to share it with your 3 year old, just know that you will fight over the last drops and be disgusted with yourself for being angry that you didn't order your own. For a burger joint this place is not bad at all. The burgers taste great and the fries are also very good. Beer prices aren't bad either. The main appeal to it is that you get to build your own burger and there are A LOT of options. Adding a fried egg to a burger is always a good choice so I'm glad that was available. There are many toppings you can choose from and sauces you can add to your burger, so anyone will be happy. The restaurant was very busy when we went (around 8pm on a Saturday night). The trash cans were overflowing and the lines were very long. The value we paid for the meal wasn't bad but Red Robin provides a similar experience in a sit down environment for about the same price. I would definitely go back to BurgerFi because the food is great, but the long lines and the overflowing trash really need to be taken care of and managed more efficiently, especially at peak times. read more

So my bf and I stopped into BurgerFi for the National Burger Day for BOGO for $1 BurgerFi Cheeseburger (double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and burgerfi sauce) and the urban style tots (pictured) and their BOGO draft beer deal. We were helped by Anna who was so patient, answered all our questions, and was just generally AWESOME and she suggested getting the urban sauce on the side (yes, do this, get extra, you're welcome). My bf got their IPA which he said was very smooth. He'd never been here before and said this was way better than Shake Shack. read more

Meh. Went hoping to like this place like I do many custom burger joints like Pine22 and World Famous Burgers and Beer. I do give them points for serving grass-fed beef, even though I am a veggie burger fan myself. I was pretty disappointed with the offerings of toppings and the fact they use iceberg lettuce. We tried the parm/herb fries based on reviews, but thought they were just ok. I had the veggie quinoa burger and it was very tasty (but EXTREMELY messy "green style"). Points again for having a quinoa-based patty. All in all, I don't think it measures up to a place like Pine22, but I wouldn't mind eating there again. read more
