The strips are good, but incredibly inconsistent with the ordering the last 4 times I have been here the order is always wrong, if it wasn't because of my wife I would never come back. Instead of taking ownership the guy with no name at the counter. Decided to tell me what I ordered when he handed me wings instead of strips, and no apology no nothing when I told him the order was wrong. All he said you have to wait 15 minutes and slammed the food back into the bag and eventually threw it out ... So 15 minuteshi more after already waiting 20...to come pick up. Who runs this place? I spent 25 yrs of my life in restaurant management never would my employees or I have a customer leave with a frown on their face. I made sure to ensure customer satisfaction. Suggestion retrain and or get new people, how's your food cost if mistakes happen so often is any one watching the numbers...Incredibly disappointed with this concept. The food was good. The chicken very crispy and quick. The guy behind the counter was very uninterested in his job. He was on his phone the whole time. We walked and noted multiple tables dirty and no customers to be found. He got our order wrong and we only order two food items. He didn't ask us if it's to go or stay. I was skeptical from looking at the reviews from other locations, which ranged from descriptions of raw chicken to finger nails being founded in food, but this Bonchon did not disappoint. Their chicken was very crispy and flavorful. They only carry soy garlic, sweet, and spicy seasonings here. Their fries were also very crispy. What originally lured me to order from this chain was their bubble tea option. Their thai tea was very very sweet, however, it was kind of watery. When I looked at the order, the order was missing something. We called to complaint and they replied by saying they didn't have that in the menu for today. I wish I could give a zero star but had to pick one. I ordered through UberEats- seamless transition through Uber. I looked over my order and saw that an item was missing and replaced with a meal that I did not order. I called BONCHON and stated that they gave me the wrong food. I told them what food was correct and then the meal that was incorrect. The man in the store says "I don't know what you want to do but you have to call Uber we can't help you" So I stated to him that you gave me the wrong food and can't give me the right food and I have to call Uber? He says that he has no one there to bring my food unless I come in there to pick it up. DUH! You have no one because I did not request another Uber. My question is this, how are you going to push this on Uber when they didn't pack my food? YOU GUYS PACKED THE FOOD! I will never get from this location again and kindly requested a refund from Uber for my missing item.
