Chang's went above and beyond to help make the celebration special. They were kind enough to allow us to enjoy the Happy Hour appetizers at our table, which really helped us stay within budget while still having a beautiful and memorable celebration. A huge thank you to Stephanie and Juan -- they are absolutely amazing people! They were so kind, accommodating, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service made the entire evening even better. We were able to celebrate, laugh, eat great food, and make wonderful memories without feeling pressured to spend more than we could afford. That kind of kindness and customer service means so much. Went on Today around early afternoon at lunch hour and it was empty. 4 people came in after us. Sad to see it empty, because I've always enjoyed this place so much. Got the usual that I always do (Ma Po Tofu) since I went vegan in 2013. It was there that I fell in love with tofu and knew that I was going to be fine meat-free moving forward. Walking into this restaurant at 5 pm on a Thursday evening and there was only two customers and about 9 employees was a red flag but I wanted to give a fair chance. One star is too much. The food is a bit salty and disappointing. I got a delivery of noodles, spicy chicken, hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps and lobster dumplings. With delivery and tip, it came to $103. Was it the best $100 I've ever spent? No. I think Soup Dumplings Plus has way better food. The only thing is they have really good white rice. First off the ambiance is very nice, and is a very spacious restaurant. The honey shrimp with divine. Perfectly cooked and lightly crispy with an amazing sauce. The thai peanut salad was absolutely delicious, perfect dressing and lots of crunch factor. Dynamite shrimp with AMAZING! The only thing i didn't understand was why they put those crispy noodle looking things on top of it. I think that actually took away from the dish and it would be nice to see the shrimp. Dessert was this new butter cake with ice cream. Please, do not look at any other dessert and please get this! You will not regret it. Now for the service. Our server was waiting 2 tables ( us and another table), there wasn't many people because it was a weeknight. However, we kept seeing him with his other customers and it was so difficult to get his attention if we needed anything. I'm stunned at the whining reviews- here's a winning one! This place is immense and the decor is stylish, chic and jaw dropping. "Chinese" food as Americanized as it gets. Even more Americanized than my local Americanized Chinese food hole in the wall restaurant. We dined in on the Thursday before the 4th of July and, silly me, I made a reservation here for 6 PM, when I should have known that NO WAY was this restaurant going to require one because of how many tables they had inside. Anyway, we sat down at our table right after we arrived and the menu was pretty much what we expected for a P.F. Chang's. To start, we ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. For entrees, we got the kids the Kids Orange Chicken and Kids Chicken Lo Mein. My wife got the Miso Glazed Salmon Dinner Special with Hot & Sour Soup and Fried Rice Upgrade and I ordered the Mongolian Beef Dinner Special with Egg Drop Soup and Fried Rice Upgrade. My expectations were pretty low coming in, so I can't say everything was absolutely terrible because I was expecting it to be a horrific meal. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps were decent, but nothing spectacular. The soups that arrived with the dinner specials were definitely not great, in that the Egg Drop Soup was way too thick and the Hot and Sour Soup was just OK. The salmon entree was on the salty side and the Mongolian Beef was OK. For the Mongolian Beef, there were strips of green onion scattered around, which were really, really strong and probably should have been replaced by another green, like bok choy. Both of the Kids Meals were ehhhhh. The Kids' Orange Chicken was especially a really a rough one for me because it lacked any semblance of good flavor or crunchiness. The one positive on the evening was that our waitress was good, but no one working there was incredibly friendly. The restaurant IS very spacious and has lots of tables, but it wasn't anywhere near capacity on the evening we dined in. Don't expect anything great here and if you're seeking authentic, real Chinese food, then P.F. Chang's is not your spot. This will be my final review on PF Changs. The food taste has hit rock bottom. Service is good but the menu selection and the quality suck. Dim lighting, sophisticated decor, and an intimate vibe made P.F. Chang's our choice to begin the Lunar year of the Snake for dinner. Reservation was easily made via their website. Greeted by the staff upon entering as first-timers to this location, my partner and I got a booth right away in the main dining room, where the interior space was created to be dramatic, with a slightly dark and moody vibe, along with a bit of elegance. Its key colors are red, black, and gold, which are featured throughout, along with yellow lantern lighting and a huge hand-painted mural of a Samurai woman. Their menu began with deep roots in Chinese cuisine, expanding across all of Asia, honoring cultures and recipes from Japan, Korea, Thailand, and beyond but limited. For starters, we decided to share the Vegetable Spring Rolls. For our main meal, we opted for the Honey Chicken, Miso-Glazed Salmon and Signature Vegetable Lo Mein. Even saved room for dessert to share Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie. The food came out quickly, well seasoned and delicious. The portion was reasonable. The price was a bit pricey compared to other establishments. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Tania, our server. Came here to celebrate a good friend's mom's new life in heaven-food was very good but very very slow coming out. I ordered a egg drop soup and I didn't get it. My Mongolia trio was supposed to come with brown rice but it was served about 20 minutes after the protein and raw. It was a shame because if served together and cooked it would have been a different experience. The appetizers were tasty though and believe me you won't go home hungry, they served you more than enough . There was a mix up of how to order appetizers but that was corrected. We had high hopes for a nice dinner at P.F. Chang's, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience that left us walking out. We arrived at 6:07 PM and sat at the bar, which had only three other customers. After a long wait, our order was finally taken at 6:24 PM. We kept things simple, ordering the Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Chicken Teriyaki dinner special with brown rice and an egg roll. As the minutes dragged on, we watched another couple walk in at 6:30 PM and get their order taken soon after. By 6:54 PM, we were still waiting with no sign of our food. To make matters worse, the manager brought out the other couple's meals, even though we had been there much longer. When I inquired about our order, the manager had no answers and promised to check on it. Moments later, another waitress brought out more food for the same couple, and we were left sitting there perplexed. At 6:58 PM, we finally expressed that we would leave if our food didn't arrive soon. The waiter then casually informed us that our order had been canceled, without any explanation or apology. This lack of communication and service was incredibly disappointing. We walked out and headed to the Cheesecake Factory, where we should have gone in the first place. We won't be returning to P.F. Recently I have been very kind to PF Chang's giving them both love and overdue credit for upping their game in terms of freshness and presentation. However, there is no excuse for tepid soup and lukewarm entrees in a sparsely populated restaurant. Please donn't tell me that they're reverting back to the bad old days of preparing popular dishes well in advance and shooting them through the microwave. After carefully examining the event I decided they didn't deserve 3 stars. I lowered it to 2. I visited this place after a wake with a large group of people. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a beautiful mural and great looking asian lanterns. The workers were very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were quite understaffed considering how many people were in our party only one waiter was assigned with a food runner. While the food tasted good it was extremely sweet. Not good if you're a diabetic. Unfortunately it took too long for our food to come out. I asked for water three times and never got any, they would give it to someone else because the person you order from was not the same person bringing out the food/drinks. I ordered salad and never got it, I ordered crispy chicken with Lomein and by the time the Lomein came out I was done with the chicken. We visited again today, I didn't think I would after the last time. But my wife wanted to try the deal and I'm glad we did. We had a temporary desk where you get 3 courses for $20 per person. My wife started with the salad, which she said she enjoyed. I had the hot and sour soup, it was decent. The appetizer was the only item that we ordered on this special that was 1 per table. We had the lettuce wraps. The portion was good and it was tasty. For entrees, my wife had the Mongolian beef(beef was a $4 upcharge during this special). It was good. When I was younger, I'd order it extra crispy. I forgot to tell my wife about this, but it actually had a great crispness to it, so it was a win regardless. I had the sesame chicken. It was very tasty, but the breading was a bit mushy. I was tempted to get the chocolate cake or cheesecake ($8 upcharge during this special). But I was honestly full. I rarely am happy with the portion sizes anywhere. But this deal is amazing for the volume of food. The waiter and hostess were excellent and very professional. The booth we were in had part of the back rest separating. The toilet lid looked like an abused antique from an old west outhouse, it was a weathered sepia color. The staff are friendly and efficient. The interior design gives it a good atmosphere and there's lots of space. I was excited to have a meal here again after many years. I was pleased that there was a vegetarian section. All the options sounded delicious. They had a good mix of protein and veggies. After chewing every mouthful for a long time, I ended up having to spit out the fibers from the sugar snaps and French beans that were not removed in the preparation. The broccoli was too large a piece to eat with chop sticks. I had to bite bits of it off to break it down into manageable mouthfuls. I tasted some ginger once. But there were no other flavors. I tried adding the sweet and sour sauce and that was bland too. There was very little tofu. May be it was a bad day for the chef. At least it was freshly made. Not from frozen veg. read more

I've seen on Yelp that this PF Chang's location has suffered some rough reviews. Maybe there's new management on board because our two recent experiences here have been just fine. The food and drinks have been very good and the service has been excellent! I will admit the beef portions are not big - while you'll get a healthy serving of rice or noodles, the beef dishes are a bit small. The chicken dishes are OK, however, as far as portion size goes. I don't think this has anything to do with this location but probably portion size guidelines handed down from PF Chang Corporate. I get it - it's a chain restaurant and it's all about maximizing revenue generation. I'd say look past the 2 and 1/2 stars review and give them a try! read more

Probably our fifth time eating here. Came in and waited a while before anyone came by. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. Finally the very pleasant waiter came by and said there were only 2 waiters and he would be right shortly. He took our order. The steamed Shrimp dumplings came out three minutes later, well before our cocktails arrived. Dumplings were ok. Cocktails were good. About a half hour later our main courses arrived. The Sesame Beef was fried not sautéed and was hard. The Orange Chicken had no sauce at all so there was no discernible Orange flavor. Both dishes were beyond mediocre. By far the worst meal we ever had here. Ambiance: When a table left the staff was so overwhelmed the staff did not ever have time to bus the tables. They just left them as they were. After my son's game, we decided on going to this Chinese food chain. I'm on the fence on how many stars I was going to give this. I landed on four because service was excellent and food was above average. For appetizers, my son got the ribs with Asian BBQ sauce, and my wife and I shared steamed dumplings and the crab wonton. All three were average at best. For dinner, I got the orange chicken which was very potent on the citrus flavor. I haven't had it that much but I just don't remember it being so citrus based. Chicken itself was good but the sauce was just very strong. My son had the sweet and sour chicken and my wife had the sesame chicken. All of which were average as well. What is up with this place? I see the reviews now and I kind of regret coming here. Let's break down my experience and probably my only experience with them. The food at it's best, is microwave ready, at worst major freezer burn. I got honey chicken with fried rice. The chicken was fine. It wasn't great, it was the consistency of microwaved food. Very bready, very saucy. At least the chicken wasn't dry. The Fried rice though... the fried rice had zero and I mean zero flavor except for the slight freezer burn taste that overpowered it. I did not touch it. I mean, for half the price I wouldn't even eat it. One of the people I was with thinks she saw a hair in her food, she pulled it out and thought it was part of the chicken, but that was totally a hair. The service was fine, nothing special, nothing bad. They tried really hard to give me special offer tickets? I really didn't look at them cause i'm honestly not going to go back. But the strangest thing was some random guy who worked there, came up to me and my party and was was apologizing to us because I think he thought we were someone else, so apparently someone else was having issues. He also tried to give me like a dozen of those tickets. Listen, if a place like this is giving away discount tickets by the handful, they in trouble. The ambiance was nice. But again, nothing of note. If you go to Cheesecake factory, if you go to bahama breeze, it's the same vibe. Overpriced food, boring aesthetics.. which is fine, but when your food is on the level of a Friday's (or below), those prices ain't worth it. There are so many smaller places, places with better asian and asian inspired foody you can go to that could use that money, that will give you so much better food at a better value (and no hair or freezer burned rice) that I urge you to check those establishments out. This is my first time trying PF Chang's since my horrible experience in 2015, and pretty sad to report that this visit was not much different than that one. The food served at this place pretty much same as the food I get at any Chinese store, here it's just more expensive and you get to order drinks. The Oolong sea bass is probably the only rare exception in taste and quality. The service here is somewhat disappointing too. After we got seated, took the waiter about 10 minutes to show up. We got our appetizer 20 minutes later, at that point we still didn't get any utensils. We had to snag them from other empty tables . It took another hour for entrees to come out. All this took place, while the restaurant was only about 60% full. Probably not going to visit PF Chang's again anytime soon. I decided to get Chinese cuisine for my clients. I ordered a few dishes and got the chicken and broccoli with a side of lo mein for myself. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went over to the takeout area. There was a really nice man who served me and he was very nice and got my food together. There was another lady there and seemed irritated because one of the meals wasn't separate like requested. When I separated the food when I left, one of the meals was missing. I called, and the nice man said he would have it ready. When I arrived I went to the takeout and this young lady with glasses, the same one from before, I never got her name, saw me standing waiting for someone. Instead of handing me the bag on the other side of the counter, with an attitude, she put it away from me, so I had to go around and get it. I was not too pleased at that.
