Bellagio is absolutely my favorite place in Austin! I started going here about 8 months ago and I won't go anywhere else!! Nina is absolutely lovely and the whole staff is very talented. I always ask for Gel X with unique and sometimes complicated nail designs and they get me right every time and usually make it look better than whatever inspiration picture I show the staff. They are great about suggesting which color combinations and shapes go best together, and shaping them perfectly. Bellagio is also very efficient and I can get my old set removed, and a new complicated set done in roughly 2 hours. With the gel X my nails will last up to 3 weeks before they start looking rough. The pedicures are great here as well and I love the hot stone option. The ambiance here is also very relaxing and everything is very clean. The staff is very welcoming and even offer complimentary drinks! They make a great Vietnamese coffee which just makes each experience here even better. 11/10 stars! read more

I would not recommend this place due to some shady business practices I experienced. I went in for a pedicure, a full set, and an eyebrow wax. After my pedicure, the technician wrote down the price on a slip and passed it to the woman who did my nails which was fine she charged me the right price. Then I just got a basic full set--nothing fancy, no long or elaborate nails. The service itself was okay--not amazing, but I went with it. Once my nails were done, the technician wrote $52 on the slip and handed it to me to take up to the front for checkout. But before I paid, I reminded them that I still needed my eyebrows waxed. We did that, and when I handed the slip back to have the $12 eyebrow wax added, I noticed something strange: she had increased my nail charge by an extra $5, bringing it from $52 to $57 after my nails was already done. I asked myself, why the sudden increase? Nothing had changed about the service. It felt shady and dishonest. I didn't want to make it a big deal, so I just paid and left, but the more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. I can't help but feel like they may be doing this to other customers who aren't paying close attention. So here's my advice: if you do choose to go here, make sure to check your pricing carefully. My friend recommended Bellagio, and I finally checked them out last month. First, even though I did not have an appointment, they took me pretty much immediately (I went at around midday on a Wednesday). I got a dip manicure, and they expertly shaped my nails into my requested almond style. I specifically asked them to narrow my nails (but NOT make a point tip), and they understood exactly what I was asking. They helped me choose a color (I was looking for a darker shade of brown for the fall) and they offered me a free mimosa and fresh fruit as a snack. At the end of the appointment, they had me choose a free "gift" as a thank you -- they had a bunch of cute candles and hair claw clips to choose from. Really great service all around! I came here on a Saturday and I don't think I'll ever come back, but my friend goes here and likes this place, so I'll give it three stars. I got a dip manicure and it took two hours. Usually it only takes 1 hour, maybe 1.5 hour max at other places. I noticed every other client had complimentary drinks but they never offered me anything throughout the two hours. I showed them a design from their Instagram, but they didn't really remember the exact colors so they asked me what I wanted. I took their suggestions, but realized it didn't look the same at all by the end of it. She asked me if I liked it, and I said yes...so that's my fault lol. But I think many people will understand, it's hard to say you DONT like something in front of their face. The design I can get over because I could've spoken up, but my biggest concern here was how painful it was. She nicked my cuticles so many times. Maybe each finger had a cut. I had a small infection a couple weeks later and two of my nails broke. I've been getting my nails done at other salons for years (dip or gel) and I've never had a nail break in half like that. However it is very clean and pretty in there. I just don't think I'll ever go back after not liking my nails at all and being in pain for that high price. read more

Ok so I have come here 4x and have been turned away service! I came here ONCE a year ago!!! I like it so much I wanted them to be my permanent nail salon. I liked them so much on my $86 dollar nails, I tipped 35 dollars. But I guess they don't remember that. I guess they don't remember I drive a nice car and have designer sunglasses. She file my left toe nails with the electric file but skip my right toe mails and she did it with regular file which was very interesting . For the price the least they can do is to remove the hard part from heel, I was not impressed with the hot stone pedicure. The lady left and didn't care about checking on me at all. read more

I came here with my friends the other day, and they both loved their experiences... which is the only reason i'm giving two stars. My experience was awful, and i'm still thinking about it a week later. It wasn't so much the nails I have a problem with. Yes, they are longer than I asked for, a little crooked, and not the color I wanted: but i'm mostly upset with the way I was treated. I have never left a nail salon CRYING like I did this day. First of all, my friends were seen to immediately for both their manicures and pedicures. I was left waiting next to them for 20-30 minutes for each service, and we had scheduled an appointment for 3 an hour before we got there. The man who did my nails was not very friendly at all, and kept laughing about the shape of one of my fingers to the coworker next to him. I specifically asked for my nails to be the same length as my friend's, and he made them way longer- to the point that I had to file them down when I got home. After he was done, he just told me to go wait next to my friends at the pedicure station, got up, then left. I didn't have a chance throughout any of the service to look at my nails and ask to make them shorter or more even. but again- they're just nails. I sat in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to help me. She didn't offer me the pedicure book to choose a package, and got disgruntled when my friend noticed and brought it up saying, "excuse me, she never told you what package she wanted". Since I waited so long that my friends (who both chose the 40-an hour long packages) were almost done- I got the basic package. She was very rough and in a rush with my feet, but at least she didn't make fun of me (like my other technician) about any of my toes. The owner ended up finishing my toes, and he was very nice. However- bc of the amount of time I waited both times he offered me a complimentary warm towel to make up for it... thank you? Then when I checked out with him, he overcharged me for "design"- he charged me the same as he charged my friend (who got a star design) and way more than my other friend (who got a similar design to mine). My nails are hardly a design... They are actually less polish than normal. I was patient and kind up until this point when the owner noticed something was wrong. He was asking why I wasn't happy, and I was so emotionally exhausted from the experience that I just told him it was the amount of time I waited. & then I left, crying as soon as I got into my car. My nails aren't ugly. They are just not what I wanted. The people who work here are talented, and treated my friends well. I don't know if it's because i'm "thicker" compared to my friends, or what... but the way they treated me was very unprofessional and just... unkind. Maybe my next experience would be a better one, but I don't feel comfortable giving them another try. read more

So, this was my first time coming here and when i mentioned that they immediately welcomed me. I got a full set and pedicure for an upcoming trip. Firstly, I am absolutely in love with the end result of my full set, like it's to die for, the shape and design came out exactly how I envisioned. I will give them their props for talking through my design idea and giving me price breakdowns for everything. I wanted a gold shimmer and it was going to be an extra 10, but they said they would take that off for me and give a deal to make sure I was happy. So customer service and the attitude of everybody was really great. As far as facilities, everything is super clean and well kept up. I didn't go to the bathroom so I can't comment on that, but they do provide refreshments if you would like. My only note is that my pedicure could been better, but I asked for like a glitter top polish and it was drying out, I guess, so it wasn't speeding properly. Thus, there are like portions where the glitter pooled and portions that expose the color underneath unevenly. But that's partially the polishes fault. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will certainly be coming here from now on. I suggest you do the same, the quality and service is there! read more

I really wanted to like this place because I've followed their Instagram for a while and thought their work looked great. I had an appointment a couple weekends ago for just a simple mani/pedi. The woman who did my pedicure was great, but when it came time for my manicure I felt like I wasn't a priority. I didn't want anything special, just a regular polish manicure and the guy who did it made me feel like I wasn't worth his time. He was distracted, running around the salon, haphazardly painting my nails in between. They didn't come out great -- you could see the uneven layers of polish on my nails-- I really should have said something but I just wanted to leave.
