DO NOT COME HERE! I went during the week for a nail dip removal, they weren't busy so I got seen right away. The lady who did my nails let me soak for maybe 5 mins then proceeded to cut me multiple times with the drill and didn't even take off all my dip let me leave and pay for the service. read more

Im frustrated as I said before anything was done to my nails during my pedicure that I get ingrown toe nails and to cut straight across my nail. The technician proceeded to cut into the sides of my nails.... what else are you supposed to say to a technician to communicate you do not want your nails cut into the sides? I'm just frustrated that this practice still exists and the standard should be to do straight and if the client doesn't have that issue they can bring it up to the technician. You can always cut more of the nail but can't do anything once it's been done. I dont think my technician understood what I said and that's more frustrating is not asking a coworker for clarification. I would rather they are 100% sure of what the client wants and take the time to do it rather than rush into something. Despite that, when I checked out, another employee added $20 to my total. He was very rude, wouldn't listen to what I was saying, and refused to make it right--even though I've been here three times before. The place is cute and the environment is relaxing but the nail jobs aren't great. I came here to get a gel mani and it started lifting within days. The man who gave me my manicure filed and buffed my nails and didn't even bother to wipe off the dust before applying the base coat of gel and I knew this was already not going to last. Came to give this place another shot, this time with a regular mani since the gel one didn't last. First, I didn't like how they tried to upsell me multiple times on getting gel (why would I when my time first was awful). Second, this was the lumpiest manicure I've ever gotten. PLS DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your toe nails to look like this. Attached are pictures of the nail polish the day I got the pedicure and the nail polish three days later. I came here for a pedicure on a Monday and got a pink color. That night I went home and realized the color of the nail polish looked different and was changing. Days went by and it continued to look worse. 3 days later this was the color of my nails. I called and requested a refund. I was told by Tammy that I had to go in person to receive a full refund of my money. I came in person and Tammy then stated that she could not refund me my money. She stated I had "one option" and it was only to get the money back in a gift card for the same salon that gave me a terrible pedicure. I explained to Tammy that I did not feel comfortable coming back to this place where the nail polish they use changed color within days of applying it. Another thing I liked was they wrote down what I wanted on this little slip and kept it by me, so when a new person would come they didn't have to keep asking. I've been here couple times and this time was sooooo awful. They do not care about the client or good customer service as they used to. I was normally welcomed and cared by Twan and his wife Mia but I've known they're no longer there. New manager is a young girl who don't attempt to do anything other than rush you out the door. They offer you drinks but you wait forever and it's pointless. My pedicure was hurtful and got infected a day after. I have ingrown toes nails, I know it's sensitive and sometime make people work hard on it but I don't think it's the reason for them to do my pedicure unprofessionally. I've come in with friends and requested the same pedicure service and not received the same kind of care/ attention as the person I came with. This time I came I asked for a full set acrylic but short almond, they talked me into gelx, which I did love, but it was quite pricey and they didn't tell me beforehand. My SNS/dip nails looked very pretty the first day; however, three days later they were cracked and chipped! I didn't do anything out of the ordinary (no lifting or physical labor), so I have to assume that the quality was poor or experience level of the nail tech low. I've gotten dip nails probably at least 36 times now and usually they can be counted on to last at least two weeks. 3 days is unacceptable - especially with the cost associated. read more

5 hours ago NEW Decided to try this place because it has pretty good reviews on here. It was so busy when I came, I have to wait for about 40 minutes. I got a gel pedicure with white tips. This was the worst pedicure ive ever gotten and I get them done every month. The lady doing them didn't do any callus remover at all with the scrubber, then as she was painting them she kept getting paint all over the sides of my toes and left it there. I asked her to fix them, which she then took the towel and just wiped the paint off so they were left rough and had little black stuff leftover from the towel. She continued to dab on paint over that not even smoothing them out so they were super rough and chunky. I asked her yet again to fix them before finishing all of them and she was either flat out ignoring me or had no idea what I was saying.There's also a pinky toe that has a huge chunk of extra clear coat hanging off.
