Diana was so kind. i hadn't had my nails done in years and she was very patient as I just couldn't relax! she did a great job!!

They changed the prices at checkout, and it felt dishonest. When we questioned it, they became defensive and gave inconsistent explanations for the price differences. My receipt shows three different charges for the same pedicure service. We received identical treatments, yet the totals don't match. They also added an extra $10 for "French or American," even though we didn't get that service. Their justification was that they removed three gel nails from my wife, which was never mentioned beforehand read more

One of the WORST places to get your nails done in Austin, TX. There are so many better spots. For example: Golden Nails lounge on S Congress is amazing (they do not discriminate & the techs are pretty talented). It's been awhile since I went to organic nails and I'm still traumatized from my last experience with them. DO NOT GO THERE read more

Got my nails shaped here and asked for light cuticle work, she brought out the drill and drilled into my nail beds. Hurts today and completely unnecessary. My nails were healthy and now I have to grow that out again. You can see the divets in my nails. Everyone was very kind, and my pedicure looks great but this sent me over the edge! read more

NEVER COME HERE! Took forever and the quality of the work was awful. Most of my nails are crooked! I had better nails when I walked in then when I left! They are a little cheaper than some spots but def not worth the headache! I've never walked out on the verge of tears for a service that's meant to be relaxing! I know it sounds dramatic but I'm not the only one who felt their time was taken advantage of. The girls next to me were also complaining and they had an appointment (I was a walk-in). Toes were mediocre but i walked in wanting french tips and walked out w a plain white because they were unable to make them straight or paint something underneath my nails legit looked dirty. You know it's bad when I couldn't even wait to get home to write a bad review. Save your money go somewhere else. 2 hours of my time wasted on nails I wish I never got done in the first place! And no one there can communicate or speak English so good look trying to explain yourself! Legitimately if I could give this place 0 stars I would! read more

I got double charged today for waxing, basic manicure and pedicure. I have phone records that show I asked for the appointment and exited the appointment; The receipt for the cancelled initial transaction was never given (~$140) and the charge I authorized with tip ($166.8) was the only receipt I was handed (when my cc company shows both authorizations). When I called there was a lot of pretense that I authorized both.... Never again do I go to this place, will report them to better-business-bureau and then discourage everyone in my community from ever going there. I have been a long time customer! During my recent visit to Austin, I had the pleasure of stopping by Organic Spa & Nails for a set of pink and white acrylic nails. The experience was truly amazing from start to finish. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time. The standout aspect of my visit was undoubtedly the service provided by my nail technician, Ly. Her expertise and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout the nearly two-hour session. I can't believe how affordable my nails were. Ly's dedication to perfecting my nails not only met but exceeded my expectations. The use of high-quality products further enhanced the experience, leaving me thoroughly impressed. The combination of a pleasant atmosphere, skilled technicians, and exceptional results truly makes Organic Spa & Nails a great place to get your nails done! Ly was so nice, and it was honestly so fun getting my nails done with her. She was happy to see how much I appreciated my nails and helped me take some photos of the finished product (see attached) lol. I'm very happy with my nails and look forward to my next visit when I return to Austin. read more

I got my nails done In Wednesday. Same day my gel nail broke. By Thursday another mail broke. I get it fixed but I'm told next time, I have to pay after Ly does a half ass job a 3rd time. Didn't shave my nails down and they don't use glue. I had nails on from Cali 5 weeks ago. Within 2 days 2 nails break. Most are kind and professional. Look for someone else. No picture. Nails are fixed. Still flawed bc my natural nails are exposed and always snagging. Nice over job done right. I job done right will be chosen every time. My time is valuable. 3rd broken nail. Terrible. Sucks bc it really depends on the skill of the manicurist, but mine was bad and lazy. Don't know her name, was female, middle age, short hair up to chin with glasses. Beware. Commented about shape, she said don't worry, will reshape it later... It's my first time getting dip, so I was unsure when the reshaping was going to happen. By the time I asked her about the shape, she said it was too late. ???? Uhhhhhh.... It's blatantly ugly. Objectively, it's lumpy dumpy on top, has an uneven shape at the tip with a dip. Why no mild curve? Even the man at the front was like oh, you wanted it more narrow at the tip huh... Friend was next to me, was shocked at the monstrosity. I don't make a big deal of things, so wanted to leave immediately. I still gave her an amazing tip while I straight up told her how incredibly dissatisfied as I was. As a business, I think they should have offered a REFUND. I'm writing this in my car, in front of the salon because I'm non-confrontational. I can't believe how terrible this experience was. Maybe you'll get lucky and get someone who is good, but I'd never ever take that chance again. $50 (dip) + $5 (cuticles--and she cut me) + $15 (tip-- yes, I've worked in the service industry so just can't help myself even though I truly wanted to give her a BIG FAT ZERO!) = $70 Basically out $70 while forcing me to dremel this shit off. Serves me right for being a wuss and not demanding a refund. Edit: the more I think about it, the more I feel like she was just so bad. The owner needs to know. The manicurist seemed so lazy and was muttering shit under her breath when I told her how dissatisfied I was. Need quality control of their workers. read more

*update: I've been home for one week since having my gel manicure/pedicure done in Austin. Sadly my gel polish has chipped off and lifted on the edges on my fingers for the price paid I expected the gel polish to last MORE than a few days at the very least 4 weeks. Now I have to pay to get the gel removed because it doesn't look good:/ one star removed based on cost, quality, and that the gel polish didn't even last more than a week. My husband and I stopped in for a mini pedicure date as we are visiting Austin from out of state. Our main goal when we get pedicures is not for the nail color but for a really good feet and leg rub. We both got manicures as well but neither the feet/leg/ hand massages were anything to be excited about. My nail tech kept putting the freakin' HOT stone on my ankle bone and not moving it around so it was literally burning my skin. Then when she got the hot towels for my legs she didn't bother airing it out a little so it wasn't as steaming hot against my bare skin, so again burning flesh sensation against my leg, it wasn't fun. For getting the two fresh orange pedi's and one regular manicure and one gel manicure I was not impressed especially at $200 price point. There was very little pressure and the technician didn't communicate she just pointed and made gestures or yanked my limbs around so then I had to make assumptions on what she wanted me to do (we all know what happens when we assume:/) . I also immensely dislike the use of the metal cheese graters they use on our feet it seems very unsanitary I figured nail salons did away with them decades ago and haven't had them used on me in over ten years so it was weird to see it again. Also, I would appreciate it if my feet can air dry from the lotion/cream before I'm forced to put my sandals on because who wants wet feet on dry shoes? Overall, it was just fine. It could be cleaner and there could be better communication. Will we venture back in next time we're in Austin? Probably not. Everyone else looked like they had more experienced techs than we did so maybe that's the key. read more

Quick, polite, and efficient service. Expect to drop at least $100 for a pedicure. They'll add an extra $15 to your bill for turning on the massage feature while you're sitting in the chair I had mine turned on for 5 minutes out of my 55 minute pearl pedicure ($55) I've never heard of that before! It was an extra $15 for a chrome color. So if you like sparkle, they'll up-charge you. My pedicure looks great, but the charge for the chair was a bit sneaky Some people only make $15 an hour where they work. read more

Meh... You get what you pay for?? They are not kind here that's for sure. Definitely a lot of attitude. Spend more time talking to one another and looking at their phones than focusing on your service. Nail filing was done crooked, some nails are round while others are more squared. Not focused on polish across the nail bed - top large of lines from nail to the skin. Do not recommend their gel service. It peels so fast. So not worth the money. I don't ever feel like I am valued or wanted. Not a fan of the vibes. Don't think I will go back. read more

I've had some good experiences here, and some poor quality ones. I've always been a walk-in, and they've had space for me right away. I like the rewards system because I usually get $5 off (if you spend $50). Sometimes they offer you a beverage, sometimes they don't. The last few times I have been, my dip nails have cracked in about 4-5 days. The top coat looks like it's peeling off. This hasn't happened to me after getting my nails done anywhere else. This is not what I would expect my nails to look like after that amount of time. I'm also not super confident in the cleanliness. The tables look like they aren't wiped down, and sometimes I wonder if they're actually using a clean towel. read more

0 stars* Gave us very rude service. We kept trying to communicate with the nail techs and they completely ignored EVERYTHING we asked about. I came here to get my wedding nails done and I don't regret it one bit! We did have to wait for about 20 minutes after our appointment time but I was with my bridesmaids so we didn't mind. The woman who helped me was very patient and listened to the design that I wanted. She was able to keep my original nail and shape it exactly how I wanted. I got the dip powder, one other gal got gel and the last girl got regular polish and we were all equally impressed. I will be coming back after my honeymoon to get a pedi! The price was very comparable to other salons in the area. read more

$40 for two bloody cuticles and some very disappointing gold flakes on top of white gel manicure. It was my first time here and first time in months that I have gone out for a mani/pedi so I just let the nail tech do whatever he suggested he was a really friendly guy. I am willing to admit that maybe I shouldn't have just let him do whatever or said something when I saw how terrible it looked but it's not the worst manicure I've ever gotten but also far from the best. The only reason why I am thinking about going back is because my pedicure came out great. It was so good that I don't really care that much about how the "hot" towel was maybe lukewarm, almost cold really--that might just be because I got the basic pedicure for $35. Who knows? It was clean, my toenails look great, and I would recommend coming here for a pedicure! If you do get a manicure here, maybe one of the nice women can do better than what I got. The other pictures on here look mostly good! read more

They're SUPER nice and nails turned out okay. However.... Somehow got charged $20 more than I should've, tried asking what it was for and it couldn't be explained well, I let it go because I WAS going to tip $20 anyway. She said the full set was $60 Plus $15 for the design and I got the cheapest pedicure which is $32 so if you do the math that should only be $107, however I ended up paying $127. I don't recommend for this reason. read more

This used to be my go to nail salon back in the day, so I decided to come after a while because it was on my way home. Keep in mind I had "booked" an appointment at 6, which just giving a heads up doesn't really even matter. I didn't even get started until like 6:30 or so, even the guy that was next to me was like "you are very patient" I guess it's kind of my fault I didn't say I wanted them removed because anywhere else I go they remove my old nails first ‍ so he just filled off the gel polish I had on, which he also didn't remove it all and just added more acrylic at the bottom of my nail ‍ I've had my old nails for over a month so they were already falling off my real nail. As I was there I saw 2 girls walk out. 2 days later 2 of my nails broke off. Anyway my whole service was just displeasing to me I don't think I'll be going back. read more

TLDR: Go somewhere else The job was kind of okay--but the technicians were insulting us the whole time in Vietnamese (one of us is native Vietnamese). They called a couple of us ugly, one of us cheap because she didn't pick the most expensive pedicure, commenting about our interactions with each other. They tried to pretend they were confused in order to try to pressure one of us to pay more, even though they were just being greedy. There are plenty of other options--don't go here. read more
