Got my nails shaped here and asked for light cuticle work, she brought out the drill and drilled into my nail beds. Hurts today and completely unnecessary. I have phone records that show I asked for the appointment and exited the appointment; The receipt for the cancelled initial transaction was never given (~$140) and the charge I authorized with tip ($166.8) was the only receipt I was handed (when my cc company shows both authorizations). When I called there was a lot of pretense that I authorized both.... Never again do I go to this place, will report them to better-business-bureau and then discourage everyone in my community from ever going there. I have been a long time customer! I got my nails done In Wednesday. Same day my gel nail broke. By Thursday another mail broke. I get it fixed but I'm told next time, I have to pay after Ly does a half ass job a 3rd time. Didn't shave my nails down and they don't use glue. I had nails on from Cali 5 weeks ago. Within 2 days 2 nails break. Most are kind and professional. Look for someone else. No picture. Spend more time talking to one another and looking at their phones than focusing on your service. Nail filing was done crooked, some nails are round while others are more squared. Terrible. Sucks bc it really depends on the skill of the manicurist, but mine was bad and lazy. Don't know her name, was female, middle age, short hair up to chin with glasses. Beware. Commented about shape, she said don't worry, will reshape it later... It's my first time getting dip, so I was unsure when the reshaping was going to happen. By the time I asked her about the shape, she said it was too late. ???? Uhhhhhh.... It's blatantly ugly. Objectively, it's lumpy dumpy on top, has an uneven shape at the tip with a dip. Why no mild curve? Even the man at the front was like oh, you wanted it more narrow at the tip huh... Friend was next to me, was shocked at the monstrosity. I don't make a big deal of things, so wanted to leave immediately. I still gave her an amazing tip while I straight up told her how incredibly dissatisfied as I was. As a business, I think they should have offered a REFUND. I'm writing this in my car, in front of the salon because I'm non-confrontational. I can't believe how terrible this experience was. Maybe you'll get lucky and get someone who is good, but I'd never ever take that chance again. $50 (dip) + $5 (cuticles--and she cut me) + $15 (tip-- yes, I've worked in the service industry so just can't help myself even though I truly wanted to give her a BIG FAT ZERO!) = $70 Basically out $70 while forcing me to dremel this shit off. Serves me right for being a wuss and not demanding a refund. Edit: the more I think about it, the more I feel like she was just so bad. The owner needs to know. *update: I've been home for one week since having my gel manicure/pedicure done in Austin. Sadly my gel polish has chipped off and lifted on the edges on my fingers for the price paid I expected the gel polish to last MORE than a few days at the very least 4 weeks. Now I have to pay to get the gel removed because it doesn't look good:/ one star removed based on cost, quality, and that the gel polish didn't even last more than a week. My husband and I stopped in for a mini pedicure date as we are visiting Austin from out of state. Our main goal when we get pedicures is not for the nail color but for a really good feet and leg rub. We both got manicures as well but neither the feet/leg/ hand massages were anything to be excited about. My nail tech kept putting the freakin' HOT stone on my ankle bone and not moving it around so it was literally burning my skin. Then when she got the hot towels for my legs she didn't bother airing it out a little so it wasn't as steaming hot against my bare skin, so again burning flesh sensation against my leg, it wasn't fun. For getting the two fresh orange pedi's and one regular manicure and one gel manicure I was not impressed especially at $200 price point. There was very little pressure and the technician didn't communicate she just pointed and made gestures or yanked my limbs around so then I had to make assumptions on what she wanted me to do (we all know what happens when we assume:/) . I also immensely dislike the use of the metal cheese graters they use on our feet it seems very unsanitary I figured nail salons did away with them decades ago and haven't had them used on me in over ten years so it was weird to see it again. Also, I would appreciate it if my feet can air dry from the lotion/cream before I'm forced to put my sandals on because who wants wet feet on dry shoes? Overall, it was just fine. It could be cleaner and there could be better communication. Will we venture back in next time we're in Austin? Probably not. Everyone else looked like they had more experienced techs than we did so maybe that's the key. read more

Quick, polite, and efficient service. Expect to drop at least $100 for a pedicure. They'll add an extra $15 to your bill for turning on the massage feature while you're sitting in the chair I had mine turned on for 5 minutes out of my 55 minute pearl pedicure ($55) I've never heard of that before! It was an extra $15 for a chrome color. So if you like sparkle, they'll up-charge you. My pedicure looks great, but the charge for the chair was a bit sneaky Some people only make $15 an hour where they work. read more

I've had some good experiences here, and some poor quality ones. I've always been a walk-in, and they've had space for me right away. I like the rewards system because I usually get $5 off (if you spend $50). Sometimes they offer you a beverage, sometimes they don't. The last few times I have been, my dip nails have cracked in about 4-5 days. The top coat looks like it's peeling off. This hasn't happened to me after getting my nails done anywhere else. This is not what I would expect my nails to look like after that amount of time. I'm also not super confident in the cleanliness. The tables look like they aren't wiped down, and sometimes I wonder if they're actually using a clean towel. read more

I came here to get my wedding nails done and I don't regret it one bit! We did have to wait for about 20 minutes after our appointment time but I was with my bridesmaids so we didn't mind. The woman who helped me was very patient and listened to the design that I wanted. She was able to keep my original nail and shape it exactly how I wanted. I got the dip powder, one other gal got gel and the last girl got regular polish and we were all equally impressed. I will be coming back after my honeymoon to get a pedi! Tom at Organic Nails always does an amazing job with my acrylics and he is so kind! I weight lift and am very active and hard on my nails, but they rarely ever break even when I'm prying 45 pound plates off the floor. I'm able to do long nails without worrying about it. $40 for two bloody cuticles and some very disappointing gold flakes on top of white gel manicure. It was my first time here and first time in months that I have gone out for a mani/pedi so I just let the nail tech do whatever he suggested he was a really friendly guy. I am willing to admit that maybe I shouldn't have just let him do whatever or said something when I saw how terrible it looked but it's not the worst manicure I've ever gotten but also far from the best. The only reason why I am thinking about going back is because my pedicure came out great. It was so good that I don't really care that much about how the "hot" towel was maybe lukewarm, almost cold really--that might just be because I got the basic pedicure for $35. Who knows? It was clean, my toenails look great, and I would recommend coming here for a pedicure! If you do get a manicure here, maybe one of the nice women can do better than what I got. Keep in mind I had "booked" an appointment at 6, which just giving a heads up doesn't really even matter. I didn't even get started until like 6:30 or so, even the guy that was next to me was like "you are very patient" I guess it's kind of my fault I didn't say I wanted them removed because anywhere else I go they remove my old nails first ‍ so he just filled off the gel polish I had on, which he also didn't remove it all and just added more acrylic at the bottom of my nail ‍ I've had my old nails for over a month so they were already falling off my real nail. Please read, I have an infection- Infection date 12/28/2021 I had a pedicure there on 12/28/2021 and I sat in chair number 7. The pedicure was all in all bad and made me uncomfortable. I opted for the $42 manicure. During the service she cut the cuticle on my left index toe and I now have an active infection in my big toe on my left foot. This place is not worth the risk.
