These steps are to ensure each individual gets a calm and relaxed experience but also adds security as some of the services can be intimate. You enter into a beautiful waiting / check in area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you wait. Shay was very professional walking me through the process through and through. I wasn't concerned or worried about any aspect of the appointment and was very impressed with how I was worried over nothing! Waxing is never a pleasurable experience but it was made less painful and quick by Miki. She was very professional and did an excellent job. I really liked the vibe at this studio, good music and an inviting space made me feel at ease right away. They even have complimentary drinks and snacks that you can have while waiting for your appointment. The only drawback is that rooms have open ceiling and are connected so you can hear voices from the next room but the loud music conceals a lot of it. read more

I go to the South Lamar location and let me tell you, I never waxed until my thirties And it's a game changer. Vivienne is my esthetician and she was so good at explaining the process to me and being accommodating and making it as painless as possible. I have very sensitive skin so shaving has always been a struggle and irritation always happens on my legs and my armpits and my belly button, but with waxing I've noticed less hair growing back, softer hair growing back, and it takes longer for the Hair to come back. I highly suggest going to Vivienne and checking out ReWAXation Station because they are so sweet and you feel so welcomed there! They also send a bunch of text and email reminders if you need it, which is something I ALWAYS need - so that's a big bonus for me! 10/10 experience and have kept coming back for half a year now and never plan to leave! read more

Getting a brazillian is always going to be painful, so having someone speedy and as good as reWAXation is key. I was in and out in less than 7 mins. On the pricier side but I feel like wax prices in general have gone up and it's worth paying for a good waxer. Limited parking on the side but was able to get a spot no problem. You can go ahead and read other reviews, but you won't need to. This is the best place I've ever been waxed in the entire United States and that is saying something. It hit all four C's: Courtesy. Cleanliness. Clarity. Cost. It also doesn't hurt that this business is beloved and cared for by its owner Shay, (who was personally installing upgrades, by hand, on-site while greeting people with absolutely none of the pretense that you get with some owners) and it's technicians. If the extremely efficient, unbelievably professional, and wonderfully entertaining Lexi was any indication, the technicians here are the bomb. I felt heard, safe, and valued. She was efficient while not making me feel rushed. It was perfection. I've been going to ReWAXation for over 4 years, and Allie is amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable, but even more than that, she does a crazy good job. I have incredibly stubborn and plentiful hair (just about everywhere, just south Asian things ) and Allie is always helping me figure out the best ways to care for my skin to get the best results. Her speed cannot be denied either. I have spent 3 hours waxing my own legs before. Allie can get through my regular 3 services and then some in basically an hour now. Waxing is about consistency and a good relationship with your waxer, and I have results now that I honestly never dreamed of achieving with waxing alone.
