I called & texted to see about moving my appointment down and the staff was understanding and accommodating. I was not new to sugaring prior to visiting but Ava, the esthetician, still walked me through the entire process which was appreciated. She made me feel extremely comfortable and got through my service in less than 20 minutes. This was the least painful sugaring experience I have EVER had. She tweezed hairs that were leftover, which is a nice touch. The cool towel she used to clean up any excess sugar felt much better than a warm towel, love that they do that! Don't go anywhere else for your sugaring needs, seriously! They offer memberships and of course, I had to go with their signature single membership. I felt comfortable with her the entire time (as comfortable as sugaring can be!). They validated my parking for the Amli parking garage across the street, which was super easy and convenient. I became lightheaded during my spray and Emily promptly paused before providing me with fresh air, lots of water, and a cool towel.
