I got a targeted ad about a new sugaring spot opening up in Austin so I signed up for their mailing list. I received a text for a free (!!!) Brazilian the week they opened (just a week or so ago) and immediately jumped on it. The front desk girl was super sweet and attentive. Ava, my "sugarista" did a great job. Learned she was new to sugaring prior to her S+B training but she did great and made me feel very comfortable. In addition to the service, they do a cold damp towel, witch hazel, and a blend of oils, to help relieve the area and prevent ingrowns. Loved that! Start to finish was less than 20 min. Aside from the awesome promo, they have memberships that are really flexible. Even the non-member rate ($59) is well priced! It's right across the street from Jo's. Easy to find. I chose a weekend appt to have a better shot at street parking. Loved the aesthetic and vibe of the place. I'll definitely be back. read more

She made me feel extremely comfortable and got through my service in less than 20 minutes. This was the least painful sugaring experience I have EVER had. She tweezed hairs that were leftover, which is a nice touch. The cool towel she used to clean up any excess sugar felt much better than a warm towel, love that they do that!
