The just-right blend of a relaxing spa-like environment, facial exercise with massage and gua sha, clinical-style cleansing/extractions/device usage, and a dash of woo woo vibes. Besides giving a great facial, she is so knowledgeable of aftercare and setting you up with a routine that works for you while keeping your budget in mind. She offers really great tips on products to purchase for makeup as well which has helped to improve my skin. I came to Potion Tx on a recommendation from a friend who received a facial from Val. I went at the end of January and let me tell you: my. life. changed. forever. I had never received a facial before (I know), and wow was I lucky to have Val and this place as my first experience. I scheduled just the 60 minute "the facial" and Val ended up treating me for well over an hour and a half. I came out glowy, ultra relaxed, and couldn't wait to schedule my next facial. In February I planned to go back, but a friend invited me to try out a different place where she had a gift card, and that place did not even compare. I couldn't wait to go back to Val @ Potion, but then with businesses shutting down in March as a result of COVID-19, my visions to return were postponed until further notice. Just got my brows done by Val Mirza this past weekend. I am extremely pleased with my result, I even look younger. I went in with practically no brows and left with nicely reconstructed full brows. I highly recommend Val Mirza who knows exactly what she is doing. The Spa is a very clean studio and all the girls are extremely professional and attentive to your needs! I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. The numbing cream is "gold" and there is zero pain. I recommend V.
