She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. It's simply not true that I "hand picked products after berating the receptionist." I picked 3 products to get with the gift card before even being told that the credit could only be used on services. I never berated the receptionist (you weren't there when she spoke to me). Also, when you did become available, just because I asked you "how can we fix this?" or "what can you do?" doesn't mean I'm being aggressive. Maybe the voucher could have been voided, something could have been done to fix the mistake. Was I upset? Definitely. I also disagree that I caused a scene. You must be upset that that I'm documenting the experience here. The only 3 people involved in this interaction were you Heather, me, and the receptionist (who obviously only told you her side of the story before I even saw you). I felt incredibly mistreated and realized that the established 15 year long history as a regular loyal customer was not important to you. There was no desire to fix the issue or make things better, I was even more disappointed because I knew how loyal I was to you. I don't understand how there is a "financial hit" either because you got $300 directly into your company from my husband's payment online and the products you allowed me to have were only half of this amount so you're getting to keep the rest of the money for nothing (no products, no service). If anything, WE ARE taking the financial hit of paying for nothing. It's basic math. I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I'm in disbelief as to how I was treated that I feel like others deserve to know what could happen to them even if they are regular well paying customers for 15 years like me.

I got a BEAUTIFUL custom spray tan by Josie. She's beautiful, and did such a good just at making everything comfortable, smooth, and made me feel so much more confident! This was my first spray tan and she did an amazing job! From start to finish it was a fun experience she talked me through everything, and it came out beautifully! The environment of this business is beautiful and very calm. I have been a loyal customer of 360 Tans for 4 years now. Starting from my very first spray tan for my senior prom, I have had the most amazing experience! All of the girls are amazing! I have personally been sprayed by Kelsey, Jayden, Chloe, and Amber and they make me feel nothing but comfortable through my entire experience! I've been a member for a year and half now, and can't say enough great things about the spa and their tech Kelsey! She's always so fun and enthusiastic and is super knowledgeable about all the services they have to offer. She's also a damn good airbrush artist and really understands how to get great color on someone, there's a real intuition there. I've been a client here for almost 2 years and have always been sprayed by Chloe. She has been amazing and at this point she has developed the perfect concoction of color that is PERFECT! I've never had an issue with an orange appearance and always look like I was born with a beautiful tan when I leave. I do get consistent hydro steams and love to do this immediately before my spray which was recommended by Chloe and it really helps with an even better quality tan. read more

I cant put into words how great my experience was Zoe was the one who did my spray tan and I had no streaks. Even my hands and feet were flawless (which is always botched when I have gone anywhere else). Zoe even picked the perfect color for my super white/reddish skin tone and I didn't look orange! Very posh salon with decorated black, white, and gold. I signed up for the Brazilian membership, which only has a 3 month commitment to give this a fair test. Picked up some Fur Oil for the lady bits to help the hair come out easier in the future. I liked that the Fur Oil had an excellent 79/100 rating on the Yuka app and it's in a glass bottle!!
