THE BEST CUSTOMER AIR BRUSH TAN I'VE EVER HAD. :) I have been spray/airbrush tanning for about 5 years now in Houston AND Austin, and this is THE BEST spray tan I've ever had from both cities. Im a blonde with fair skin, so at other businesses it would always come out orange on me/you could see the imperfections of the spray job with lines. 360 Tans is so natural and I ALWAYS receive compliments on how tan I am after my apt. It stays on for a good while, and also has an odorless smell. It stays on well, and if it does come off on any clothing (on the day of my apt) it has always washes out. I work retail currently, and am able to go in before work, get an airbrush tan, put on my work clothes 30ish min after, and it is completely dry! I am able to run errands/ hang out with friends (nothing that obviously makes me sweat) but it is so convenient with how dry it becomes. I always see the owner, and she is the best. She makes me feel soooo comfortable and never have I walked out with a weird line on my arm/ankle/leg, always perfectly even and smooth color (the solution this place uses is amazing). I get the "slightly sun-kissed" spray and purchase the 3 spray package. The owner and her husband are so sweet and they always find a way to work with my hectic schedule to squeeze me in for an appointment. I swear, I go to 360 Tans about twice a month for a air-brush spray tan because it is better (for my fair skin) to be able to have this natural air brush tan as apposed to actually tanning. I will be moving back to Houston soon, and will be literally driving up to Austin just to have sprays done by 360 Tans, since I have not found a spot this good anywhere else. They give the best spray tans EVER. If you are looking for a spray tan and want to guarantee that you will look amazing.. I mean 10lbs. skinnier within 10 minutes, then you need to go here now. Every spray tan is customized. They even ask me about my desired "undertones?" if I want a golden tan or if I want to look like a Brazilian princess that just got off the beach. I never smell like the old mystic tans " which I hated" and my color always looks AMAZING. Each visit they ask me questions about my last tan, which is nice because I can tell that they really want to guarantee that I am happy and that my previous tan was what I wanted. (( great customer service)) They have the best price options which I feel like were designed just for me. Every technician has always made me feel as comfortable as possible, especially considering that I am standing fully naked in front of a complete stranger. I used to have issues with my tan fading weird that would leave me looking like an amphibian, but they educated me on why that was happening and gave me tips on how to prevent it, which it did completely and I no longer have and weird fading issues. I have never had any spray tanning person give me so much information about the spray tanning process I just assumed that those issues were normal " I guess they aren't". I have tried their body wraps and I am a fan of the blanket one. You get to watch a movie and burn calories ughh sign me up. FWI you will sweat your butt off.. and listen to them when they say wear thick sweats because it definitely makes a huge deference. They will give you a free water but I always bring more with me. I love their south location because the body wrap rooms are separate. Overall their services are top-notch and their customer service is 5 star all the way. No orange tans here. I wish i could leave 0 stars. I went in for a formostar body wrap, not only was i told on the phone i was going in for a FIT body wrap (they don't even have that at the north location) but the young lady who wrapped me had no idea what she was doing. She tried to sell me some kit with 1 full size product for over $100! The experience was uncomfortable from the start. I was laying flat on a table, with pads wrapped on me and a sheet placed over me and couldn't even see the tv. The fitted sheet had burn holes in it, and one of the pads under my back had burns marks on it, that were attempted to be covered with a towel. That should've been the biggest red flag, as the pads on my legs BURNED me so bad. I had a blister on the top of my inner right thigh to go along with the red patchy rash. I asked for water and was never given any, and when i flipped the switch to notify the front desk i was finished, no one came. I laid there for 11 minutes before finally figuring out how to unwrap myself. The front desk girl even tried to talk to me about memberships after that too! Are you kidding me? I was hesitant to leave a review, but after hearing how poorly management treats their employees, i decided to share my story. Shame on them. Support other local businesses who actually care for their employees and who employ capable people, not just pretty faces to make the sad, outdated salon look better. read more

I have been going to 360 Tans for a while now. Every-time my airbrush tan looks flawless never orange or streaky. I have been spray-tanned at other salons and they were never able to compare to the level of professionalism I have received every time I go to 360 Tans for my airbrush tans. I have extremely fair skin but I'm olived skinned but very fair, kinda yellow actually. So I have found it hard to have any sunless product turn out great on me. They either look orange or streaky. I found this business through a Groupon deal i purchased a year ago. I have purchased several Groupon deals for other airbrush tan salons and they were OK but never the best experience all around. I'm a mother of 3 so feeling comfortable in front of someone has been something hard for me to do. The girls at 360 Tans have always made me feel very comfortable and have eased me into this less tan line thing (which i love NOW). I did notice another say that the customer service was not to their satisfaction. Which shocks me. Every time I have been to 360 Tans the customer service is always AMAZING. I don't have a membership and probably never will because have a bit of a commute to see them for my spray. But even without their membership the prices are very affordable just $33 which isn't bad. To sum this all up I would actually give this business 10 STARS. Great color, clean salon, and friendly staff. read more

FINA THE SOUTH SIDE ANGEL WOW. I don't usually write these things but I just have to tell everyone about a recent experience I had at 360tans. I love being tan but I hate sun damage so I was living a fairly pale existence. I'm a hairy hippie and I never considered getting a spray tan because I thought the stuff was full of chemicals and would irritate my slightly sensitive skin. But I love trying new things and like I said, I love being tan... so I asked around and everyone said 360tans was the place to go. Yeah the formula is vegan and yeah it's really good for your skin but what really sold me was my tan tech, FINA. She's the kind of person you meet and you know right away that she loves her job. She made me feel the MOST comfortable and she made me glow like a freakin goddess. But the real highlight of my experience involved me backing my ass up into the vent behind me that sucks all the extra product up. Fina tried to warn me but sometimes my rear end has a mind of its own. Long story short, I ended up with some DARK brown grill marks on my posterior. Fina, with her infinite patience, grabbed a moist towelette and rescued my cheeky glow like the consummate professional that she is. 10/10 would tan again. THANKS FINA!!! read more

Laying out at the pool is well second nature to me.. Book, Shade, Water I cant live without.. I don't want to say it or admit to it but I'm not young anymore... ahhhh. I have since decided to try the sunless spray tanning. I went to 360 Tans not sure what to expect. I am very foreign to this whole fake tanning thing. I will say I felt like I was in great hands. The staff there was very knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. When the girl was finished spraying me I was super surprised how quick and easy and not to mention how natural it looked. After the spray tanning process was finished they went over the after care process so thoroughly. I really appreciated the fact that they took their time with me during the service and after. I felt very appreciated. They also gave a tip sheet to take home.....Which if it wasn't for that I would have forgot everything they just told me.. I will definitely return. I was skeptical of getting an airbrush tan b/c I didn't know if I would feel uncomfortable having a person spray me while I am in the nude. But, I was interested in trying it b/c I have had a bad experience with the Mystic tan. I am so pleasantly surprised as my tan looks so natural and is applied in all the right places. I felt very comfortable with the staff and everyone I encountered was very professional, making all my concerns defunct. Also, the smell was so pleasant and I didn't have to mess with any of the gross lotions that you have to deal with at the Mystic tan places. A big plus was that the waiting room had 2 massage chairs that were awesome! I wished that I had had to wait a long time, but my appointment was right on time and I didn't have to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes before I met with my tanner. The whole experience took only about 10 minutes, which was a bonus. Don't go anywhere else for your fake tanning! This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back for more natural looking tan. read more

The owner of this establishment is a very shady human being. On Monday, the owner Jeff called and told me my membership was cancelled effective immediately due to my review listed below. Real awesome business and customer service practice there. He said he would no longer charge my account. Well, today, he fraudulently charged my account $75 for "services I did not pay for months ago". Funny how that works b/c each time I went in to get a spray tan, after each service, his employee's told me I did not owe anything and that I was free to go. Now all of a sudden, I owe $75 and he could not tell me why. My attorney is not working with me and the Austin Police Department to file a police report for theft of banking account and have filed an official complaint with the BBB. PUBLIC BEWARE: THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HOSTILE AND IF HE DOESN'T LIKE YOU, HE WILL INTIMIDATE YOU AND BULLY YOU. read more

I just got my first air spray tan ever at 360 Tans and it was a great experience. I have done the Mystic Tan spray machines a few times and it always comes out looking horrible. This already looks so much better and more natural! Natasha at 360 Tans was very professional and told me everything I needed to know to make sure my tan came out as natural looking as possible, as well as gave me tips on how to prolong my tan. Now that I have tried air spray, I will never go back to the beds or machines again. The atmosphere at 360 Tans is very modern, but also feels warm and welcoming..also very clean, which is important to me. The staff was wonderful and the tan process didn't take long at all. I definitely recommend to anyone who would like to try the air spray tan, or is just looking for a nice place to use the tanning beds. Classiest tanning salon I have ever been to. read more

I have had several airbrush tans from other places in Austin and none of them compare to this salon. Natasha was so friendly and took her time explaining everything. Most salons just spray you and kick you out to go to the next client. They really explained all the steps that you need to know and gave me a tip sheet so I didn't have to remember it all. Its obvious they really know what they are doing and when you call they answer unlike other salons that never answer their phone. But the cherry on the cake for me was my actual tan........ My tan was definitely the best airbrush tan Ive had and not to mention the airbrush room which was so clean. All of the airbrush salons in Austin that I have been to were so gross ughhh......... especially when you are getting naked and you look around and see solution all over but this place was very clean and neat. ...!!! read more

Totally amazed by the whole "sunless experience", it was AWESOME! I would have to say, a bit reluctant at first, but eventually warmed up to the idea. My fiance made me do the special because we are getting married and lots of pic to be taken. Did to 2 for 1 spray tan promo so I could test it out before our big day. I can honestly say that Jeff made me look like I actually had a tan. It wasnt overpowering, but it definitely was noticeable. He recommended a solution that was low maintenance and said I shouldnt have any issues with it fading uneven or blotchy. He was right. He was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish, and made a guy like me feel much better about the whole "sunless experience". I just wanted to say how much I LOVE 360 Tans for airbrush. I go in about twice a month to get it done by the owner and she ALWAYS does a perfect/even job. She also makes me feel so comfortable during the process. I have been going to different places for airbrush tanning in the past...starting in Houston , moved to Austin, went to several places before my friend recommeded 360, and & the rest is history. It is odorless, washes out of anything, not sticky, and very natural looking. I always recieve compliments :) I get the "slighty sun-kissed." I am able to go in before work, change into my work clothes about 15 min after the appt....that is how fast it dries!
