I went in for my first time and Caysen was the one to do my spray tan. She talked me through the whole thing, gave me some tips, and was so easy to talk to! The tan came out amazing and perfectly even. I was a little scared because it looked like some of it rubbed off on my clothes on the way home. I debated just rinsing it off but decided to let it sit and when I rinsed 4 hours later (i got the express which I highly recommend!) and it was so even you couldn't tell any of it came off. She did two light coats which I think was what made it stay so even. I'll definitely be back in a few weeks when I have a wedding :) read more

Very disappointed in my experience here. I had been here once before a few years back and had a great spray tan. This second time was horrible. First, they tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment but then make you wait till after your slotted appointment time to even bring you back (I ended up waiting for almost half an hour). Second, they don't warn you that the bronzer will come off and stick to your car seat. My leather driver seat is now ruined. I've tried a few cleaners and it still won't come out. I had asked for a manager to call me which she did, but ended up leaving me a voicemail as I was unavailable. I returned her call that same day but had to leave a message. I still have not heard back from anyone. Definitely a disappointing experience and will not be going back. read more

My Tan Artist was seriously the coolest and sweetest. I'm disappointed in how the tan developed. I went home straight after my appointment and didn't move a muscle. I cleared my whole schedule so I could be at home and let this tan develop. 9 hours later I took a lukewarm shower and then pat-dried myself down. I noticed my neck was developing weird throughout the day but sometimes the tanning solution just does weird things and it rinses off evenly. Not the case. Thankfully I have foundation that can somewhat hide this but it's still embarrassing. read more

First time customer here at organic bronze. Also my first time getting a spray tan! It was really exciting and fun! Bonnie made me feel so comfortable and really did a great job explaining after care. When you call to make an appointment the receptionist let you know before care coming in to get your spray tan. The receptionist was very friendly and very welcoming. The decor inside is very cute really pretty and open. They also sell small amounts of jewelry and some small boutique clothes. They have memberships etc. and you could ask for a pamphlet at the front desk. They still require you to wear a mask in the common area but obviously when you are in the room getting your spray tan you don't have to wear the mask. Again I've never had a spray tan before but it looks amazing already and it's crazy to see right after your tan line! Thank you organic bronze I'll see you guys soon again! read more

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews but feel the public should be warned. My daughter and I got a spray tan here and we had many issues. First, the color came out way too dark and not very natural looking. After doing a few sprays on us the technician asked us to check in the mirror. We did but she said "you can't really tell how dark you are in this mirror." Huh??!?! Neither of us felt we looked very dark and asked for another spray. Being newbies I would have loved her to bring us to a mirror where we can tell our darkness. Why can't you tell your darkness in your mirror? That seems like an important thing to have for customers. Second, the tan was applied splotchy in several areas. You can see my daughter's arm and also how my hands (compare back of palm vs fingers) look different colors. We dried the proper time and moisturized but still came out uneven. Third, when tan started fading we had spots in various places. You can see all the tiny brown spots on my hand. I don't normally have these spots there but as the tan fades you get spots in some places. I take responsibility for asking to go darker (although I feel like a knowledgeable technician should have warned us or given us access to a mirror where we can tell) but there were other problems. They get my color perfectly and something about their solution man- my tans never get patchy! Brittany is my girl she is awesome at tans! I've been to Organic Bronze a few times in the past for special events and I've always had great experiences. I went tonight prepping for a wedding I'm in this weekend and it was the worst experience I've ever had not only at this establishment but in all of my experiences of getting spray tans. I've always done the custom tan so I can specifically get the correct color for my skin tone and desired look. I chose the rapid tan this time and was told the rapid solution can be customized as well. The technician took me to the room and left - did not explain a single thing to me which thankfully this wasn't my first time so I knew some what of the prep work but I had questions/concerns as she never asked me what shade I was going for, what tones I usually pull, etc. Standard questions that I've usually been asked when I've been there before. I had to walk out of my room to go find her to ask my questions as she put me in a room and walked out so fast I didn't have a chance to. She returned to the room with a pre mixed solution that had no prior discussion. I proceeded to ask her if the rapid was a standard color or if it was customizable to which she had a miserable explanation in comparing the two. At this point I was standing in a room naked, being told to get on a platform and didn't have a backup plan to go elsewhere in enough time before leaving town. Once she was done, instead of explaining after care instructions, she asked if I knew them and left the room before I could even answer. The worst customer service I've ever experienced for a rather uncomfortable encounter to begin with. The technician clearly did not want to be there and she didn't care if the client knew it or not. She was very rude, not personable at all. There was just a lack of and it was really disappointing. Bad enough for them to lose a customer. read more

So like I said in my first post, this was the first spray tan I have ever had. I had some initial concerns with the dryness of my skin and how the spray tan would look. The last thing I want before I go on vacation (to the beach) is to have splotches all over my legs. I was told that the ph pre-spray, which costs extra, would actually help with the dryness and that I wouldn't be left with white patches. So not 24 hours later the dry patches that I was initially concerned with were 2 shades darker then the rest of my skin. 48 hours later I am now left with white peeling splotches all over my legs. I'm a new customer and have had several tans here. So far I've been pleased. I was a member at another local salon that I loved, but I really needed the Sunday availability. Also, the quick develop at the other salon had alot of bronzer and turned me really brown...so I felt like I couldn't go back to work and had to only go at the end of the day. So far, this one appears more mild at first spray. Smells ok. I didn't sign up for a membership bc tans don't rollover. That would be my only con. I'd rather pay a consistent monthly price, but then go more frequently in certain months. At my previous salon, credits rolled over, so I hardly went in the winter and stacked them up for summer. If the pricing structure here changed, it'd be a five star for me. read more

This is the worst tan I've had they offer you free services for yelp reviews and even free is not worth it! Last week I left streaky and orange and half of me nothing developed I got the rapid even after the next day it don't developed and it's supposed to in 4 hours. This tan for a wedding and had to leave town I couldn't get any response or fix because the owners were out of town and are never there always partying and the staff said the manager is not there on the weekends. Save your time and go to palm beach where they customer service is 5 star and you will not be orange juice. Palm beach tan has the best deals. read more

I have been a member at Organic Bronze for over a year. At first close to when they first opened it seemed like there were was lack of consistency. This has hugely changed, they now take great notes and consult prior to application to make sure they know what you desire in a spray tan. The employees are great and have awesome personalities. I enjoy chatting with everyone on their team I have met. They offer upgrades often for check ins. I personally prefer a simple custom tan. Organic bronze takes covid safety seriously. Everyone is wearing a mask and your temperature is checked upon arrival. My spray tan was done by Kristen. I was recently a bridesmaid in one of my best friend's weddings and was gently encouraged to get a tan before the big day. I was a little bit nervous at first, but Darian was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and patiently walked me through every step. I got the express tan and was looking for medium darkness, and this totally delivered. I washed it off after about 6 hours and it gave a beautiful glow. When the tanner was first applied, it left small, freckle like spots from the bronzer, but it completely washed off and left a smooth, seamless tan. Love them all! The entire staff is amazing. They are the only tanning salon in the domain and there's no need for another one. Go with custom for spray tans, and you can tweak your color each time to develop your perfect color. I've altered my custom spray color a few times with the team and it's perfect now and won't touch it again. The rapid is harder to customize, but the team will help you figure out your color if you don't have more than 6 hours. They care about your PH balance, natural skin undertone color, nails and after care. My dogs have ruined my tan before so don't them jump on you right after. Bring a towel in your car if you have leather seats (standard for any spray) and, moisturize with tan safe products after you rinse off. read more

This was my first spray tanning experience. Like all of us I definitely have my insecurities but May did a great job making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions. The whole process start to finish was excellence. From the first call where I grilled the lady on all my newbie questions and getting the appointment scheduled to showing up and the place being very clean and decorated well to the actually spraying process. May took a look at me and asked me my plans for the tan lol (traveling) and custom mixed the color for me and walked me through the whole process with easy. Took may be 20 mins start to finish (from walk in to leaving). Had a slight payment issue with the card but they fixed it instantly (Groupon) and I will definitely be coming back. Today is the day after and the tan May did blended in soooo well with my stupid at home amateur tan I did (dumb idea) and now you cant even tell. I am not orange and not overly dark (I am a fairly white girl with blonde hair and blue eyes so didnt want to look fake. Highly recommend here and highly highly recommend May! read more

This tanning salon is as good as they come. As a recent transplant to the area from L.A., I like to read reviews in advance to see for myself before a make any long term commitments. What I love about this salon, is that they are more than just "spray tans." Yeah, you can get a tan but they really take the time to customize the tone and type best for you! They also have an infra-red sauna, top of the line beauty products, great gifts too (check out the trendy jewelry on their counter) but MOST of all, extraordinary customer service. Before the crazy pandemic that changed many lives, I had an ongoing monthly membership. Ladies, I was golden brown, evenly tanned, downright naturally tropical... and loving it! I would see Mae and their crew religiously to get my organic bronze fix. Their professionals treated me like I was the -only- client, oh yes, despite a crowd of folks just as happy as me in the waiting area. That tells me something, that they truly care about their clients. When I had to leave Austin to be closer to family back in CA, they could have acted one way, but nope, far from it, they were responsive, they had compassion, they listened... they cared. I don't know when I will be back in Austin, but when I do, they have me as a client again, and again, and again and I strongly recommend you check them out too for your tans. After my review, I was contacted by the manager who offered me a free spray tan for the inconvenience of the technician being late repeatedly for my appointments. She also expressed concern over my tan not lasting. Unfortunately, even with the PH balancing primer my tan faded after three days. At other spray tan salons, I can usually get a good week out of a tan. However, I will return and voice my concerns to the manager who has assured me she will try to correct the issue. read more

I have now gotten two spray tans here, and both times, despite having put on a generous amount of the barrier cream, the palms and entire underside of my hands turned out extremely dark-which is the opposite of what I would want. My upper ankles have also turned out extremely dark and streaky. When I went the second time, I told the technician about how my last Custom Spray tan had turned out, and she told me to just put more barrier cream on, but it happened again. However, the rest of the tan on my body was great. It was even and perfect color match.
