Had a wonderful treatment in Grace in addressing my needs for treatment on Masseter Botox and other neurotoxin treatments to freeze movement in my face. She was friendly, provided a wealth of information and feedback for the skin concerns and upcoming plans in ensuring the results and care for treatment were personal for me and what I wanted to address! Loved her friendly and supportive warm care in taking cate of me and look forward to returning for future services! In the past visit I've also had treatments with Nurse Olivia and very much enjoyed the care and services I received from her as well! Maui has been great with my goals without upsell and the appointment availability in working with my schedule is so much appreciated in the flexibility and friendliness the staff provide. read more

Maui MedSpa - Pre-Moxi and day 6 of post moxi mends healing (loving the skin cell turnover!) - Skin Care Near Me - Austin, Texas

I've been on a skincare journey for a few years now, and I finally got around to adding microneedling and laser treatments. I lucked out and ended up in the care of Farrah Taylor at Maui MedSpa, and I can't say enough great things about her. She's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and caring, and the results speak for themselves. I'll be trusting my face to her for many years to come! read more

First Botox appointment and Grace was amazing, so kind and made me feel completely at ease. It was over before I knew it. Excited to go back for my lips with her! Highly recommend! read more

i went to a bunch of consults at a bunch of medspas to try and find the right one, maui medspa was my last visit, and the best one by far. dr. turnage is the BEST. he's so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. the facility is also gorgeous and high end. i will be going here for everything from now on! read more

Wow!! where do I even start?? The staff and doctor were amazing!! 100/10!! I'm super happy with how everything went and specially my results Will be coming back for sure. read more

I've been a recurring, out-of-pocket client at this MedSpa, and the way the director, Winston Turnage, and my injector, Jocelyn Vera Jaimes, run things is completely unacceptable. Winston arbitrarily blocked me from booking filler for six months, even though I have less than three mL in my face nowhere near an excessive amount. This wasn't about safety; it was bias and personal preference. His actions felt discriminatory, as he applied restrictions based on opinion rather than medical reasoning. For someone with a medical degree and military experience, this level of incompetence and unfair treatment is shocking. I'm providing screenshots to show exactly what I asked and how it was mishandled. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Winston chose to terminate me as a client. This shows how petty, vindictive, and thin-skinned he really is. His comments and actions carry the unmistakable feel of micro-aggressions: dismissive answers, subtle digs, and responses that completely ignored the questions I actually asked. Jocelyn Vera Jaimes presents herself as a friendly, supportive girls' girl, but in reality, she is completely performative. Once I raised legitimate questions or concerns, she vanished. Her behavior is disingenuous, fake, and exactly who she is someone more concerned with appearances than her clients. This MedSpa has over a dozen negative reviews showing a clear pattern: botched work, improperly placed injections, swelling, ignored complaints, and sloppy documentation. Clients consistently experience arbitrary restrictions, dismissive treatment, and unprofessional behavior. They prioritize money over skill, safety, and respect. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere competent, respectful, and capable of treating clients professionally. Winston and Jocelyn have shown exactly who they are. read more

Jocelyn my injector was incredible. I've been to many places and she is by far the best. She was so personable and knowledgeable and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would 100% recommend. read more

I was referred by a co-worker here because of the prices and I will keep coming back. The inside is gorgeous! Once in the room she was open and honest with me. I had initially gotten lip filler with another doctor and thought it was time for a refill. She evaluated me and said otherwise - I still had a ton in there. She could of lied to get my money but didn't - and that was on the first visit! Went back again thinking maybe this was my time - again I was still full. Had nurse Julie do cheek filled and the results were amazing. I already have my next appt. Booked! read more

I can't say enough good things about Maui Medspa & Nurse Taylor Silvio. I've been going here for my lip filler & dysport for 2 years now and I've always had an amazing experience. Most recently I've been doing facial rebalancing before my wedding in July & Nurse Taylor created a treatment plan for me to get me feeling my best for my wedding pictures and has paid close attention to detail the whole way through. She communicates clearly about the procedures we're doing, where and why & never leaves me over filled. Everything I've had done looks so natural. She's a real pro at what she does & is such a kind person. 10/10 recommend. read more

Came here about a year ago & got lip filler. I did not see any difference in the volume of my lips. After the swelling went down, my lips looked exactly the same as they did before filler! I contacted Taylor Silvio to tell her my concerns, she told me that there is nothing she can do since sometimes people don't see a difference the first time using the filler.. which is very odd and unprofessional she didn't tell me that when I was in the office getting the filler.. Complete waste of time since I took off from work just to have this video consultation with her to tell her my concerns & she just blew me off. Definitely do your research before going here the lip filler they use is not juvederm .. juvederm costs more and honestly is what I see results from. Definitely get what you pay for coming here. Waste of time & a waste of money. read more

EDIT: As you can see by my below review I truly liked this place. HOWEVER-- my service lasted only six weeks after the nurse and website state effects should me visible for 3 months. 90 units of Dysport lasted only 6 weeks! Everyone at the office tries to blame it on "not a high enough dose" but this timeline is insane. My service was either not done correctly, done with expired product or watered down. When expressing this concert I was offered an insulting 5 unit touch up (after a 90 unit service) and after speaking to the manager he upped it to 10 units when/if I paid for the service again. After following up again I received no response except for an email stating that my membership was cancelled. The lack of pride in their work is so disappointing. If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I went in March to see Nurse Taylor for a lip fill that turned out amazing. Today I saw Nurse Morgan for Botox and it was such a fun and satisfying experience. Both nurses were so knowledgeable and made me feel entirely comfortable. They are gentle and make sure to give you anything to be comfortable-- fans, stress balls, anything you ask for! read more

Had my first appointment for lip filler at this location. I scheduled it with a provider named Jocelyn Vera- Jaimes. I had a fantastic experience with her. She was very informative throughout the whole process and took excellent care of me. There was another provider who assisted named Ashley Nguyen who was knowledgeable and helpful with questions. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this MedSpa to friends! read more

I have been going to Maui MedSpa for over 3 years and I fly in from Chicago twice a year for my appointments! I don't trust anywhere else with my lips. I love Nurse Taylor and Nurse Morgan, they both are so friendly, experienced, informative, and great at what they do. They never push you to do more, and will even advise you against a procedure if they don't think it's the right fit. I have had my lips dissolved twice here and refilled since. I recommend Maui MedSpa to all my friends and get endless compliments on my lips. read more

I scheduled with Taylor after I joined my friend for an appointment. I was so impressed with the fact that she really took her time to personalize my friends procedures for her face. My friend was unsure if she wanted cheek filler and Taylor advised against it because it wasn't right for her face, which I appreciated. I've been to places where it's like they are trying to upsale you or something and it feels wrong and cheap, Maui Medspa is not one of those places. Taylor has now worked on me twice and given me the exact results I've looked for. She really spends her time explaining and learning about your desires. The pricing is great; the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and I will be a returning customer. I've visited both locations. read more

I've never gotten botox before and was extremely happy with my results! I know I don't really "need" it, but I wanted it for preventative measures. Dr. Alexander and his nurse Taylor was very helpful, explained everything, and made sure I had pre and post-care instructions. They are very competitively priced (probably cheaper in most cases) and their facility is very clean. I'll be going back for a PRP Facial and Hydrafacial very soon. I can't wait! Thank you Dr. A for making me feel amazing. read more

I went in today for a consultation for filler and boxtox. The office is really nice and I was greeted very warmly. Dr. Turnage and Ms.Silvio,RN were very friendly and professional. Crazy expensive does not always mean it's alway worth it. I am very happy with the results and I WILL BE BACK!!!! Thanks guys you are great!!! read more

I wish I could stay with them. Services are good, location is very pretty. But don't sign for membership if you like to waste money. I never signed any agreement or was explained any rules. Appointments are very limited. Say good bye to your service if you are sick or need to reschedule because they will not have any appointment available and you will pay $99 for nothing! Not rolling over credits are like stealing! And the funny thing is that not one will tell you about it when you sign. No information on their website either. When I asked to cancel my membership obnoxious manager said that he was not charging me early cancelation fee. Like he was doing me a favor. I have no idea what early cancelation fee he was expecting me to pay since I never signed any kind of agreement with them or was never informed about anything. STAY AWAY! read more

Can't recommend Trianna enough for lip filler. I went in a little nervous not knowing if I'd cross the line of getting too much or spending the money to not see a difference. But she nailed it. Added bonus, she's incredible with follow up, bedside manner and knowledge. 10/10 read more

Y'all... I cannot speak highly enough of Taylor Silvio. Not only is she the sweetest person, she is an incredibly talented injector. I got 1 syringe of Versa ($199 with the Ohana plan) in my lips and I couldn't be happier. She worked with my anatomy and enhanced what I already had. I am so glad I went here. I got my lip filler done here and I'm not going to lie, I was nervous because of how cheap it was compared to other places I had looked. Nurse Morgan did my lips and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. Immediately after, I did not like them because of the swelling but once all of that went away, I am OBSESSED. My lips look like my natural lips except with more volume which was exactly what I asked her to do. The prices are so much cheaper than other medspas I looked at but after my appointment, I realized that was just another bonus to this place.
