I've been driving almost 2 hours to see Ann for my lashes for 2 years now. I have anxiety so bad when I get my lashes done and she's always so patient with me, and I appreciate how gently she is. First person ever I've been able to truly enjoy a "lash nap" with. Yesterday I went in for my routine lash fill and was able to enjoy a mani pedi while sipping champagne and getting a glorious massage from her chair. In 2 hours I enjoyed all of this and it was truly such a treat. I also appreciate her offering a discount to us military families. Story time: I had my nails done and the nail tech did not do the design to my standards compared to the reference picture. I mentioned it to the owner, Kim, and she immediately made it right. Kim is amazing! She fixed a bad set of nails I had gotten from someone else there. She ended up soaking off the set and doing a new one. The nails she did were beautiful and not too thick. I got dip with hand painted designs. Kim is professional and very skilled. Her application is smooth and I'm very pleased to have found her. She suggested the color we went with and I love it. (From my experience on 6/28/24) I have been coming here for years, even after moving 30+ mins away. I stopped getting fake nails but would come here regularly for a pedicure. My birthday was earlier this month and I decided I would treat myself with a pedi and fake nails that would hopefully match in color. I admit that I did take longer than they would have wanted to choose a color and once I did I was told that they did not have a match for my nails...weird because they said all the ones I was looking at had matches for both. Pedicure is done and she does my nails, I tell her what I don't like about it them throughout the process. She says she's done buffing/filing and leaves me with the pics below. Meanwhile the whole time the owner- Kim is doing someone else's nails right next to us. I overhear they have to push out the next client bc of me, this makes me feel bad and I thought I'll just get over it even though I don't like them. The salon is busy and I don't want to cause anymore trouble. I pay $120 for nails, pedi and tip. Get to my car and realize these nails are fugly, I'm going to politely text Kim and address my concerns. The screenshots speak for themselves, my birthday was that Tuesday so no I couldn't come in that day. They might be nice to you at first but don't let it fool you, it doesn't matter how much money you spend or how long you have been a customer here. This salon obviously doesn't accept any type of criticism as you can research in other reviews as well. I've had workers here over the years tell me that they don't get paid enough, this place is always cycling through new people. I would not recommend. read more

It's been a long while since I've had my nails done. That being said, I yelped all the nail places surrounding me and settle on this one. I walked in 30 minutes after opening, there was only one other guest there so they accepted me no problem. I always liked matte black nails with gel polish and a pedicure, I've had matte black so I know what they are suppose to be like. I had two people working on me, I opt for the next package for the pedicure with the scrub and just a regular manicure with the matte gel. It's so expensive here, my total came to $88 which is really mind blowing for me. Yelp has a check in for 10% off for first time guest, so $80 plus tip. I tip well and I am always nice to the workers because I know how it can be stressful with a difficult client. Everything felt rushed to me. I feel like everything extra that I paid for, it is usually included in the nail packages from previous salons that I went to and I only pay half the price out the door. For the price I paid, I hope to have high quality looking nails. The shape I asked for was almond which I received and like, but the matte black is awful. There are streaks throughout the nail which shouldn't be there and bumps. There is a gap between my cuticles and where the paint starts which is annoying me. My pedicure is uneven. You can see the layers of paint because the technician didn't go over properly. From far away it looks great, but as I inspected them closer I was very let down at the quality. I didn't expect BOTH technicians to do a poor job. For $100 I spent, I will not be coming back. They are both sweet and nice, but I feel they rushed because I am not a regular. 2 stars for the customer service. read more

I have been getting my nails and pedicure from Nails Euphoria for about 4 years now. I will typically get intricate nail designs on my manicure and a gel pedicure so I end up spending about $170 once a month. If the staff and service wasn't AMAZING, I would not be spending my hard earned money here! Kim is the most talented nail artist I have ever come across. She is extremely detailed & she does an amazing job EVERY SINGLE TIME! If you are trying to book with Kim & by some miracle she actually has her books opened (has happened all of three times max in the last 4 years I have been with her), RUN don't walk to book. & yes when you book with Kim you have to provide card information because again she is a nail artist and her time is MONEY! So get you a temporary card if you don't feel comfortable giving your card information over the phone. The staff is so sweet and accommodating! They will check for specific nail colors for me and will even try the combos I like on their own nails or swatch things for me to make sure I'm going to be happy with the results. I am a very loud and interactive individual so I have never had any issues having a conversation with any of the employees or asking for them to make the pedicure water colder or warmer or fixing a spot I didn't like, etc. Someone mentioned the staff speaking in a different language, which often happens when people are bilingual or multilingual. I know this is at times a foreign concept in the United States but English isn't the only language people are allowed to speak. Additionally, many English language learners at times have difficulty translating language specific words to English, so it is often easier just speaking in their native language. Further, individuals in general often feel more comfortable speaking in their native language so just something to keep in mind when coming into contact with ethnically and linguistically diverse individuals. Came in to treat myself with a pedicure on a weekday. Called in to make an appointment for me and a girlfriend and was able to come in quick. Nail technicians were very nice and completed our pedicures in a timely manner. The place itself appeared clean and sanitation procedures seemed well. I just was not pleased with the paint job and work done on my feet. The nail technician I had insisted she use the cheese grater on my feet after I requested for her to use a pumice stone instead (as the former makes your feet grow out more calloused). My friend ended up getting an ingrown toe nail a week after her service was done, possibly due to how the nail technician was doing her cuticles. Overall I l like the place itself but was not pleased with the deluxe pedicures we got. Maybe it was an off day, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

My pedicure really hurt. My technician clipped my skin by my toes too aggressively and now my toe is swollen and red. She did not attempt to communicate and spoke to another technician during my service. I was looking forward to the massage chairs and it wasn't very relaxing. Lily really took her time and to slowly remove the acrylics so my natural nails weren't damaged. i was shocked how strong they still were after she finished removing them!!
