I am not sure exactly what wax they use but I got a Brazilian hair after quite some time. TMI, I know, but I wanted to point out that I have been getting waxed off and on over the last 20 years I've used a variety of different types of waxes and have done sugaring and this was completely pain-free for me. 10/10!! I booked my appointment about 2 hours prior to, convenient because I was in the area nice. Using my maps made it challenging to find, not because of maps. It's located by Downtown Round Rock. You need to pay attention to the street names or you'll take the next left, by the new coffee shop. TAKE A LEFT ON NORTH MAYS and head down the road, approximately 5 streets. It will be on your left. Remember to look for the green house trimmed with pink because they don't have a sign up yet. I walked in and Chloe, my esthetician was an absolute gem!! I got my fixings done with sugar wax. Sugar wax doesn't use all the strips like a regular waxing strip. Chloe and I were chatting it up and laughing up a storm during my wax. She was thorough, kind and now my go to brazillian babe! I've been going to the South Lamar location for over 2 years now, but I tried out the Round Rock location as part of a promo they were having. The location is tucked away in a little neighborhood. I parked on their driveway, but otherwise, street parking is available. I got a brazilian wax and Alanna was awesome! She took her time and was super sweet. It was my first time meeting her, and I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with her throughout the service. I'm pretty consistent with my waxes, so if I lived closer to Round Rock I'd go back, but otherwise it's just a bit too far for me. I booked my services through a third party but Vivienne was patient despite her company canceling one of my services she finished my full Brazilian in record time and it has been over 4 months since I had a wax but it was not painful at all. She was a great listener during the service and was able to do the underarm wax that her company canceled originally and they re-added it on through the third party.
