I love Palm Beach Tan because they are open 7am-10pm every day. So, great hours! You can also go in whenever you want, no appointment necessary. So as soon as I got in, I appreciated that everything was super clean and open with plenty of sitting area if you are waiting PLUS they sell drinks like water/soda! This is really cool to me because I know there's times where you gotta wait for a tanning bed. As soon as I walked up to the desk, a friendly tanning consultant immediately greeted me when I came in. I loved how helpful and nice she was! She upsold me on getting the highest level diamond package which gets you unlimited spray tans & bed tans for $110 WITH 30% off products at sign up. She helped me find all the products I needed to get some beautiful color back to my skin. She helped me get both a face lotion, body tanning lotion, and a tan extender. Be prepared to spend about $60-$150 on a bottle of tanning bronzing lotion. It is definitely worth it though if you are able to afford it. You get what you pay for. She also helped me on figuring out which beds she recommended for my skin type/how long to be in them, etc. I really got the full package experience here. I didn't catch her name but the tanning consultant offered great advice and helpful information to refresh me on things. I just had to give her and palm beach tan a shout on this! I just got tired of her not leaving me alone and trying to upgrade my package and products like a damn used car salesman. This was supposed to be my time to unwind and relax for the 8 minutes! LOL I chose to get a gym membership at Planet fitness for $25 unlimited tan and the beds are pretty high tech. I don't get harassed every time I walk in. And the package I got at Palm Beach was the most expensive for $149.99/month. I get the same tan for $25 and can take a friend everytime I tan or work out.

I'd never done airbrush tanning and was a little skeptical. I have seen the people out there who look like over-grown oompa-loompa's and I didn't want that! My fiancee was REALLY against the whole idea for that very reason. I talked with Jessica via email and asked her questions about what to expect and set up a practice tan with her to see what it was all about and if I'd really want to put my skin at her mercy for the real deal. Gotta say...this was SO COOL! She is mobile and she brings a little pop-up tent. It doesn't take any time at all and is actually a pretty fun experience. Could be that Jessica is sweet and easy to talk to...could be that she's so professional and understanding! We did the first session - and I'm glad I did it that way. I loved the color I got with the first session, but realized that (for me) it was too dark. I say that, only because everyone coming to my wedding knows how fair I am and that I haven't been away soaking up the sun. There would be a time I'd love that look - and to be honest, my fiancee (now husband did!) who had been complaining for me not to do it...came home from work that day and couldn't figure out if I'd whitened my teeth, or colored my hair or had a new outfit - LOL! When I told him, he was impressed. :) I asked Jessica at the last minute when she did my wedding "tan" if she could bring the color down just a notch - and she did, and it was perfect! It looked natural and was the added touch that had people thinking I'd done much more to prep for this event than I had. The tan is the shining touch to make you look and feel beautiful! I have arrived at this location FOUR times where the location has been closed early. Twice was 30 min before they closed. Twice I have spoken to management and they assured me it would not happen again and offered me a bed upgrade discount to my membership. Welp, it happened again just a couple weeks later. I then switched to the Whitestone location and asked if I could cancel my membership and the manager said sure I would then only have 30 days left to tan (until my next draft date). I come in two weeks later and they said my membership had been terminated and the manager was mistaken with nothing they could do unless I wanted to sign up again and pay sign up fee. I turned my head a number of times and gave the benefit of the doubt that it was just young lazy employees not wanting to stay til close but it apparently goes much higher than that.
