I usually go to the Cedar Park location & Sarah is ALWAYS so sweet & has great customer service. However, today I was in the Pflugerville area & stopped in for a quick tanning session. The lady working there was very nice & showed me around & got me all set up. (I did not catch her name) I was here 1-7-2026 around noon. I noticed the facility seemed decorated very nice & the atmosphere was good. I would definitely recommend a good cleaning though. I was in room 1 & the ceiling fan was absolutely disgusting with tons of dust caked on it. I am sure it is just an over sight, but wanted to let you know. read more

I have been tanning at Tan it all for over a year now And haven't had any issues until today. Today I was coming in to update my debit card on file for my subscription and to spray tan really quick. It was 8:45pm, they close at 9:00. I always spray tan about this time. Tonight when I opened the door to go in the building a girl yelled at me from halfway down the hall telling me I had to leave because without Even asking me what I was there for. I literally didn't even make It inside. She didn't tey To get any information from me at all. Simply said it is policy not to let anyone in after 8:45. I suggested they update the hours of operation on the door! she was so rude at least walk up and talk to me. Geeze guess I have to go back to palm beach tan. read more

Mold all over the ceiling tiles. Tons of dust from fans and lacking necessary hygienic upkeep, dust bunnies on walls, vent pipes, floors. *Lights blew out, rooms left dark for months! Bulbs in beds blew, left out for long lengths of time, then, they replaced & short your time in the bed! You pay costly monthly fees, they don't allow you to tan before 24 full hours pass- which I've never heard of! This method limits you to at least every other day, allowing them to once more, short you! There's an older female employee at the desk with tar black dyed hair, to match her tar black nasty disposition, she's super rude, evasive, confused, deceitful, bossy, and needs 14 tries to enter your name and find your membership! She once saw me coming in with 12 mins. before closing, ran to lock me out, a manager said they're supposed to let you in even at closing time. One machine smells like pee, I'm guessing it was bought used. Tan it All is overpriced, no upkeep, none of the highly efficient modern tanning beds in this franchise. Don't talk with workers, they make spy notes on your file, any details about you are logged like Married, Divorced, 2 Daughters, Family From N. Texas, Police Officer Married To A Nurse. It's weird and unnecessary to take personal notes on clients, they need to worry about cleaning & better technology and service. They also push to sell product aggressively. There aren't many choices in the area, sadly. I'm hopeful for the next tanning salon to come & show them up, but for now, I'm stuck, and they really offer a disappointing experience. Tanned here a for a few months getting ready for a trip. Clean. Usually not a wait for spray or cocoon. Girls working up front are always friendly. Some are more knowledgeable than others so if you are new like me check out different times and day depending on your needs. If you're a pro it won't matter. BEWARE, the signup process is super easy, cancelling is the polar opposite. Take notice, there are no positive reviews from people who have tried to cancel membership. And probably most negative reviews are about the ridiculous cancellation policies which feel incredibly shady and unprofessional. I seriously can not even fathom how they manage 4 stars! The owner is rude, greedy, and has zero customer service mentality. I noticed by the reviews I am not the only one who shares this opinion. I went in to cancel my membership after I started having hives and an allergic reaction to the spray tan. (I'm sensitive so not blaming the salon for that part). You are not allowed to cancel your membership in person. I was given an email address apparently for the owner that I had to email a request to cancel. Which I did. Simultaneously, I had to cancel my card on file and replace due to unrelated fraud. I received a nasty email about being late on my payment. To which I responded I cancelled and the card was no longer active. That being said, I offered to make the payment if the late charge was removed. I received a nasty threat about the payment being due AND it won't be cancelled until payment was up to date. Anyway, several months went by and eventually magically my account was cancelled with more nasty emails and zero response to my inquiries. And sure to her threats, she did file it on my credit report. Will not pay these absurd fees ever and I highly caution anyone to sign up for a membership with such shady practices. read more

I was shocked to hear this salon is supposed to be a "premier tanning salon" - there's nothing "premier" about it and it's extremely expensive. My fiancé and I went in to check it out and we each did the level 3. I haven't tanned in probably 9 months and I didn't see even a little color. The bed was also SO small. I'm a petite person and still felt uncomfortably crammed. Before moving to the area, the salon we went to did $5 tans on Tuesdays (levels 1-3), the beds were massive, and gave enough color to go only once a week or once every other week so we were very disappointed with Tan It All. Been a member of Tan it All for awhile now, and it has been through ownership change during that time, so just to be sure that whatever you sign up for, make sure to read the fine print to understand and ASK questions! Sapphire was really helpful and did a good job of answering all my questions and making sure I clearly understood the policies. It was a pleasant surprise to know that after all these years of just tanning beds and spray booths, there are more services offered such as the cocoon wellness pod and the red light therapy, along with teeth brightening of which I've been trying now with my upgraded membership and it's pretty cool, plus I can use anything unlimited at any of their locations. I also like that they have upgraded some of their beds. All that being said, they will always try to pitch a sale for their overpriced lotions, but that's to be expected and doesn't bother me much anymore. I've seen reviews that complained about the lack of eye protection and towels in the rooms. I asked about this a couple years ago when they started doing that and they had problems with customers taking the supplies with them and stealing and they would run out, so no wonder! Thanks to those people who ruined it for the rest of us, but I totally get it and I prefer to go with my own eye wear anyway to make sure it's completely sanitary and only for my eyes! As for towels, they have them at the entrance. Just take one on the way to your room lol. As with any business that has memberships of this nature, I always tell people to make sure you know what you sign up for and stay informed of the policies and you should be fine. As far as customer service, most of the employees there now are super friendly and seem very informed when I ask questions and want to help you out if you need something- which for me is the most important in a tanning facility. read more

Been going to this place since we moved here to pflugerville. The best thing about it is that it's close to home. Finding parking is pretty descent most of the time. Customer service is ok. I've had some really friendly girls check me in and some that look like they hate every customer that comes in, but that's pretty typical for pflugerville. My biggest issue with this place is that they close WAY too early 8pm on a Friday when every where else closes at 10 or even 11. Also it would be nice if they put trash cans in the tanning rooms. I usually wipe my hands with baby wipes after I apply tanning lotion and then I have to go to the bathroom or ask the front desk to throw my lotion covered baby wipe. read more

Run! N. Abbas (the new owner)--I'd give you a zero if it was an option. It is disgusting you took away the "protective" eye gear for your customers' eyes, as well as it is disgusting you stopped leaving towels in the tanning beds for customers about to tan!! Also, (buyer beware) if you freeze you account (that they told you is free) not only will they deduct money from your account while on hold, but your money can only be used towards a 2nd lotion AFTER owner requires you to buy the 1st lotion at whole cost! I wonder what happens to the "customers" money when they're cancelling and don't need 1 lotion?! Do you steal it?? No wonder, you have no signs reflecting your with the BBB! However, I did file a complaint with the office of attorney general--consumer protection agency. By the way, when was the last time you changed the bulbs, or even cleaned them regularly? The dial to allow more air to come out of the bed(s) is even broken. Let the pics speak for themselves--no clean towel, eye wear and equipment not up to par! Your customers pay at least $31 a month to tan here, so step up your business practices if you want to keep them! read more

I didn't even know a tanning salon opened here! I've been going to the beach tan but this one is a lot more convenient to me. They've got decent beds but the best one is the versa pro machine which is a supped up spray tan and I loved it! It sprays nice and even and the color looked good on my pasty white skin lol I'll probably try a bed next time to see how that shows on my skin but haven't really tried beds before so can't say if I'll like it. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I'm just warning you not to do business here!!! The beds are basic and I feel thy are not that clean so please bring your own spray or wipes. Also, I went in to cancel my membership for health reasons and I gave a 30 day notice. I thought everything was fine and I didn't even tan in that 30 day notice. Jump to 6 months later I received a letter stating I had a $130 balance. I called the number on the letter and the lady said she really didn't know what's going on but I could talk to her boss when she got in at 4:30pm. So I called back at 5:00 and the manager said she didn't understand why they are charging me either so she referred me to her manager named Sheryl. They said they were not allowed to give me Sheryl's phone number but they could give me her email. So I emailed her explaining my situation. Four days later I get a letter from the collections company (on the email address I had emailed Sheryl) stating I now owed $160. So they conduct poor business and no one can give me an answer why I would owe that amount after I cancelled the contract with a 30 day notice. After struggling to find a place to try with high pressure beds (I travel for work a lot and need a quick way to get a nice tan), I relented to $90 for "points" to get 4 visits. I inquired about a Level 4 package and was told she needed the manager to approve. The manager didn't pick up. I left, disappointed that the person running the salon couldn't get permission. I never went back. Now I've been charged $125 directly from my account (you HAVE to keep an account on file). I've contacted management, who so far has not made it right. Update: 5 days and 4 phone calls later, I have been told I will receive a refund. read more

Friendly staff, great selection of beds, and they have the versa pro! Aka better than the Vera spa. Love that it's close to my gym too! Also, Jackie is the sweetest. Somehow any time I've had a question it's always been when she was working, and she is the most helpful person, patient and actually listens. I absolutely LOVE tan it all in Pflugerville! Let me say that I am a red-headed pasty white girl and have been terrified to tan. But I decided to try it out to see if I can have at least one summer not completely see-through white! First of all, this is the cleanest place every time I go in and they have multiple beds to choose from. Brittany was so helpful. She explained the entire process, told me about the products and what results to expect. The best part is she was super knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want! I have been going for two weeks now and can't imagine not tanning! Brittany helps me every day that I go in and takes the time to discuss how long I should tan for that day based on my previous day's experience. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.
