The lady working there was very nice & showed me around & got me all set up. (I did not catch her name) I was here 1-7-2026 around noon. I noticed the facility seemed decorated very nice & the atmosphere was good. I would definitely recommend a good cleaning though. I was in room 1 & the ceiling fan was absolutely disgusting with tons of dust caked on it. I am sure it is just an over sight, but wanted to let you know.

Tracie went above and beyond to ask me questions and direct me in pre-op, post op and even opening up her shop on a Sunday to ensure that I looked my best for my destination wedding, which was 6 days away. She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. You can really tell she's passionate about her services and truly cares for the person. I was in awe of her follow up as well. LOL I chose to get a gym membership at Planet fitness for $25 unlimited tan and the beds are pretty high tech. I don't get harassed every time I walk in. And the package I got at Palm Beach was the most expensive for $149.99/month. I get the same tan for $25 and can take a friend everytime I tan or work out.
