It's a single chair salon and Arianna is who I see. Not only is this place well decorated and eye catching, but it's clean, professional, and calming. Which, if you are having someone give you a Brazilian wax makes it so much better. Am I right girls? I found this place after trying to find a new waxing boutique. I never had an issue with ingrown hairs until I went to a European Wax Center. Plus, it was way more painful than I was used to, so I had to switch. I've been coming here for awhile and am BEYOND grateful for Arianna not only taking care of my waxing needs, but slowly and surely helping me recover from my poor waxing experience. She even gave me a sample of a cream to try (I'll update this review about that after I try it for a bit) to help with the hairs as well as some tips. She does have a few select products, but I have never felt pressured to buy anything at all. This place, and Arianna, is just so great. I bought a groupon and used the service. Arianna is very professional and her room in this Salon is neat and clean. I'd give a 5-star rating if it weren't for the scheduling website. Obviously she can't answer calls while she is working on her customers so while I was waiting and couldn't reach her, I wasn't too surprised. A sign on the door indicated she was there with a customer and I should wait. An hour later, I used my iphone to schedule an appointment for the next day, and I left her a voice message. The first time I used the scheduler I found the fancy font very difficult to read (which I mentioned to her) especially where she had used ALL CAPS. The scheduler has you pick a time and you fill out your contact info. Then it tells you that you must confirm by clicking the email. I didn't get an email. The next morning which was the day of my 5pm appointment, I thought to check my Junk mail folder and found the email. I clicked and received a "Success - your appointment is 10/24/14 at 5pm. By then, I realized I could go earlier than 5p, so I clicked the link to "Change Appt" but the 4:15 was no longer available. No options were seen to go back and I wasn't sure what to do, so I used the BACK arrow on my browser and got a message, "resubmit form?". I said NO at first, then clicked YES and got the message again. I decided to stick with 5pm. Well, I never received a confirmation email like I received at 5:55p after scheduling my 10:15a appt for 10/25... but I didn't know I should get one. Arianna called me and apologized for confusion and confirmed she had me scheduled for the 10:15 slot. I went, she was great and I will go back. (I will update my review in December after I test the scheduler and use the voucher she so generously offered.) read more

I recently moved to Austin and looking for a friendly and low cost waxing service - everything in Austin was hitting the $60-75 range for a brazilian. I've never paid over $50 and that's even at trendy/ nice waxing locations in Los Angeles and Vancouver. I found a groupon for 3 waxes at $60 and I snatched it up. Arianna was super friendly and welcoming and I thought she did a great job. The location is inside Solana Spa and its to the left when you first walk in the entrance. As a tip - you do have to pay the tax on the groupon (I think $4.75 was the total). I'm not sure if you could use a card to pay for that but luckily I had cash for that and a tip. Really great salon and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great waxer! read more

I have been going to another spa (European Center) for my Brazilian for the past year and didn't really have any problems with it besides that it was $60. i tried this place cause it was closer to my work adn noticed it on Groupon and I am definitely switching for life. Arianna is kind, accommodating and gentle. I have never had this minimal pain. Perfect results, quick, easy, parking right off front, great location. I was really, REALLY nervous, but Arianna made everything easy and super comfortable. The studio was clean, quiet and private. I made an appointment at Barely There last minute because my usual lady @ Wax That! (who is fantastic) couldn't fit me in. My appointment was for 12:15 pm. I arrived at 12:10 pm. There was a sign outside the door saying that she was with a client and would be right with me. It's 12:30 pm as I'm writing this. Punctuality should be one of the most important things for a business owner (and for everyone, really). I just cannot stand when I show up on time (or early!) for an appointment that someone else cannot keep. If you have a late policy, it's only right that you be on time. I may not even have the chance to review her services, as I'm contemplating leaving. Came here on my lunch break and now it's completely shot. Adrianna did a great job- she was quick, and applied a good amount of pressure after removing the wax strips. On top of that, she was thorough, enjoyable to talk with, and very professional. This is the best brazilian wax Lady in Town. I have been going to her for over a year and she has done me and just started doing my mother for the first time on her birthday in Feb.2016. I bought a Groupon for a brazilian wax here. Honestly, you get what you pay for. She left maybe 10% of the hair there (and I naturally don't have much) and the hair is at least 1/2 of an inch long and black! You can't not see it. I don't understand why those weren't pulled out. On top of that, my skin is really irritated and stings to the touch. This is maybe my 15th brazilian wax and It's never been like this before. So, yeah. Now I have to go home and painfully pluck out the ones she left there. It just seemed rushed and like she didn't care at all. I am never going back. read more

I bought a groupon with Adrianna and was skeptical because of how cheap it was, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility was, how comfortable she made the environment, and how quickly the appointment went. Brazilian waxes are never pain free, but this was on of the least painful I have had. She also did a great job of removing ALL of the hair. I've had Brazilian waxes that were more like extreme bikini waxes, however Adrianna was very careful to remove EVERYTHING.
