WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WHOLE LIFE! I have had the worst…read moreexperience of my life. I had an appointment with Eliana. Had an appointment for waxing my full legs, and she said , she doesnt like Round rock location of Hello Sugar Salon as they do not usually keep the things in right place. There was no adequate quantity of wax present at the location and when I asked her do you have more, she said - she will have to go to other room and refill and she wasnt really positive about it. She used the wax dispenser with very less wax , kept pressing hard on my legs which was hurting me bad. I complained about it 2-3 times and she mentioned its my skin and not the wax dispensor. It was actually her trying squeeze out as much as wax as one could, so pressing hard gave me bruises. Finally the wax was finished and she asked me if I am ok to use Sugaring for legs, I wasn't so comfortable with Sugar on legs. But since there was no wax present at that location, I agreed for Sugaring. Sugaring was not so good or nicely done and was really painful. Seriously, when a customer complaints - a basic courtesy is to make sure the customer is comfortable instead of considering one's own's convenience. I never expected this experience from Hello Sugar. The one location at Cedar park was really good and the girl was considerate I do not remember her name. But Eliana wasn't really considerate infact she was trying to get the work done. Due to this unwelcoming experience, I will never ever recommend my friends/family to Hello Sugar. I do have pictures of my legs which got bruised and red infront of her. But I will not share them due to privacy reasons. I would really like the owner of Hello Sugar should read it and teach basic culture of the Hello Sugar to their employees. Otherwise, even if other employees have basic courtesy and mannerisms, they will be overlooked by such employees. I wonder why can't you have basic supplies at hand for employees to use? I will never ever go to this hopeless Salon again. I never got such bad treatment as a customer and I am really very very unsatisfied with the service. If had to give no stars, I will really not give any stars for such a hopeless behavior and pointless service.

I made an appointment a few days before, but even though I was right on time, I still had to wait another 15 minutes. Seems like only two women were on call. The woman who helped me was really nice and explained why she thought sugaring was better than waxing. She mentioned that they've been getting a lot of first time customers who normally go to the European Wax Center that is close by! I personally found sugaring to be more painful than waxing, but at least it didn't take too long. Given that the prices tend to be the same as waxing at their competitor, I think I'll probably stick to waxing unless they offer some cool promos or deals in the future.
