Dallas in the Round Rock location knows her stuff, and is extremely professional and thorough. I know I'm in good hands at Alite & with Dallas. I've visited for laser and electrolysis. Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde). If you're looking for great results, thorough education and treatment, in a clearly safe/sanitary environment - this is the spot for you.

They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it. As opposed to blaming it on me and telling me that I should tell my family that it will take 5 hours for them to do the color and cut. Stay away from this place!
