The lady who was going to do my brows her name was Kalpana, I believe. She listened carefully then she called over an expert, Srijana, to ask how best to fix the shape and give me the look I wanted. Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. They offer lots of other services too, but so far I've only tried threading and I can definitely say this is going to be my go-to spot once a month!

For context, I got the instagram marketing for the Keratin Eyebrow lamination and tint. So I made…read morean appointment online for 6pm. I show up promptly at 6. No one greeted me when I walked in. I noticed the check in sign so I checked in on the IPad and sat down. After a few minutes, one of the employees asked me if I checked in. I responded that I had, and that I had an appointment for a lamination and tint. She said okay. They asked me to have a seat in the chair. I asked the employee if I could get eyebrows shaped by waxing instead of threading. She said it was fine. She then said "I'm going to wax first and then do the lamination". I thought that was weird because every other time I've had a lamination, the solution goes on first and the shaping is usually after. She proceeds to put the lamination solution on and brushing the brow hairs. I have no issues with the process at this point but it's the opposite of what she said she was going to do. To clarify, my eyebrows are lightened with bleach to be a brownish color, so I asked for brown tint not black. The employee didn't seem to understand my request.. She ends up showing me the color she's going to use and says it "medium brown". I said okay with confidence and felt better about the situation. my brows are soft black, dark and don't match my hair. The shape is very nice I will say I enjoy the shaping. The process was painless and took right under an hour. Had they used the right color tint I would be so much happier. Hope this review helps someone out.

Amazing!! My eyebrows have seriously never looked better, and for $8 I plan on getting them done here regularly. Not going to lie, the very first time I was super nervous. She definitely took her time, and I was worried I would have no eyebrows left at the end. Not the case! She is just that detailed, and the results show. She takes time to not only thread them, but she always cuts my brows too to finish them off. Also, I swear this is the least painful threading I've experienced. It had been a really long time since I had gotten my brows done, so she definitely had her work cut out for her. I got threading and tinting and my eyebrows look AMAZING.
