A wonderful experience. I have bad anxiety when it comes to beauty services and trying new places (I've had my fair share of bad haircuts, wonky eyebrows, cakey makeup, etc). I moved down here in July and finally had the courage to try somewhere new. I researched a lot and saw that this place had really high reviews- and they are totally deserved. She took her time with my brows and didnt leave any hair behind. They really know what they are doing and know what brow shapes are trendy right now. $10 for eyebrows, which is very reasonable. I stopped here for the first time last weekend and I am glad I did. They have a sign in sheet when you walk in and then chairs to sit in the front while you wait. The seats they use to thread you in were comfy and nice. Definitely different than the ones I am used to since I always feel like I'm going to fall when they tell you to lean back. I was in dire need of a thread as my eyebrow were bushy. They looked amazing when she was done. I didn't catch her name, but she was very nice. They have punch cards here so you can earn a free threading...nice! Definitely a plus. I'm used to other locations pushing a gift card to you and there wasn't any type of punch card system there. This place is absolutely magical. They can take the thinnest looking eyebrows and make them look full. Although slightly painful, the threading process is done quick and easy. If your eyebrows are really thick, they'll also tweez them as well. Eyebrow threading cost $8 which is a decent price. They also offer other services like lip or chin threading. Gworlllllll... This lady is the eyebrow NINJA! If there is hair on your face she will see it, and she will take it! I got my face snatched and it was worth every minute and every dollar. She got hairs from places on my face I didn't even know. She even did my eyebrows after convincing me to let her try after I told her why I never let anyone do my eyebrows. They never give me what I want. Well I showed her pics of what I wanted and didn't want with eyebrows, and she did it. Omgod... My eyebrows look sooo good. I honestly didn't even know it was possible to make something out of nothing. She did gworl. Hahaha I even tipped her. Y'all don't even understand. I'm stingy as hell. Geeta is horrible. I am so upset. My right eyebrow is fuller than my left one slightly and both eyebrows looked okay before I walked in and asked for a simple cleanup. Well Geeta managed to screw my eyebrows up horribly - literally stripped my left brow naked, took the ends off of my right brow, and even took loads off of top of my right eyebrow. The bottom of the brows are also uneven. I left crying and I am getting married in less than a month. She should be fired. I have pictures to prove it. Please stay away from this place. read more

So I came in to get my eyebrows threaded on Saturday. I was placed in a chair that was broken. I told the tech that I would just wait until a chair became available but she insisted for me to just sit in the chair. The chair fell backwards twice while I was sitting in it. At this time I got out of the chair to sit in a chair that was not broken. After the first tech finished I was unhappy with the eyebrows. They were flat with no shape. Thankfully someone else stepped in and fixed my brows. The eyebrows turned out amazing. The second brow tech told the first brow tech to ring me out but she shook her head no and refused to ring me out. So the second brow tech rung me out with no issues so I left her a tip after paying. That evening however when I got home my eyebrows were swollen with big red spots around them. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over ten years and never had that occur. On Sunday the puffy spots turned into scratches and now I have small scratches around my eyebrows. I called to speak with the manager to discuss my experience and my scratched up eye lids but I was told there was no manager available and they do not know when anyone will be in to help me. So now I am left with scratches around my eyes. I am in disbelief. The two stars are for the wonderful second brow tech that helped me. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! Manju does such great work. You walk in and sign in to hold your spot, although I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes. There are maybe five or six chairs in the salon and waiting area combined, which makes me think there isn't usually a long wait. Once I sat down, I let her know that I wanted to keep my thickness and just get the edges cleaned up. Before starting, Manju put baby powder on the area which makes it easier for the hairs to come out (so I hear), which I appreciated. She was meticulous and really made sure she took the time to get the perfect shape! I'm SUCH a flincher when it comes to getting my face threaded, even though I've been getting my eyebrows done for years, but I rarely do here. After my eyebrows and upper lip was done, she put witch hazel on the red areas which felt soooo good and cooling. I noticed they also had some aloe vera, which makes me think they use that for the really red areas. $8 for just eyebrows, $5 for upper lip! I'll be coming back as often as I need to. I also was given a punch card where you get the ninth eyebrow threading free, which I've never heard of at a threading salon! read more

I love this place. Their pricing is very fair and the ladies always have a friendly attitude. Not to mention my eyebrows are shaped almost perfectly every time. Make sure that you let them know your preference of style you'd like before they start. I have not done any other threading/other services they offer but I'm sure they would do great regardless. Normally I get my eyebrows waxed but I've been hearing about eyebrow threading and decided to give this new place a shot. I'm so glad I did. I am NEVER going back to waxing. After waxing my eyebrows they usually get red, puffy and angry. Then I break out in small bumps, not cool. Not the case with treading and it's way more hygienic than the wax germ pool. The owner is a really nice, sweet lady and she's super skilled and does it really fast. She even takes the time to shape them up really nice. Best eyebrow shaping experience ever. They even have a stamp card that gets you a free threading after so many. I will definitely be back again soon! read more

Manju is absolutely the best! She doesn't rush on you because there are other customers waiting and she makes sure you are happy with your eyebrows before you leave. She gets my eyebrows exactly like I want them EVERY SINGLE TIME! Although there's an eyebrow threading place at the HEB near my house I prefer to let my eyebrows grow out until I can find time to go all the way to Round Rock for Manju. Manju is the best! I first started using her at the Wells Branch location. After a while I would not see her so I just used the ladies that were there. I figured I would eventually see her again, Meanwhile, I kept going there and every time I did I was not be happy. They kept nipping my eyebrows and wouldn't match. Yesterday, I just happened to be in the shopping center and decided to try it out. Give someone else a try. To my surprise it was Manju! I was so excited to find her again. These ladies are PROFESSIONALS! They know exactly what they are doing and do not over thread. I trust these women with my life! I had a great experience at this threading salon. I haven't had threading done in several years since I moved away from my esthetician and really missed it. The results are always better than waxing. My daughter came with me because she had been asking about doing something for her brows so I looked up threading near me and was surprised to find a threading salon right around the corner. I asked for my eyebrows not to be thinned and just to be cleaned up because I loved how they were naturally thick. Not only were they thinned but she tore little bits of skin off. I noticed this when my eyebrow became a little swollen and continued to hurt the next day. read more
