This was my first time visiting, and I'm really impressed. I don't take my eyebrows lightly, so I explained that I wanted a nice arch and mentioned that my shape was a bit off from a previous place. The lady who was going to do my brows her name was Kalpana, I believe. She listened carefully then she called over an expert, Srijana, to ask how best to fix the shape and give me the look I wanted. Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. They offer lots of other services too, but so far I've only tried threading and I can definitely say this is going to be my go-to spot once a month! read more

I always come here for eyebrow threading. I have full trust in the professionals and leave feeling put together! You can just walk-in for eyebrow threading (they actually don't take appointments for this service). After checking in by entering your phone number, you'll be seated at one of the stations. After threading, they do ask if you want aloe vera gel on your brows. I always have them put the gel to soothe the eyebrows. If you have never threaded before, you definitely should put the gel because your skin is still sensitive. They also open late-8PM on most days, which is later than most other eyebrow places. Came in to get my eyebrows threaded, which I'm happy with the shape. I am completely unsure why they went so close to my hairline and up above my forehead when I never asked for that. I just asked for clean up around my eyebrows. Which I don't have any darker hairs outside of a centimeter away from my eyebrows. I've come here a couple of times and noticed that no one washes their hands in between customers. Also, the eyebrow brush looks like it was used for the person before me. Definitely recommend this eyebrow place. First, the whole process was very organized. As soon as you enter the parlor, there is a check in place on the iPad. You enter your services and claim your spot in line and the aestheticians will call you when it's your time. The two ladies that were doing eyebrows ask you exactly what you want including shape and size and very detail oriented with the right technique. Also, exceptional with customer service... she makes sure the customer is happy with the service ALWAYS!!!!! My eyebrows look perfect and exactly what I want... all thanks to her. There is ample parking space available. As soon as you enter, you must check in at the kiosk to get in-queue for service. Because she is so good at her job, the line can be pretty long. Sadly, there is no reservation option available so its first come first serve style. Due to this, you might have to wait as long as an hour to get her time but there are other employees available if you have no preference on service provider and it is faster that way. read more

I walked in during lunch time and there were probably two people ahead of me. I waited around 20-30 minutes -- not too long since it was only Siri working at the time. Siri is fantastic! She cleaned up my brows and shaped them perfectly. I also had my upper lip done. To my surprise, the eyebrow threading came with a mini temple massage and boy are Siri's hands STRONG. I came here for waxing. I called the day before to see if I needed to make an appointment for waxing half a leg. She told me that I could walk in. Getting to this location was confusing from the direction I came from as the road sign was being blocked by a tree. I ended up layer than I wanted. I got there, she was already working with an middle age lady on her brows and on the phone with another custoner. She saw me and greeted me. I waited for my turn, as another client walk in for brows. She took me in after she finished her first client and kindly asked the other client to wait. I was taken in the back for waxing. She was nice at answering my question. She told me she usually uses honey wax for leg wax and hard wax for bralizian wax. She did confirm for what I suspected that she was her own owner of the shop and was the only one working. She was waxed my legs fine. She did get some on my shorts but it was only a small amount that wouldn't kill me. I had waxed my legs before so there was no pain for me. She even waxed the toe area which it was funny to me since I didnt have any. After she waxed, she would massage baby oil afterwards. And I do mean massage! Even the feet. I wouldn't mind coming back as it was inexpensive and she did a good job. Couldn't find any more hair on my legs. This place is quiet and spacious. I love to support small business. read more

Siri is AMAZING! I have been going here for several months, almost a year and I keep coming back because of Siri. I moved here from Phx and was in search of a steady threader to come to. Of all the places I've tried Siri is the only one I'm willing to recommend. She takes her time and is very gentle. I went here for the first time today bc Siri was recommended to me by a friend. I have very thick eyebrows and knew once I started getting them threaded I could never go back to waxing.
