I visited this place for the first time to get my eyebrows done as I was looking for a place with reasonable prices in the Austin area. The lady who did my brows was quick and gentle and I did not feel a lot of pain. I will certainly be coming back. She was trying to sell me on getting a lash lift and they have other services they offer as well. I was not interested at the time and I hope they won't be too pushy about it in the future. I walked in on Sunday afternoon for a simple eyebrow cleaning! There was no one in the studio, so I was seated immediately. Since moving to Austin, I've been looking for a good threading salon. Brow Arch was close to my house and had a lot of great reviews. I was willing to try! I've been getting my eye brows threaded for 10+ years and never have I been cut this bad. I am beyond ecstatic that I found this place. Kabita is seriously a little brow and lash ANGEL! I had a volume lash refill and brow tint today and I left feeling like an actual queen. I did my brow threading and upper lip here. The output was great with minimum pain. The staff was efficient, humble, and good at their work.

I have never written a review for a place before but after todays experience I am honestly really upset that I came here. This was my second time. The first time, I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The tint on my eyebrows was incredibly dark and unnatural looking, after I told her that I wanted a natural look and not too dark. I went home and scrubbed my eyebrows for awhile until they went down to a more subtle shade. I decided to give this place another chance, assuming that I would tell them to make the tint lighter this time. Well this time I did not have a problem with the tint but with the threading. The lady who threaded my eyebrows left my left eyebrow incredibly thin, the difference from my right eyebrow was very obvious. I had thick full eyebrows and only asked for a clean up because I wanted to maintain them thick. After addressing the thinness of my eyebrow to her she did not seem to be willing to make it better. Now I have to wait a couple of more months to grow out my eyebrow, and shade/draw my left eyebrow in to make them even. I had such a disappointing experience. Never again. read more

I moved to Texas about 2 years ago and I was looking for a threading eyebrow place because back home I already had my preferred eyebrow lady and place. I was scared to go to a new place because I did not want anyone else to do my eyebrows. I purposely grow my eyebrows out because I live an hour away from this place and I cannot travel back and forth to do them every 2 weeks. I have been here 3 times and the first two times were spectacular and very very well done and just wonderful, the same lady (I do not know her name, but I do know what she looks like) did my eyebrows and she did them so so gentle and just amazing, I told my husband that I found my new eyebrow place just like back home because it is very difficult to find a new place after so many years of going to my preferred lady and place back home, but that all changed because the third time the lady that I thought would be there wasn't it was a completely different experience and totally different people. I was going to walk out because I did not see the lady that I wanted, but I decided to do it anyway because I needed to get my eyebrows done. The new lady just kept complaining to me that there was "a lot of hairs" and " I need to go every 2 weeks" because "it was a lot of hairs" I told her time and time again that I lived far and could not travel every 2 weeks, but completely ignored it. I walked out after paying my eyebrows only to see that she did a horrible job, she left a lot of hairs behind and did not do a good job. I decided to go elsewhere because of it, but I want the lady that I know to be there to go back. I want to go back, but I'm afraid all those new ladies will be there for an unpleasant experience once more. read more

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and Kavita was amazing! I gave her specific requests on how I wanted my eyebrows done and she completed them just as I wished. It was also a plus that she went in with a light hand- making it easy to sit through (threading is normally so painful). Cute salon, kind service, and great brows. If you I looking for somewhere cheap and just to take the extra hair off your face this is it. Otherwise DO NOT GO. I have very thick eyebrows with amazing shape, I've always been complemented on the shape of my eyebrows when I get them done. I was petrified to try a new place but I had to since I moved. I simply only needed a clean up of my eyebrows, but somehow left with 10% of the eyebrows I had from before. Almost a whole inch apart as well as my natural arches ripped off and the shape for both brows are lines. It was noticeable to me that everyone who was leaving there left with no eyebrow shape and very thin eyebrows. I would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed. read more
