I stopped by on a whim, and I'm glad I did. It was a Wednesday morning so the place wasn't very busy. I was able to sign in and be seated right away. I got a full set and originally wanted one color; but after completing we talked through it and I got the original French tip. It was not too long and to my liking. I can't wait to return. read more

It's so hard to find a good nail tech in a new city but if you are new to Austin, stop looking, come to Queen in Pflugerville and ask for Jenny. Always an amazing job on my nails and I'm very picky about color and shape, here I can relax and let Jenny do my nails without watching the whole process because they always come out stunning. She is meticulous when it comes to shaping my nails and getting the lengths to match even with my bent finger and uneven nail beds. read more

First impression: My first time here because the place I usually go to is closed on Mondays so I decided to check this place out. I will definitely be switching to this salon! They offer so many services, have so many more color options, and the quality of the work is also better. Dayana did a great job listening to what I wanted and I love my nails. I came here for the first time after getting referred by my fiance. I needed to get my eyebrows and a manicure for my upcoming wedding. I had set up an appointment but decided to come a day early. It wasn't crowded at the time I came which was about 4:15pm. I was greated immediately and told to check in at the kiosk. All the technicians we're busy. The wait was short about 10 minutes. I got my eyebrows waxed, the lady was very communicative as it was my first time ever doing that. The wax and pull experience was a breeze. My eyebrows came out evenly like I wanted them. Next I had to wait for nail technician it was a short wait. My manicure came out good. I even got a hand massage with lotion. I will definitely come back here and I recommend you come here as well. The customer service was good they greeted everyone that walked in whole I was being attented to and gave them an expectation of long to wait. Great service!!! read more

I went on a Thursday after work. Got there at 5:15pm. Lady told me to sign in. Asked me twice what I was getting...pedi and a fill. She tells me too pick my color. I sit another 10 minutes. Then I go to get my toes done first. She ran the water, but it was COLD. Sit another 10/15 minutes. The young girl did a good job, she's the only reason I rated a 2. Offered me a margarita too. So she tells me to dry my toes for 10 minutes under the light. Then it's 7:38pm and I'm still sitting. I was like I'm just going to pay for my toes and go. While getting change the lady comes up front to help give me change and hav3 a good evening. I told her y'all ruined that by having me sit here 2hrs. She had the nerve to say, I didn't know you wanted your nails done. WTF!?!? Just give me my change and I'm out! Waste of time!!! read more

Went here a couple of days before my wedding and I wish I read more reviews. I saw the high rating so I thought nothing more of it. They weren't rude, but most definitely rushed, despite it only being me and my two ladies in the entire place plus their staff. Got a manicure and pedicure, was offered a drink but didn't get a chance to enjoy it because they did my hands and feet at the same time. Love the fact that I didn't have to spend 2+ hours there but I wanted some time to relax before the big day and instead I felt more stressed and rushed. Okay fine, but then I noticed they cut too deep on one of my nails (not great for wedding pics and burned while curing the gel), messed up my toe nails, and cut my fingernails too short (again not great for wedding pics). UPDATE: My nails may have been uneven to begin with but they were ALL at least 3 times the length I ended up with, so sad excuse. Never was I asked if I cared if I finished the same time as ONE of my guests (I would have preferred to actually enjoy my time and not feel rushed), and I spent more than 30 min under the dryer for my toe nails, while waiting for my 4th guest that showed up after I was already done. read more

It took me a while to post something about this but I was going trew my pictures and every time I see it I get mad, the owner is very rude and yes baby's do bother her. She looks you wrong as soon as you walk in with a baby. I took my mom,sister,aunt and sister in law with appointments for all of us and came out really unsatisfy. This is what I asked for and this is what I got. Visited for the first time yesterday and it was a pretty good experience. My daughter and I both got pedicures and fills. I prefer regular nail polish and there wasn't a great selection but they do have lots of gel/dipping powder products. Worst experience ever. Pedicure I now have 4 raw places from using hard buffer. My SnS was done while pedi. Not good, and the mani I got after was horrific. I left bleeding and head spinning from the charge and incompetence. There are a lot of better places and who actually care. read more

Just wanted to say that if you are a mommy and have to bring your baby with you, Please go spend your money elsewhere. I decide to go get my nails done at this place with my cousin's since they recommended this place. But after the experience I had today I will not spend my money here again. My 4 month old started to become fuzzy and within the first minute I already had JENNY telling me if I had a pacifier or bottle for my baby. I took it as if she was telling me to "stick something on my child's mouth so he would stop crying". I understand other people go to nail salons to relax, but the approach she took about the situation made me feel as if me and my child weren't welcome there. We had to wait for one of my cousins to finish getting her nails done and it wasn't until all the customers left that they decided to try and accommodate me. But that was when my baby was already at sleep. Really bad customer service. NOT KID FRIENDLY, or BABY. The service that Daniela provided to me was great, she was the only one there that made me feel welcome. read more

Absolutely horrible! Went in with my daughter to get a simple gel pedicure for us both and to get gel manicures with a nail take off for me! pretty simple you would think, in there for over two hours THEY HAD NO WAITING CUSTOMERS; left without getting my nails painted the lady was so rude, absolutely horrible do not waste your time or money at this nail salon! She wanted to give me a sloppy manicure and leave my acrylic nail on but damn sure was gonna charge for a nail take off! The pedicure was rushed and sloppy. Homegirl couldn't even do a decent kids pedicure! :/ horrible all the way across the board! This place is a joke! They got some cute rhinestones but that's where it stops and starts ladies! read more

Person rushed on my feet, attitude, messed my toes up and didn't want to fix it, after asking again she finally "fixed it" but it came out ugly and I am Unsatisfied with my toes. She did not polish the whole nail. I still see spots that are not filled. She acts like she doesn't hear me when I ask her to do or fix something. Update: still the same issue. I came back for a redo. I thought it was better than the last time, but still same issue. The nail polish was already chipping the next day like the first one she worked on. If you don't speak up they will try to take advantage of you and get more money. They originally told me one price and then told me something different when it was time to pay. And then said I agreed to a price, when I did not and showed me camera footage of that proved my point but wanted me to pay more than the price listed. They did not honor the original price they told me and was upset when I called them out on it. read more

Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! I went in the middle of a Monday and they were not busy at all. Very very clean. Very sweet staff. I called ahead to see if there was a wait to get an acrylic fill and the gentleman said that I could come in now so I put it in my GPS and realized it's 5 minutes from my house!! John fixed my nails perfectly and I will definitely be going to him strictly for my nail needs!!! read more

The wax doesn't set the way I am accustomed to, having visited European for over 10 years. The texture of this new wax is noticeably different and more difficult to work with. Despite this, Zabrina does an excellent job of managing it and making my visit pleasant. If the wax type was changed, it should be reverted to the previous one. I encountered a similar issue at the their Round Rock location and almost stopped going to European altogether. I found they just opened this location so I have it try, but again it is the same wax which is why I may need to change. However, Zabrina's high energy and exceptional customer service have kept me coming back. If the wax does not return to its original quality, I will not be renewing my wax pass once it expires. I will also need to update my review to a 1 star rating not relating to the people, but to the company due the product being used.

I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. To put the cherry on top when I get out of the appointment, the woman that was behind me was a few minutes late so she could have worked on me until the woman got there, but didn't. I never knew in my life that taking two minutes out of your day just to keep someone happy would be so harmful to your world!!! Honestly, a true spit in the face! For context, I got the instagram marketing for the Keratin Eyebrow lamination and tint. So I made…read morean appointment online for 6pm. I show up promptly at 6. No one greeted me when I walked in. I noticed the check in sign so I checked in on the IPad and sat down. After a few minutes, one of the employees asked me if I checked in. I responded that I had, and that I had an appointment for a lamination and tint. She said okay. They asked me to have a seat in the chair. I asked the employee if I could get eyebrows shaped by waxing instead of threading. She said it was fine. She then said "I'm going to wax first and then do the lamination". I thought that was weird because every other time I've had a lamination, the solution goes on first and the shaping is usually after. She proceeds to put the lamination solution on and brushing the brow hairs. I have no issues with the process at this point but it's the opposite of what she said she was going to do. To clarify, my eyebrows are lightened with bleach to be a brownish color, so I asked for brown tint not black. The employee didn't seem to understand my request.. She ends up showing me the color she's going to use and says it "medium brown". I said okay with confidence and felt better about the situation. my brows are soft black, dark and don't match my hair. The shape is very nice I will say I enjoy the shaping. The process was painless and took right under an hour. Had they used the right color tint I would be so much happier. Hope this review helps someone out.
