I got a Mani Pedi and my daughter got acrylic nails. It was a very good experience I enjoyed talking with Jenny and the quality of the work was exceptional. The manacurist doing the work were very meticulous did not rush at all were quietly doing there job not a lot of chit chat. A very good experience will be going back for sure. read more

I used to come here often enough to say that I enjoyed it. I invited my cousins to come because I really loved this nail place. We had a toddler and a 4 month old because as mothers, they also deserve to enjoy a pedicure and a mani. Jenny came over to the mother of the 4 month old when he was crying and asked if they had a pacifier or something for the baby, basically trying to imply that we need to make the baby stop crying. Which I understand because the customers wanted to relax, but the baby was just being fussy for a couple minutes. Jenny would roll her eyes or sigh every time the baby would cry or when the toddler would talk or walk around. The services say that they are kid friendly and give services to kids under 12. We had a 3 year old who wanted to get her nails done but it did not feel like a kid friendly place. We felt really unwelcome. read more

I took my daughter there for her nails and she was told the nails would be $30 only to be charged $60 on my card after the job was done. We only realized the overcharge after we got home Warning: Be-careful folks of what they charge you, they lure you with a cheap price price and charge you double. Check what's charged to you. Get a receipt and double check the charge. These are bad people with bad predatory business practices. Will never go there and or refer anyone there read more

My nails were done extremely quickly & looked great when we left... but within less that a week 3 of them were already lifting. Within 2 weeks, I had to take them off because they were lifting so badly, only to find that 3 of my nails were green from a fungus caused by unclean nail tools. Do not recommend. read more

Went today for a quick last minute decision to get a mani/pedi! I called in beforehand and they asked me how long it would take me to get there, I said about 20/30 minutes and they said alright no problem see you soon! Right when I walked in they told me to check myself in and go ahead and pick my color, I was with (I believe his name is Ben) Lovely guy who took care of me! He was very patient and took his time! If I could give it, no stars, I would. I show the lady how I wanted my Lashes and she was like OK I can do it for you young girl super sweet I get up I look I was like no that's not how I wanted it that's not how the picture is she said OK well I can fix it, then she tells me doesn't look better and I'm like Ok it's much better than it was was a minute ago,I leave go home not even an hour later my lashes are falling off I called no answer. I called the next day still no answer then I called again. Two hours later there was an answer, but the lady said she only spoke Spanish Call back in 30 minutes. I'll call back in 30 minutes the manager get on the phone and she told me oh you can't get a refund and there's nothing that I can do for you. I said well there should be a way that you guys can reconcile this if I can't get my money back,. She told me no there's nothing that she can do for me, so I told her you need to give me my money back then, because if you can't do nothing for me or fix the problem,. and she immediately hang up in my face then I'll call back again. She put the lady on the phone that supposedly doesn't speak English,, but could answer every question that I had I can hear the manager whispering in the background to the lady tell her that that she was busy. mind you I can hear her in the background I get to the place and she tells me there's nothing that she can do for me again I told you so I disputed it with my bank and I was able to get my money back, but this is the worst place ever I do not wreck this place on my worst enemy. read more

Arrived as a walk-in, I only had to wait for about 5 minutes. Jenny did my toes she was amazing and quick, my feet look good! I went in yesterday to get my nails done with Jenny. I called in the morning to make an appointment for the afternoon. As soon as I walked in the nail salon, I was greeted kindly and we asked if I was the appointment for Jenny. Jenny greeted me offered me water (really appreciated that) and then we started removing my old set of acrylics to start with a fresh new set. I want to give Jenny five stars, because she did exactly the job that I asked her to do. I showed her a picture of her previous work that she had done, and she was able to do exactly the same design on my nails. I am extremely happy with the amazing work that she did. She is so professional, she knows how to do amazing designs, she clearly has a lot of knowledge on the nail industry, and she cares for her customers. Definitely if you are in the Pflugerville Area I will highly recommend you go visit her, she won't disappoint you. Yesterday was my first time of many that I will be visiting her. The nail tech in with now is rude as fuck. I'm not sure if it's because I'm black or what but this lady has been pulling my hands all rough and being rough with the drill and had the audacity to get on the phone and tell a customer that I'm being picky. You damn right I'm being picky if I'm spending my mf money on a service that you are providing. When it was time to get my toes done no one asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted so they literally just soaked my feet cleaned cuticles and did a color change. I'm sitting here watching the treat these white customers like royalty. They are doing the bare minimum for everyone else and charging prices like they completed the services. I pay to be pampered as well. I come to nail salons to relax and feel good not to leave as stressed as I came. Definitely will be my first and last time coming here. read more

Had my first visit here today. Was very happy with the service I recieved. I had the Pearl spa pedicure with gel. Very relaxing and technician was very good and gentle. Great choice of colors. I told myself a long time ago I was not going to come back to this place. Obviously, in a time crunch, I went for a fill. I ended up paying $65 for a FILL. I didn't even question it because I have a very long nail set right now. However, within the week two nails were starting to peel off. Two weeks later and half of them are on there and the other half are coming off. They half ass their work. Just go spend your money else where. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. First they will try to charge you more money because they can't do fill ins. Then they will hurt you by trying to force your nails off instead of soaking them off. After I told this woman 3 times she was hurting me, she had nerves to get mad at me for stopping her. My pedicure has already cracked and I got this done 3 hours ago.
