I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. To put the cherry on top when I get out of the appointment, the woman that was behind me was a few minutes late so she could have worked on me until the woman got there, but didn't.
