Linh is an artist. Her lashes look so natural and even. And they wear really well. No falling out Lashes and no little trees on your eyes. She truly is the best. Once you've come to Linh, you won't go to anybody else because nobody else can measure up to how well done her lashes are. read more

I've been seeing Linh since 2021-- and I can't believe how time has flown! I came to her after a total eyelash horror story, and her work has been the best BY FAR, I've ever experienced. My lashes have never looked better, and I wouldn't trust anyone else (duh, look how many years I've been with her!). But it's not just about eyelashes -- over these years, we've built such a beautiful bond through life and God. I feel beyond blessed that He aligned our paths. Linh is the most professional eyelash tech I have come across. I have been to dozens!!!! If there were more stars I would put more. Been a customer for about a year now, absolutely gorgeous lashes every time. Highly recommend.

Been going to Linh since 2018 and have never missed an appointment. Her techniques got even better, and her new place is super nice and clean! There's not much I'll drive to cedar park for, but for Linh I come to her religiously every 2-3 weeks. She's also very easy to communicate with, answers to your texts right away, and she always makes sure you have the next 1-2 appointments set up before you leave! I don't trust anyone else to touch my lashes except Linh, so thankful I found her 7 years ago!! read more

I've had lash extensions for 18 years, and Linh has been my go-to for the last 7. Her work is flawless and I'm constantly getting compliments! She's the perfect mix of precision and speed, always professional, responsive, and never cancels (seriously, never!). Not to mention she's a sweet, humble, and very kind person. What really makes her stand out is how she's always learning the newest techniques and using the top of the line products. Hands down, Linh is the best lash artist out there. I always go here for my lashes and I also got my eyebrows done last year! They look so natural and beautiful now! While I was getting them done numbing cream was used and it actually doesn't even really hurt! They do peel over time too reveal their perfect color that matches my hair and face so well! I likely won't have to get them redone for another year or so! It is fairly priced and worth the beautiful & time saving eyebrows you get to have permanently! Linh is a lifesaver! I found Linh via our Yelp community!! Thank y'all! Hermosa (Linh) is a master artist and a wonderful person. She is sweet and has a wonderful ear and advice. She took the time to review the eyelash process and she uses top quality lashes and products. Absolutely loved the home care coaching she provides and the take home kit that comes with your first service. My eyelashes are natural and light...just like I wanted with a tad bit more curl than my God given lashes. Her booking process is seamless and as a process engineer who is short on time, she is efficient and so is her booking. She is always on time and professional. Her spa has easy parking and is conveniently located. I know why she has so many long term clients and referrals. She is very talented!!! You will NOT be disappointed! read more

I've been going to Hermosa Artistry for full set of lashes for a while now but I was very interested in the powdered brows because of the impressive pictures in here. I was very hesitant because I rarely wear makeup and I just wanted them to look a bit more shapely but still on the natural side. Linh explained the whole process and after a few times getting my lashes done by her and knowing how professional she is and how accommodating she had been so far working with me in order to get a custom set of lashes I had no doubt she will get it right. We booked the powder brow appointment and she took the time to really shape the brow to my face bone structure so they aren't any bigger than they need to be. As she worked through, she explained me the process and made me feel calm. She uses some sort of magic numbing cream because I barely felt what she was doing, it was mostly the noise of the tool. I was over the moon with the outcome. They look so natural that I get lots of compliments about how "nice my face looks" but they can't seem to be specific about what exactly is nice about my face! THAT'S HOW NATURAL THEY CAME OUT!!! Like I said super impressive technique and skills. I feel so lucky I found this amazing lady. Linh's studio is always super chill and the essential oils are so fragrant in a relaxing way. It's a great mini spa break for any given day. read more

Hermosa Artistry - First session before at the top and after in the bottom. #Nofilters. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I went to her years ago several times The last time I went to her was for an eyebrow tint, called shadow brow Not only were they not done very well, nor did they last , she leaned on my eyeball so much it was extremely uncomfortable and even very painful ...I respectfully asked her to be careful, during the process, twice! that it was causing me discomfort... she listened, but then went ahead and continued to do the same thing. I felt in an impossible situation, and I tried to just bear it, even though it was very painful. Her hand pressed on my eyeball during the whole process of three hours, so long and so much that my eye swelled up the next day, and took several days for my eye to return to normal. I was terrified that my eye was damaged. She literally used my eye , for her hand to lean on while she did my brows, she may not have meant to, but I told her, and she continued to do it ... even a couple days later I specifically told her how upset I was, and what had happened to my eye, and she was not at all concerned, but definitely more worried about her reputation !! Very unprofessional and honestly a terrible job done of My Brows as well ! Anyway...because of this ... I would never recommend her ever again after leaving her excellent reviews in the past . LINH .... In response to your response.... I asked for you to redo My Brows because you did a terrible job, not all of us, have money to throw around some of us like to get what we paid for .... and I gave you the opportunity to understand as a professional, because I have been to you several times for my eyelashes and you did reasonably well, there's a lot to it, so please don't make it out to be my fault!! I had no intentions of letting you hurt my eye again, but I was willing to give you the opportunity to make it, right... my conversation was with you to try and do that ,as I responded above, I didn't think you intentionally tried to do anything uncomfortable or painful to my eye, and I mentioned that in my last comment. All of this time later, and after your response, during the time you're speaking of is when I was able to establish my opinion of your professional services!!! You were dismissive with no apologies!! and literally did not Care what you did , and it was only then that I had no intentions of coming back to you. Not after you said you couldn't ....just to set the record straight. I did want to see what your response would be, and it was clear ! What I do know is you are unprofessional , and definitely knew it after your response to my second conversation with you ! I was able to try and stand up for myself to get what I paid for ,and that is why I gave you the opportunity ,and was very frank with you about fixing it, without hurting my eyes. I have finally wrote this review ,because all this time later, I've realized that I should probably let others know! But the truth is, I should have stopped you completely when that happened! and I should not have let you continue working on My Brows I guess even though they were only halfway done ...So that is my fault! You're very unprofessional, and you should admit when you're wrong, instead of trying to make excuses, and posting excuses, and untruths ,instead of professional responses. I spent three hours with you getting my brows done at that time, and paid for something that did not last. That is why I had asked you, as well as I I had been going to you for years and trusted you up until that point.... I was willing to give you a second chance, You could not honor that nor could you apologize and try to make it right ! I understand though, why you wouldn't want to see me again! it must've been tremendously embarrassing. I had hoped that your response would be so different , but after all of this time later on, I realize that I did not need to rely on things being different a second time . And I never threatened!! But I did tell you you should not cause damage to someone's eyes and then be so dismissive and unapologetic and keep my money !! Not that it was about money. I truly didn't care about that ! But to accuse me of threatening, would be a threaten in itself ! if the threat is telling others what happened and what my experience was a threat then ...I would think you might need to reword that :) I found a professional ! Thank you very much My Brows have never looked better ! And to be clear as you worded that I wanted you to redo my brows. I had no intentions of you touching me after finding out your response way back then! No money is worth having that kind of experience!! Your timeline and appointment responses are off. I never saw you after that and that was a decision I made. I truly hope that you can just please treat people with dignity and respect and be careful with how you conduct your services! And I hope that this helps others so they can make informed decisions with their money and their body!! read more

I am not posting these pictures because I want attention, I am, however, posting these pics because the owner and technician, Lihn, is incredibly talented and in my top 2 of lash experts (my former gal is in another state). Hermosa Artistry - Her lashes cover up a bit of the drippy eyelid! Ladies over 45... get lashes!!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

Nowhere else ever had a lash salon provided me an after care kit like this business did! The extra nice, client service part was that I received lash shampoo, applicators, and a portable mini fan! The supply was enough to last longer than two months. And yes, the lashes withstood the timeframe. Their service is really personable and they have top quality. Setting an appointment is easy! Getting the appointmemt may be difficult of you need one on short notice. The appointment system is automated, requested online, confirmed via text, and reminded via text. Even so, you'll receive a personal text from your lash tech. I contacted Linh, who responded under 5 minutes. I inquired on a Sunday appointment. While Linh doesn't work on Sundays, her sister Casey does! Super accommodating! That was perfect for me. She gave me their easy website to start the process. During the lash treatment, Casey was really friendly. She can relate to you, talking about family and business, or life. It was a comfortable visit. I'd surely return if I feel like glamming up. If you're looking for the best of the best in permanent make up, look no further!! Linh @Hermosa Artistry has you covered!!! I've always had issues with thin to no eyebrows and lips that seem to blend right into my face. I even went to West Lake Dermatology on Caesar Chavez DT and had my eyebrows done by an RN that claims to be one of the 1st of 7 that was taught by the creator of Microblading. With Westlake, all I can say was it was a terrible and painful experience and my eyebrows faded within months of the procedure with no option for correction. Since then I have been fearful of doing it again until I was introduced to Linh...and I'm so grateful I was. She answered all of my questions, educated me on the process of both pre and post care, and provided me with tools for aftercare...Westlake just told me what to buy & gave me a few days worth of grape seed oil. My left brow is half missing making it more difficult to fill as there is no brow line to follow. She is spot on with matching skin tone to color palate, very precise with her measurements, conscious about checking on potential pain level during the session and great with continued follow up both during initial fill and follow up powder brow sessions. (She was just as vigilant with my lip blushing). Not to mention...I appreciate that she always made time to respond to my questions when I reached out to her. Thank goodness she's a perfectionist with her art because she does make your satisfaction her priority. Deepest of appreciation to you and your craft Linh!!! I never thought I would go out into the world with confidence AND without a stitch of applied make up!! And baby...I sure do now!! Thank you!!! read more

I love this place!! No secrets here... First of all, Linh, the owner, is such a sweetheart. She's very soft-spoken, calm & reassuring and she knows her stuff! Before I scheduled my very first appointment with her, I reached out via text because I needed to explain my lash situation. (Wonder if everyone does this or am I just "extra" like that) I explained to her they I was traumatized by my previous lash experience (another shop another story) but was tired of my thin (nonexistent) eye lashes. She was patient and understanding and made recommendations based off my worries. My first lash-ing by Linh was a bit "itchy" so she explained that some (few) people are allergic for some of the products used so moving forward she'd use the sensitive skin products and we have not looked back. No problems since then. I have never had to wait for my appointment time as Linh is always punctual!! Hermosa Artistry is brightly lit always clean. The decor is beautiful and trendy. She has great taste in decor. I get so many compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. Linh is so talented. She also specializes in semi-permanent make-up!! Linh is not the only person working at her salon, there are others whom I have not met because when I started going to Hermosa Artistry, Linh was flying solo. I am so happy that other professionals have joined her team. Agree with most people here that Linh is very professional, does high quality of work, and is quick (took only one hour for full set install) and therefore trustworthy in the outcome of the install. She has over 20 years experience and doesn't pressure you in any manner for upgraded lashes or additional services. The facilities was overall clean and she has great precision since I didn't feel any discomfort. I actually fell asleep for a few min it was so relaxing! She educates you on the before and after care and even provides you a complimentary care package on your way home that comes with extra spools, visor guard for the shower for your first 48hrs and weekly cleanser. After the session, she booked me right away for a follow up appointment since she is always in high demand. With that being said, I am unsure why anyone would complain about an artists availability. You wouldn't think twice if a hair stylist, your doctor, your dentist, a high end restaurant, your lawyer, your nail tech, any specialist for that matter was booked months out due to their talent and specialty. It was very simple for me to book with Linh and I KNEW I wanted Linh because I have more trust in experiencing my first time with the business owner directly since they usually are the ones with the most experience. I went online found a slot, agreed to the terms and conditions which includes a late cancellation policy and no-show's charge that you would agree to at the time of booking. You don't walk into a salon asking for a high demand hair stylist and expect service right away so I have no problem with pre-planning my services, it helps me ensure I set out proper time out to maintain the quality of my lashes anyways so overall, I've had no bad experiences and would highly recommend! read more

This lady is the most unprofessional business owner I've ever experienced. Her schedule is booked up for months, and you'll have to get a new lash set each time if you just so happen to have a scheduling conflict, and have to cancel. She's extremely disrespectful, rude, and not understanding/empathetic to those of us with a busy schedule, (despite her also having a busy schedule.) She also tried to post my scheduling history on Yelp to try to prove "I missed an appointment" and that's apparently why I couldn't get booked for a whole month... when in reality, her schedule is impossible to keep a set schedule for fills. There's plenty of other eyelash artists that are compassionate of rescheduling appointments, and won't punish you for it! Life happens, but steer clear of this lady! She blocked me after I left her a negative review, as well. She is extremely immature. Not to mention, her lashes were HORRIBLY stiff, I went to another lady and was surprised to be told the lashes Linh gave me we're horrible quality. edit: I'm a full time college student with in-person classes, who missed one appointment, then was completely unable to ever get back in with you despite you having a supposedly "open" schedule. And you're completely lying when I've canceled two appointments. The appointments were SO FAR OUT I would've had to get a completely NEW set rather than a fill, that's how booked up your schedule is. Your very immature for a business owner, for replying and reacting like this, Lyn. I hope you find peace. read more
