I always enjoy my visits to The Lash Lounge, but this appointment was especially wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and it's such a relaxing place to spend a little time taking care of yourself. A special thank you to Juliana for the beautiful job she did on my lashes. She is incredibly talented, pays attention to every little detail, and somehow knew exactly how to make my lashes look natural while still giving them that extra "wow." I left feeling so confident! This time I decided to try the Purple Light Experience, and I'm so glad I did. I actually fell asleep! And I experienced zero irritation! Also, I don't have to wait 24 hours to get them wet! If I want to go for a swim, I don't have to wait! One of the biggest benefits for me is that this method should make my lashes last much longer. Instead of feeling like I need a refill every two weeks, I can now go three to four weeks between appointments. As someone with a busy schedule, that extra time is such a blessing. It means fewer appointments without sacrificing beautiful lashes. Thank you, Julianna, for taking such great care of me. I highly recommend her and can't wait for my next visit! read more

The Lash Lounge - Cedar Park - Loving my lashes!!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I've never gotten my eyelashes done professionally. I'd always use strips or let my sister practice putting clusters on me. Normally I get a lot of anxiety when someone is around my face and my eyes are shut. This was a different experience. The moment Camila put the tape down I was asleep. Her aura is amazing, her work is incredible, and she's the reason I decided to stick with it. I am a new mom so this was the first time I've done something for myself in a long time and she made the experience phenomenal. read more

Cathy at the front desk. So rude . I prepaid the entire fee, checked in - on time- and asked to walk next door to get my -already ready -mobile drink. The front desk lady said no as I walked out she yelled mam, We can't hold the appt !! I came right back - she told the stylist she did not know where I went. She talked down to my stylist - in a racist way . Do not go to this place. So unprofessional . Front desk lady is awful. read more

My eye brows and color on my lips look so beautiful. Noelle did an awesome job! I would recommend the lash lounge to my family and friends.

Jewel is the only person I trust with my lashes. They are always long lasting with fantastic quality. The care and attention to detail stands out, all while in a relaxing environment. read more

I came here because my lash girl is on maternity leave. I loved the idea of making an appointment online. My only hiccup was not knowing they charge per lash and if you don't get lashes done there you pay an additional fee. I asked for classic fill and left looking as if I had nothing done to my lashes. I called to inquire and at that point things were explained. I was offered a Purple Heart and they redid my fill. I don't think I'll go back due to the cost. I'm giving 4 stars because the customer service is great and I did find the process very easy. read more

I had my lashes refilled from 4:30-5:30pm on Thursday and had a great experience. It's Saturday at 5:27 and I just called in to say my right eye looks really light on lashes compared to my left and was told I didn't fit into their 48-hour policy. I'm not spending $90 on lashes (50 max) if I can't even be guaranteed they will look even. read more

Heck yeah. This is my lash place. Every stylist here is better than anywhere else I've had them done. I also appreciate that they're very sanitary and the studio is clean as hell! They've never done me dirty as far as making my eyes red, itchy, making me feel like things weren't done up to the highest standards. They're also really flexible with what type of look you're going for, which, for me, I always want subtle to the point of not being able to really tell there are extensions. They are able to tweak little things to your liking, so you can be really specific with them about what you're going for, but they will also give their opinion if you ask, and they definitely know what they're talking about. I don't ever want to go anywhere else for my lashes! read more

Noelle and her team are great! Such a fun yet professional vibe in the salon! Everyone is friendly and my lashes are always perfection!

I wanted to follow up to this review. I had to stop using this place as I lost my lower eyelashes and I realized they charge you for each lash, after leaving the review, then started realizing why I would lose a huge amount of lashes within the first 2 days I started putting it together. I find out there are 2 different types of glue. One that is strong and will hold your lashes and the other that doesn't for very long. Plus You have to rely on the amount of lashes they tell you they used. You can't verify. read more

I've gotten my lashes done at a lot of places, but Lash Lounge has been my favorite for a couple of years now! I know what to expect - I travel a lot and have had fills at a few. Cedar Park has great stylists and I leave feeling great! I'm a member and I wouldn't be if it wasn't for the great service and great lashes each time. Thanks Noelle and the entire team! read more

I had given up on lashes after losing almost all of my natural lashes about six years ago after going to several lash artist around town. Some in big, popular, and well-known spas and others independent contractors that were highly recommended. I still always looked around to see if anyone was offering anything different. Lash Lounge caught my eye. I went in and spoke with a Master Stylist at the Mueller location and explained my concerns. She explained their process and how part of the process was ensuring you kept your natural lashes. I gave it a try and loved it. My stylist left to go solo so I took a break for a while which meant all of the synthetic lashes eventually came off and my natural lashes had no damage! I waited for this location to open since it's closer to me. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. My new stylist is awesome. read more

So excited that there is now a Lash Lounge in Cedar Park! I visited the shiny new location this week and had great experience. From easy peasy scheduling, friendly talented team, variety of services and gorgeous space.. I am thoroughly impressed. This week I got a brow tint and eyebrow threading. My technician was so detailed, did exactly what I asked for and left a happy customer. For lashes their prices cannot be beat (check membership pricing). Cannot wait to go back for lashes. read more

The Lash Lounge - Cedar Park - Lash lift and brow/lash tint (NOT extensions) - Eyelash Service Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I came here expecting a DRAMATIC CURL in my lashes.... Ohhhhh was I disappointed. First time ever getting anything down to my lashes. I went to whoever was available at the time (Maddie). first she was very sweet and informative on the procedure. Then, came the process of lifting the lashes. For someone who is very new to this whole thing, it wasn't bad and she was pretty gentle with everything. When she was explaining the plan to get the "best results" she said "let's use a straight rod because a curled rod would crimp them" I took her word for it and let her proceed. Finally, came the end results. Although, I didn't say anything in the moment about how they looked. I HATED them! I thought a lash lift was to lift the lashes, not make them look the same as before. In the end, I'd give the lash lift another try but I will not be back to The Lash Lounge again. I appreciate Maddie calling to give me a refund, but I have to wait several weeks to retry the procedure and I wanted it for a special occasion next week. read more

The customer service in this place is non-existent. I booked an eyebrow threading appointment and when I showed up (after setting up childcare and bearing traffic), the receptionist informed me that the person I was booked with for an eyebrow threading appointment didn't actually do eyebrow threading. Excuse me? This was a total waste of my time and the receptionist showed zero empathy, even as I asked for options given that I have a newborn at home and it's extremely difficult to leave the house. She did not care -- didn't offer any viable solutions that would favor me, the customer. Instead, she made me feel like their mistake was my fault. I won't be coming back to such a careless and rude environment. read more

The worst set of lashes I've ever had! The girl literally said oh yeah they look a little bare before she even gave me the mirror to see them and then told me okay you're done....... Management refused to give me a refund ...... great customer service lash lounge ! So disappointed with the whole business read more

I had a confirmed, upcoming appointment here for a lash set. This appointment was important to me as it was for wedding activities. Although Lash Lounge had my email, phone #, & card info on file, my appointment was cancelled without notice, 1 week before my appointment. They never reached out to request a deposit or to reschedule. I was hoping to try their services and as a customer this could have ruined my big day. If you're booking an important service, please be warned they might cancel it for no apparent reason, without attempting to reach out. Safe to say I am rescheduling somewhere else, although I was really looking forward to this appointment :( read more

The manager/owner Noel is absolutely rude. Her employees do nothing but talk down on her. Neighboring stores talk down on her.
