They wanted to charge me 50% the cost of the service to cancel when it wasn't my fault..... really?! I'm not happy with the work done on my face. I understand, since one of the owners spoke to me apologizing at that moment, was friendly and sweet, I took a risk by staying for the new girl to do the facial, without having any references about her. Today is my second day of my nano needling facial and I noticed several scratches on my face. I am very disappointed with how my experience went at Southern Sugar and Brow. The reclining seat is so comfortable that my back (I have lower back pain) was not screaming after 2 hours of repair work. After the session I had minimal tearing and no burning.
