My favorite girl Sara is so awesome for facials I had to book around her days because everyone loves her! Spa Luxe is located north of Austin close to the Sheraton Hotel in Georgetown. There are a couple of parking spots located in front of the store, but more parking can be found in the parking lot. Beware of the 30 minute parking in front. I was greeted upon entering and offered a welcome drink. The robe and slippers are optional for services. Highly recommend though if going in for a day relaxation. The spa is equipped with men and women locker rooms. Within the women's locker room, there is a sauna, personal lockers, two bathrooms and a shower. The space was clean and well maintain The sauna on a can be utilized before and after your service. For my service, I opted in for a 50 minute pedicure. Only three pedicure stations available at the spa. The chairs unfortunately cannot be moved forward or backwards nor do they have massagers but they were very comfortable. The service took the entire time and they offer a variety of nail polish colors to choose from. read more

There was no problem with this toenail. It should have matched the other one. Now it is ugly for a few months until it grows out and is at risk of becoming ingrown because the cut down on one side was so sharp by the nail tech. Edit after owner review. My toenails were in a straight across square cut and identical to each other when I arrived. I did not have an ingrown toenail either. They apologized and offered 15% off my next service when I was checking out after consulting the lead person on site. read more

Love Spa Luxe. I have been with my mom 4 times. We have never had a bad service. Each provider has treated us with care, professionalism, and quality treatments. The environment is clean and relaxing. The ONLY thing I do not like is the lounge area (where you wait and relax before your treatment) is gender mixed. I do not feel comfortable sitting in a robe with men in the same room. They should have a separate men's and women's lounge. read more

I love Spa Luxe. From the welcoming ladies to check out it's a pleasant experience . The quiet room is very comfortable and the snacks and water are enjoyable. The offer of a mimosa is a plus. My therapist, Jessica, was amazing and I left much more relaxed than when I arrived! There is no shower, so be prepared for that..... My older son in Minnesota gave me and his two siblings Spa Luxe gift certificates so we could have an experience together. What a lovely time. I had a hydro facial and my son and daughter got massages. We also enjoyed the sauna and had lunch next door at 2020 Scratch Kitchen. The spa is clean and very nice. I had a Christmas Gift card for a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE PLUS 20% tip. The massage was putting lotion on and towels. Worst experience ever. Management never returned my call. I told them word would get out. There are many massage parlors but only 1 spa in Georgetown- Get it together or you will not be in business long. read more

When I went to get my pedicure the client next to me was non stop talking about politics , shooting and trump . I wanted a good a relaxing experience , I took My headset thank god but I could still hear her conversation. She seemed like a nice person but it was not a conversation I wanted to hear. My pedicure was good but not able to enjoy it . My drink mimosa had something slimy floating , i was throwing up after my visit . The facility itself was so clean and comfortable and cozy as soon as you walk in. Caroline at the front desk was such a sweetheart and did her best to accommodate and make the process super simple. The service was phenomenal so that gets 5 stars on its own. I'd wanted to try this place and purchased a Groupon over a year ago. Needless to say they honored my expired Groupon and did not treat me as if I was visiting on a discount. There is a bathroom with robes and shoes to change into and they offer complimentary hot tea and wine as well as a sauna. It was a school night so I behaved and had hot tea. Typically when I get a massage I go for 90 minutes but the Groupon was for 50/60 and it was just go fine The masseuse was great on the pressure and asked if it needed to be adjusted and the icing on the cake was she didn't try to talk my ear off. I would've liked choosing my own oil scent but what she used was ok. After I finished my massage I was taken to a waiting room with magazines, snacks and fruit infused water to enjoy while waiting. My favorite part of this experience was my facial. The facial was great but the esthetician was phenomenal and sadly I don't remember her name. My nail tech is amazing. Pedicures are not cheap by she takes very good care of me and the service is amazing. Receptionists are also very welcoming and make sure you are comfortable while you wait. I love getting my Hydrafacials here! I've done the 50min and the 80min with Andrea and Luna. They're both wonderful. I'd say the 50 minute session is plenty but if you're looking for a bunch of add-ons and a truly pampering experience, the 80 minute is fun. My skin always feels so refreshed when I leave. Spa Luxe is clean and the ambience is unmatched - their waiting room has lots of seating, they have fruit-infused water, hot tea, nuts, and a sauna ! You just don't find that everywhere. I'd love to see some sort of membership program in the future. read more

No detail goes unnoticed here. I've visited many a spa, and there are very few that I would rank this highly for the facilities, service, and all the little extra touches. I arrived an hour early for my massage and facial appointment (found a phenomenal Groupon deal around the holidays -- I'm shocked at what a steal it turned out to be). That gave me plenty of time to slip into a cozy robe and slippers, sip on a mimosa and enjoy some time in the dry sauna. It was a very cold January day, so this was extra special. Then I headed to the relaxation room for a variety of complimentary trail mixes and fruit infused water. Staff checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. My massage with Peyton and facial with Andrea were incredible. You know you're at a nice place when they wrap your feet with hot towels, but here they used pouches of warm moisturizing gel that stayed warm (I received a foot treatment with my massage and hand treatment with my facial). They use Naturopathica products that smell delicious, from the lush lavender essential oil to begin each treatment to a pumpkin enzyme face mask. All of the small details are looked after, from hair heat styling tools and mouthwash in the women's locker room, a lovely tea selection served with a packet of honey pearls for sweetness, staff regularly picking up and polishing the locker room and common areas, door click quieting mechanisms (not sure what they're called, but so appreciated). Full price services are a splurge, but I will be asking for some for upcoming birthdays and holidays. read more
