This was my second visit to Zen Massage, and I'm so glad I decided to give them another chance. My first experience wasn't great, but this visit completely changed my opinion. I don't know if I was just exhausted or if Lisa has magical hands, but I walked out feeling like a completely new person. She quickly figured out exactly where my body needed attention and adjusted the pressure and techniques accordingly. It honestly felt like she understood every tight muscle and nerve that needed relief. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. The ambiance was lovely overall. The only minor downside was that my room was close to the main entrance, so I could hear people coming in and out. Next time, I'll request a room farther from the entrance for an even more peaceful experience. I'll definitely be booking Lisa for my massages going forward. Highly recommend her! read more

My wife and I had a rough day and needed to do something nice for ourselves. We went here and honestly both had the best message of our lives. So good I am writing a review for the first time in years! We both get messages somewhat often, and today we both agreed we got the best message of our lives, from 2 different people. Lily and Helen were the best! read more

Helen is phenomenal. The experience was so amazing. I'm coming back! I highly highly recommend!!

I loved it! So relaxing! They did great for a deep tissue massage and the price was unbeatable!

Very nice service. Highly recommend. It is a clean facility. I always love going there for massage.

Very comforting as soon as I walked in - The plaza is a little out there but upon arrival my anxieties subsided almost immediately. Sophia really worked my knots, I have a tight upper/mid back and received deep work (the elbows really hit). She asked for my preferred depth level, was very respectful and made me feel comfortable. They do multiple styles in one sitting for the combination massage definitely more than worth the money - I did a 90 min session please tip! I will be back read more

These masseuse know exactly what they are doing. Great place clean and great vibes here. My wife and I went in for a couples massage and we both got deep tissue massages. At first I didn't know whether to cry or enjoy this cause she was getting all the knots out. Then once the last really started in it was just great pleasure from there. We both got an hour and enjoyed every minute of it. The place was very clean staff very accommodating to us. Next to.e we book a massage we will definetly be going here. read more

This was probably the best massage that I've had in the area. Definitely my new go to. They have a different massage style, including back walking. Loved it read more

My massage was fantastic. I requested a female masseuse and she did deep tissue and hot stone massage for me and ease my shoulder pain after 4 hours long drive. Very great pressure relief for my calves muscles. I would recommend all my Austin and round rock friends to get great massage here. Appreciate the highly skilled workers who adjusted massage pressure and relaxed my nodes and soreness. They are specialized in whole body deep tissue and hot stone massage and a little foot massage. It's different from the foot reflexology and 20 minutes hot soak foot spa. read more

I'm going to be dreaming about this massage for a while! Service was great - efficient and considerate. I wish I got the name of my masseuse but she was very considerate (unclipping my hair for me, unlatching/ latching my necklace). She really worked out my tense shoulders and finished the massage with a hot stone treatment and steam towel. The best part is - minimal conversation so I could just zone out and meditate on the massage! Will definitely be back again. read more

I was nervous about coming here since the place had fewer volume of reviews than other spots but gave it a hail Mary try because of the consistent 5 stars. I was not disappointed: I walked in with terrible back pain and fell asleep ~10 minutes into the massage from the relief. My masseuse was phenomenal and applied pointed deep pressure on all the correct places. The place itself was clean, serene and relaxing. I am definitely coming back! read more

I've been going to this place for over a year now, and it's safe to say that it's become my go-to destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. One of the things that really sets Zen Relax apart is the incredibly kind and attentive owner, Yingna. She always goes out of her way to make sure that customers feel welcomed and comfortable. I have never had a negative experience at Zen Relax, and my current favorite massage therapist, Jack, provides a deep tissue technique with acupressure elements that I truly enjoy. The entire experience is incredibly relaxing, leaving me with a sense of peace and contentment that lasts for several days after the session. The results are so consistently wonderful that I think I'm addicted! :) read more

Probably the best place I've been to in Austin. If you go, you must ask for Yu Yu. She does an absolutely amazing job. I'm a bigger body 6'4 220 and the pressure she gave was perfect. Highly recommended! read more

Yo-yo did great! I asked for a work on my back and glutes and she did a great job. Very relaxing.

I am so happy that I stopped in to meet the staff at Zen Relax, I have suffered from back issues for many years and have seen several chiropractors over that time. I have tried other massage places, none of them seemed to really want to spend the time to try and do their best to help to take away the pain but this is the the one place who does. I can tell that they are very experienced and knowledgeable and thorough with what they do and I feel that I am getting the relief am needing. I am always greeted with a smile and an enthusiasm to do their best during the session. If other businesses could show this kind of professionalism and care they would be much better for it. Their pricing is fair and the place is comfortable and very relaxing. I look forward to each appointment! read more

We went for a couples massage and had a wonderful relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back again.

Just left our 60 minute couples massage today, and feeling like a million bucks. I opted for a deep tissue massage with Jack while my partner chose a shiatsu relaxing massage with Sofia, so our experiences were a little bit different, but both spectacular. We arrived about five minutes early and didn't have to wait to get in. We got the full sixty minutes we had booked, where many places include dressing and wait time into that figure. We agreed that the style was less "clinical" than some other places, but we fully realized the state of zen advertised in its business name. The prices are also quite reasonable. We will definitely be returning, and thinking we will select ninety minute next time. read more

Came in for the couples massage. Was pretty disappointed that we didn't get our massages in one room and was separated. I've done tons of massages by myself so I really wanted to experience having my partner there with me. But at least the massage itself was good. We just signed up for a couples massage we have no idea what that entails. It ended up being a full body massage. With warm oils? Lotions? And hot stones. I'll be honest I love a good butt massage and this place had a lot of it. The hot stones were a great touch too as they worked wonders on my back. I opted for a deep massage. As someone with a ton of knots I needed it and they went in DEEP. It was great. It's so interesting to see how the body reacts to certain pushes in different places. All of the staff wear masks so I highly suggest you wear one too if you plan on visiting. Good place overall! Worth a try. read more

Had a really great welcoming, very polite. Massage worked wonders and felt so relaxed. Had an overall great first experience. Clean and smells great. Will recommend and be back. read more

Sophia was great and thorough. I liked it and will come back. Thank you!... Probably one of the best in the area. read more

To be fair, I had a pretty great massage. It just wasn't with whom I signed up with; nor was it for the amount of time I signed up for and even received confirmation for. If you go here, be VERY firm with the time, person you selected, and also be wary of the "aromatherapy" so you're not charged an extra $5 fee. My original time was supposed to be 60 minutes. Without asking me, they did 90 minutes and I was charged accordingly! read more

Still wondering how a hole in the wall no frills, walk in Massage therapist would provide the best deep tissue 90min massage ever. ....And the therapist Leli was all of 80lbs. 6 weeks into my new workout routine had me tied up in knots (no longer). This is a walk in- no appointment needed place but NOTHING like those sketchy looking strip mall "massage" places. Spoil yourself, and make the trip to Zen Relax, you will be writing the next review yourself. read more

Clean, friendly, relaxing, felt amazing after, can warmly recommend and hope to be back.

This is the kind of place that you're mentally writing the 5 star review for within 3 minutes of arrival. I have had three different massage therapists here and they are all impossibly strong women who really have you feeling so much better when you're done. The ambience is low frills and the location doesn't give a great first impression but I promise you the work is better than any massage I've ever had. read more

Small, clean, relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. They can usually fit most walk-ins that I need and have never failed to communicate if they need a change in appt times. Convenience for me is they are this available, this good and it's around the corner. read more

Amazing! Super clean, prompt, got us in same day hit all of our troubled areas and then some! Definitely stop by!
