The service was exceptional, high quality massages and treatments whatever you choose to get. The vibe is very quietly and personal. Each of the masseuses are very professional and do a great job. read more

I am giving this place 5 stars because of Holt and how professional he is. I've tried many massage therapists and I never feel fully relaxed afterwards. But Holt's massage is perfect. He always listens to my issues and works all kinks out. My only complaint is that there is no way to book an appointment online, you only have to email or call. This is so inconvenient in this digital age when everything is fast-paced and instant booking can solve a lot of issues. Sometimes it takes days of emailing back and forth to finally find a time that works. PLEASE INVEST IN ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, I would hate to switch to a different massage office for this silly and easy-to-solve issue. read more

I am so thankful that this place exists. Holt is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made me feel right at ease even though I haven't really had many massages in the past. He's been instrumental in helping me manage my upper back and neck pain. I tend to ignore injury and tension until it starts interfering with work or my ability to do things. Holt was able to un-knot the months of built up stress and messed up muscles so I can finally sleep again without waking up in pain through the night. I am so thankful for his expertise and work. read more

Never showed up for appointment, I stood in 104 temp. outside knocking on the door. When he finally came to the door he asked me what I wanted, rude. After I walked away, got in my car to drive away he called me and said he had me in for the following day. Really rude, forgetful, and not customer friendly. read more

We have been coming here for years. We have seen all three of the therapists! All exceptionally wonderful. Treat yourself and stop by! read more

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I went here for the first time today and I was blown away. I'm a long distance runner with a marathon coming up in a couple weeks, and I've been having some major tension in my hips, legs, and shoulders. I filled out a form online for a deep tissue / sports massage, and Holt promptly called me within just a couple of hours. He was very professional and polite and helped me schedule an appointment. Between traveling and moving around a bit, I have probably seen about 50 massage therapists in my life. Holt is top 1% elite. He knew exactly what, where, and how to work out alllllll the knots and tension, and even incorporated some important stretches to help with my flexibility while running. He intuitively adjusted the pressure, perfectly, without my prompting, on each part of my body. The deep tissue work was so needed and so well executed. Dude's technique and abilities were on point and I was instantly a pile of mush on that massage table. I literally cannot remember the last time my body felt this great. The facility itself was inviting, refreshing, and relaxing with plenty of parking on site. Awesome energy all around. Holt is absolutely my new go-to and he has my highest recommendation! read more

Worth.Every.Penny. (Granted I got my session as a birthday gift, but let me tell you, I will be booking again!) My fiance and I had a couples massage and we're both extremely satisfied with both the location and the service. I myself had never had a massage before and it was really nice to have the ladies take a few minutes to ask us questions as well as to answer the questions that we (I) had. read more

Disappointed. I had booked the 90 min Swedish massage and spoke with therapist beforehand regarding my specific shoulder tension and carpel tunnel issues in my wrist I wanted to focus on. I had high hopes after the first few mins because she had applied good pressure but she seemed to just follow her normal routine and spent only a very brief amount of time on those areas. I don't know if I ask for the wrong type of massage, but there was no focus on massaging pressure points at all. I've had lots of massages before in other towns and they always went along and spent some time at least kneading pressure points which wasn't done at all here. It was just broad sweeping motions the whole time. I kept thinking okay maybe next she'll do that next or maybe she'll come back and focus more on the areas we talked about towards the end but nope. The massage ended before I knew it. I also know we did not start right on time so beware, even though you book a 90 min massage, part of that includes time filling out paperwork and getting undressed and dressed. So you do not get the full 90 mins of massage time you are paying for. read more

This was not my 1st massage here, but by far the best! I started coming here over 2yrs ago, and every other massage therapist has been subpar since! Today's massage was by far the best I've ever had hands down! Holt was attentive per usual, and reduced my rotator, neck, and back pain by more than 50% in just one visit! my range of motion has already improved, and I plan on continuing the stretch exercises he suggested in between visits. Go to the best! Visit Holt or his wife, you won't regret it! read more

As a first time customer, I was not sure what to expect. Holt met me on time, introduced himself, and came off as genuine and professional. This was my first time having a masseur (male) and what should have made me uncomfortable turned out to be a positive experience. Holt really makes you feel at ease and his laid-back and calm nature really helps to provide a good overall experience. He was not chatty (which I liked) as most therapists tend to be and he took time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what benefits they provide. He even demonstrated me some good stretches for my lower back. Overall, I was pleased with my 60-min session. My back felt much better than when I arrived and even the next day (as I write this review) I am not tense, sore and in pain like I was the day before. read more

We have been going to Randi and Holt for at least 6 years now and have had a 5 star massage every single time!

Randi is my absolute favorite! I've had about 6 massages from her since moving to the area and she never disappoints. Last week I suddenly had a deep ache in my left shoulder. I called my dependable massage therapist and they were able to accommodate me the very next day. By the end of the massage my shoulder was not feeling much better so I asked Randi what else we could do, she suggested cupping. I've never tried cupping before but it relieved all of the tension. I love how affordable they are. No they are not a day spa but I don't need all the frills when I'm laying face down on a massage table in a dark room. read more

Strong hands! Clean facility, simple and soft. Very comfortable atmosphere. The face massage was really great as well. read more

This is just what I needed at 35 weeks pregnant. If you are pregnant and just feeling that all over pain and soreness, you need to book an appointment with Holt at Pflugerville Massage Associates. I have had pretty severe back pain throughout my pregnancy. Also, as we are coming to the end here, I just have held onto a lot of stress. Holt massaged all these away! The massage parlor is in the old downtown area of Pflugerville. It is very warm and welcoming when you walk in the door. One of the owners makes her own bath bombs and soaps and you can smell them when you walk in the door. You can purchase them too. They smell amazing! Holt has a very calming demeanor. He checked me in and explained everything well. The massage room itself is a good size, dimly lit, with candles and relaxing music. For a pre-natal massage you lay on your side on a comfortable massage table. You are covered in different sheets and blankets in a technique they call "draping and diapering" to make sure you are not exposed :) At no point did I feel exposed or uncomfortable. You also are given several pillows to accommodate your bump and make sure you are lying in the most comfortable position. I was just in complete heaven. I had the hour long massage and it went by too quickly. It was utterly blissful. The 60 minute pre-natal massage was $65 (worth every penny!) When I left, I felt like Peter from Office Space. Not a care in the world! I drove the quick 5 minute drive home and slid right into bed for the best post-massage 2 hour nap ever. I was out like a light without a single feeling of stress or pain to keep my awake. At 35 weeks pregnant, I simply do not sleep well. After my massage on Tuesday, I have felt great for days now! I will 100% go back to try out the other massages they offer. For now, if you are debating getting a pre-natal massage I URGE you to do it. You do not have to feel all that pain and soreness. read more

Wow! My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage and were so impressed. The building is well maintained and very welcoming. The waiting area has a beautiful display of succulents with peaceful music playing that really helps ease you into a relaxed state of mind. Bathroom was clean and maintained. Dorris and Holt each did an incredible job!! They were both very professional, friendly, listened to our areas of concern, and really helped work out some tense and sore muscles we were both experiencing. My boyfriend has a really bad back, and Dorris was very attentive to his areas of concern. We each left very relaxed. Looking forward to returning! read more

Just had the one hour body massage feel very relaxed and very sleepy I completely enjoyed it and loved it would come back again my spirits are very good I'd like the lady she was very nice very helpful in every way to help me understand any questions I may have had and it was really relaxing and I would recommend it to friends and family read more

They are no doubt friendly here and since they are a family owned business, I want them to do well, but I do have a comment about them that irritated me and I want them to know about it. I gave my husband a gift certificate to use here and when he went to check out after his massage, there was some left on the gift certificate. Instead of even letting him choose what to do with the money left on the gift certificate, when he asked about what was left, the lady at the desk said "that's for the tip". She had already applied it and there was no option to stop her. He could have made a fuss about it, but she just put him in the position of thinking she had already put it to a tip and he'd have to "take the tip back". It was an awkward position that she put him in. So I think it's fine to tip, of course, but I don't think she should have just taken the money. My husband had the right to choose whether or not he wanted to tip. Because the choice was taken away, and because this was a gift, when I heard about it, I was pretty irritated with this business. read more

It was ok. Definitely not my favorite massage. And it was priced as if it were a great massage. Would not go back or recommend. Staff are nice though. read more

I got a gift card massage from my kids for Christmas. Scheduled on a Saturday. Was a little nervous because, first I've never had one and second, never had one from a big ass guy named Holt! LOL. I cannot recommend more highly this place. There is no six star on Yelp. TIP: Guys, quit asking for women to do your massages, they just aren't generally able to push hard enough unless they stand on you and jump ;). Was nervous at the beginning but was put as ease quickly. Holt is a really righteous guy and can focus on your problem areas. Get over yourself and just relax. I am amazed at how better I feel. Soon as I can do it again, I will gladly spend the money. read more

Fantastic massage, thank you Holt! I will definitely come back again when I'm in town.

I stumbled upon this business in a last minute attempt for relief & was VERY glad I did! Wonderful husband & wife duo, in a nice local business suite w great hours and very fair pricing! I didn't even realize until I got there that they had a 10% deal w Yelp. Double score. Holt was able to get me in within 30 minutes & did a fantastic job. We chatted some off & on, but that was more lead by me. So no chatty massage if that's what you're looking to avoid. It was very comfortable, and as always, not long enough! I booked a 90 minute massage in a few weeks, so would I go back? Damn skippy! Lol I'm looking forward to getting back on the list if things I need to take care of, so I'm glad I found a great massage therapist to help. read more

I used to be a massage envy client. Never again. Took my boyfriend for his first ever massage and it was everything we needed. Danielle and Holt were amazing. They even discounted the price..cant remember why but it wasn't necessary. I would have paid more :) Relaxing atmosphere. Everything you want from a massage. We'll be back. read more

Love this place! Randi was by far my favorite therapist from one of those subscription places, and her husband Holt was my wife's favorite, and now they have their own place. What I really like about Randi is she loves her work and does a good job explaining what may be causing your issues and how she will address them. If you like to talk during your massage (me) you'll learn something, or if you prefer silence/music (my wife) she is definitely respectful of that. It's a small shopping center w/ plenty of parking and I like that it's by a lot of other independent Pflugerville businesses that I never really pass by (Dazzle, La Catrina, etc). read more

I found this place on Yelp and made an appt for a prenatal massage. Randi was the one who worked on me this morning, and she was really good! She was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She had a lighter touch, but that may be the way the prenatal massage is intended, I didn't ask. She still worked out knots and tense areas. She has a nice touch and she's really calming. The place is impossible to find if you use google maps....I had to call, and she gave me great directions! It's easy to find in the plaza and I had no trouble parking whatsoever. I can't wait to make my next appt, and hopefully I will be able to schedule it with Holt so I can give a more rounded review. Seriously, give this place a shot, the prices are reasonable, and Randi was very friendly and helpful! read more

I received a wonderful massage from Holt. He used some kneading techniques I had not experienced with other massage therapists that felt wonderful. He did a great job at getting the knots out slowly and not being too forceful. I'm already thinking about booking my next massage! read more

Very peaceful and quiet. I received a great massage from Holt. Holt is very professional and knowledgeable. I am a hair stylist that specializes in hair extensions & all of that constant standing and handy work creates havoc on my body. I have frequent massages parlors over the last decade and I must say his sports massage was a great one that help me greatly without any soreness afterward. Good job Holt. Thanks a lot. I will be back. read more

My first experience was sort of interesting. Not exactly the most friendly/talkative upon arrival, but I can say the massage was amazing and just what I needed. I choose deep pressure most often and she did wonderfully. I picked this place because of the competitive pricing and want to return for another great full body massage. read more

I can walk today!!! Yesterday I called Holt in a bind (no pun intended) and he fit me in. I am new to the area and had a lower back issues that were very painful and Holt hit all the right spots because here I am the next day way better! The ambiance is chill and very clean. Warm and inviting.... and the price was very reasonable $65 for a hour. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family! read more

I received the worst massage ever. I informed the therapist in advance about deep tissue. I booked two hours. I reminded the therapist when I arrived of the deep tissue request. They said yes. I remember. No problem. Throughout my entire massage, he kept dozing off and I kept asking for deep tissue. In two hours, I never got it. At the end, I asked him why he didn't provide deep tissue. He didn't say anything, nor did the guy who charged me almost two hundred dollars. I'll never go there again. Beware of these guys. They'll lie to you to get their money. Worst! read more

I have chronic neck and back issues, so I'm always looking for a massage therapist who can provide the right amount of pressure in just the right places. Holt does just that! His hands seem to hone in on all my problem areas, and he really takes his time: very thorough, not trying to force anything. I often ask for just back and neck; Holt always listens to what I want, but he also seems to follow his instincts: a few compressions into the glutes while doing low back work, some firm gliding on the pecs after the neck work. It always feels like just what I need. His style definitely combines the soothing spa aspects with more specific deep tissue work. I love that he ends with some face and scalp, it's very relaxing. The room is quiet and dim, the table is heated, and he always has a cold bottle of water waiting at the end. I've been to him three times now, and already have my next session booked! Oh-- and to any ladies who are nervous about receiving from a man-- Holt is wonderful. I always feel at ease, and have never gotten any weird vibes from him. Give it a try, you won't regret it! read more

I first visited PMA with a Groupon I'd purchased. Rachel provided such wonderful relief during my 8th month of pregnancy! She clearly used very specific techniques based on my "condition" and the area of discomfort I shared with her. I recently saw her again (5 months post partum) and was grateful to relax even further, being able to get a massage while laying face down. I had been having terrible, headache inducing tightness in my shoulders and she put so much effort into calming my knots. The atmosphere of the space is also nice... I was greeted with a bottled water and wonderful conversation with Holt, and enjoyed the room decorations, lavender aromatherapy and music during my session. I'd highly recommend seeing Rachel! I appreciated her checking in regarding the pressure, and was encouraged to be straightforward about what motions brought the most relief. read more

Gave to the wife for BD present - she reports a wonderful experience. Said it's the best overall massage she ever received.

I always enjoy going in and feel infinitely better when I leave. There are times when I need deeper tissue work than others and Holt is amazing at listening to my body and adjusting as he needs to. Holt always finds stuff that I did not even know hurt, which is why I have been going here regularly for the last 6 years. I have no plans to look for another massage therapist. read more

We came from Florida, for vacation, to the Round Rock area. We were pleasantly surprised to find this awesome little treasure. Thanks to both of our massage therapists. The bar has been set high for our future therapists. Fingers crossed that our local therapist are just as awesome as you all. Thanks again! See you next time! read more

I'd seen Holt for years at Massage Envy. When he left I tried a bunch of other therapists to use up my credits and none of them could hold a candle to Holt. I finally broke up with ME and tracked Holt down in his new office in Pfluggerville. He's simply the best ever in terms of skills and a very kind person also. I tend to carry a lot of tension in my body and he's great at working it out with both massage and stretching. read more

First time getting massage, and it was awesome. The therapist had alot of knowledge and the place looked great.

I am so glad I found a message therapist that can perform bodywork to correct my posture, relieve tension, and give me a general feeling of wellbeing. I am an active person who spends a lot of time working out. Randi's massage helps my flexibility as well as my posture. This is vital to reach my goals as well as performing exercises correctly without injury. In addition, Randi works on my chest and abs which gives my lungs more space and allows me to take deeper breaths. Affordable and easy to find are just extra bonuses because I would not go anywhere else! read more
