It has been some time since I have visited so the massage therapist I used to see was no longer there and the location has changed. I figured I try it out since it's been a while. I made an online appointment with Moriah for a 75minute deep tissue massage. The new location was easy to find and parking was a breeze. Moriah did an amazing job finding all the knots in my lower back. She is a miracle worker. I booked another appointment with her for yesterday. The experience was amazing. You know the massage is astounding if you are so relaxed you fall asleep. She is able to find the tension and knots that need to be worked on without me having to show her. I am looking forward to another massage for relaxation.

I work at a desk for 8 hours a day and I love throwing pottery on a wheel as my hobby. As you can imagine, my body is all sorts of messed up. Kelsey not only provided a healing touch but explained why and how this happens and provides examples of at home remedies. I am ecstatic to have found someone like Kelsey. If you're looking for someone who is healing, nurturing but will also leave you "massage drunk" - then Kelsey is your girl!

I was in a rush at this point because we had to get to an appointment after as a family and I had not accounted for that. They have complementary fruit water which I didn't try as I wasn't thirsty and it contained coconut which isn't my fav. The seating area is very modern with a large display of products. I was then taken to my room by my therapist where I requested a medium to hard pressure massage. I got comfortable and awaited the therapist to return. As she started it was a decent pressure however that slowly faded. I've been getting massages regularly for over 15 years at various establishments and I will say this was about my most underwhelming massage yet, I didn't leave feeling refreshed or like a noodle which is what I look for in a massage. In addition the massage was not a hour and a half it was 80 minutes , and which I noticed on the service menu afterwards... I booked over the phone and requested a hour and a half when booking. I was not told it would be 80 min vs 90 and the confirmation email also said 1 hour with addtl 30 min was what was booked.(email in pics for reference) I really wanted to like this place since it's near by however I'm not sure I will return for future services. If I do it will be with a different therapist as I'm well aware not all therapists meet the needs of all clients.
