No care was put into shaping my brows, trimming them or making sure the dye was evenly applied. My brows look blotchy and bushy from the lack of trimming. Right after getting into my car I could see her quickly walking to her's so that let me know for sure she was rushing through my appointment so she could leave. I understand wanting to go home especially on a Friday but there was such a lack of service for the $55 I paid.

They have complementary fruit water which I didn't try as I wasn't thirsty and it contained coconut which isn't my fav. The seating area is very modern with a large display of products. I was then taken to my room by my therapist where I requested a medium to hard pressure massage. I got comfortable and awaited the therapist to return. As she started it was a decent pressure however that slowly faded. I've been getting massages regularly for over 15 years at various establishments and I will say this was about my most underwhelming massage yet, I didn't leave feeling refreshed or like a noodle which is what I look for in a massage. In addition the massage was not a hour and a half it was 80 minutes , and which I noticed on the service menu afterwards... I booked over the phone and requested a hour and a half when booking. I was not told it would be 80 min vs 90 and the confirmation email also said 1 hour with addtl 30 min was what was booked.(email in pics for reference) I really wanted to like this place since it's near by however I'm not sure I will return for future services. If I do it will be with a different therapist as I'm well aware not all therapists meet the needs of all clients.

I've been going to Solar Nails for over 2 years since living in Hutto and have never had an…read moreissue--until this visit. This appointment was a complete disappointment. I was assigned a nail tech I had never seen before, and the experience was nothing like what I'm used to here. She took an unusually long time to do a simple French tip manicure and pedicure, and despite repeatedly asking for the tips to be thinner, she continued making them thick and uneven. My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else. I've always trusted this salon, which makes this even more disappointing. Consistency matters, and this visit missed the mark completely.
