Now the majority of the classes seem very fitness based. There is a yin class and a prenatal class that I've been invited to join despite not being pregnant. I haven't tried the aerial classes yet, but they do look intriguing. Apart from that, the space is really interesting. It's kind of a narrow and enclosed small space, and decorated in a really cozy way that does not feel like it's in a strip mall at all. Makes you feel safe. It's usually quite warm due to the heat panels from hot yoga, so I've been sitting out the hottest months. The owner, Ying, is so incredibly patient and helpful if you ever need anything. She sends very detailed and cheerful email responses anytime you contact her. She also operates a second studio in Anderson Lane for Pilates.

I've only been there twice but already fell in love. I've only tried their Zumba classes because of my schedule, and it was a lot of fun. The instructors are very motivating and have high energy. I love that they come down to dance with us instead of standing on the stage the whole time. All the song selection is also very good. The only thing that is not so good about this place is the location. It's good that it's right there within a residential area. However, the area is very dark at night.
