Every knot in my neck, shoulders, and back would release. My therapist even climbed the table and stretched me like a pretzel. No more discomfort. My 90 minute massage put me right to sleep. I got the best sleep last night too. The pressure was great too. Some muscles are a little sore which is to be expected. I will be coming back for my next massage appointment.
