Family owned and very kind service. Been going for 3 years. Tammy knows her long and thin dipped nails, if this is your thing! The owner works tirelessly day and night and will accommodate to your needs and asks, just please give them a chance to hear your feedback directly. You'll be offered a beverage and if you make the mistake on going on a prime day (weekend) you're going to wait. They're open late which is phenomenal! All the way until 7:30pm most nights. There is nothing relaxing about the place. The girls talk non-stop during "spa" services like I'm not even there. A boss lady seemed to scold them so they whispered non-stop until she was out of sight. The leg massage was not good at all. Throwing money down the drain here. I went in to quickly have my builder gel soaked off. I explicitly asked for a soak off. The lady proceeded to use the drill the entire time. I thought she was going to drill it a little then soak, but used the drill only. She also repeatedly tried to cut my nails off after I kept telling her not to- as they are my natural nails. It was a lot of back & forth. She drilled so much so that I felt my nerves were exposed. I told her a few times it was hurting. So sh switched to a "softer" drill. My nails were throbbing after and are still sensitive over two weeks later. On top of that, it was $15. The most I've ever paid for a soak off is $10. I will not be back and do NOT recommend. read more

I paid $75 for probably the worst manicure I've ever gotten, even my cosmetologist friend said so. They didn't file my cuticles or the tips of my nails smoothly, and the buffer made the top of my nails feel super rough like they had been sanded with a rough grit. We waited 30 minutes for the polish to dry just like they said, and when we left, they were so wet that I ruined them by barely touching them against things. Not to mention, my lady had a pretty sour attitude almost the whole time (friend also noticed this). I removed everything when I got home and had my cosmetologist friend repaint my nails. I will say they did a good job waxing my eyebrows. As someone who's never had their nails painted before at a salon, it was a pretty poor experience. read more

I decided to give this place another try since last year when I stopped going because of the staff constant arguing and bickering. The only reason I stopped is it was by some errands I needed to run... Huge mistake big! And let's just say it went from bad to worse and I'll never get those three hours or my money back that they ended up asking me to pay. Hindsight, I should've left immediately! Inspo picture and what I got couldn't be more opposite. The first set was hideous so they said their best technician would fix them. I ended up walking out with what looks like eggs on my hands. I should've refused to pay the $60 but again hindsight! Do not stop. Do not go and leave immediately if you are there!! I think the worst part is they told me not everyone there should do nails, I asked them. Why did she do mine? Clearly they do not care and hope that no one says anything. paid 70$ for a very short set with a small design. the design is off center and not done well, If you cannot do the design just say you can't so I don't end up disappointed. I've gone here quite a few times over the years and every time they haven't done what I needed. I asked for gel extensions and was given dip, the prices were not explained to me before the service. I do not recommend this place and you can get much better service from an artist working alone for the same price. read more

Service here has gone extremely down hill in the recent months. My last technician spent more time on her phone than looking at my nails. End result my nail color (I have hybrid gel) and nail thickness is uneven. I pointed it out to her more than once and she said "I get it" evidently not because they look like crap. Words cannot describe how much I love this place and the ladies here! I first walked in to get a manicure before a Christmas party last year. Since then, I have seen Cindy and Diane on a regular schedule and could not be happier. This is not your average nail salon. I have also brought my husband, sister and father to enjoy the experience. My sister is hard of hearing and my father is 88 years old. They made every accommodation to ensure their comfort and enjoyment. They are an extension of family and I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. I have never had a less than superb experience and look forward to returning in a few weeks! read more

My best friend got her nails done here last Thursday and asked for French tip ACRYLICS.. She paid $80?! Plus a tip?! Yesterday (Tuesday) one nail already fell off and asking a nail artist friend about it she said they were NOT acrylics.. and said she paid $80 for PRESS ON NAILS?! My friend says more nails are falling off today too... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. After seeing the other reviews on Google and here... I'm surprised they are still in business! Oof. I don't really know where to begin. I'm giving 1 star because they tried to right their wrong (and I have no choice) , but even after that, my nails keep chipping. Let me start with my first experience. I went in April and chose a translucent color that they offered. At some point near the end of my appointment, I asked "when does it become translucent?" And I got the response "I don't know what happened" so my nails came out a solid purple/pink color. Fine. I liked the color and left. Second experience: I arrive at 9 am exactly needing a pedicure and chrome coated SNS set. Pedicure is fine except I soak for 30 min before anyone sees me. Then I tell them I have another appt at 11:30 and need to be done by then. I'm out by 11:15 but I have 2 cut cuticles and blood on top of one of my nails (I was thankfully able to scrub it off). I get home and proceed about normal life and look down and see the chrome is peeling off my nails. I call and complain and they tell me to come in the next day. I do. They file my nails down (which were already short) to meet the chipped chrome. They apply a new layer of chrome to the badly chipped nail. Hours later and my nails are chipping and cracking and I have bridal portraits to take tomorrow. I should've learned my lesson the first time but I didn't. I wanted to love this place but I can't. I love it here! I've been here twice. Once with my daughter who received and loved her full set, and once solo where I received a standard mani and Soothing Pedi. The two stars is for how pleasant they were when you first walk in. They offer you beverages and ask how you're doing. The skill of the nail tech is mediocre at best. She was rough and kept hurting me. She was also very very slow. She kept trying to upsell me and every time I declined she would mutter something in Vietnamese. I used to come here all the time when I used to live in Georgetown & didn't have any issues. I recently went & had them do SNS. I had the nails for a week & the 2 nails with white powder started turning black. My pink nails started turning yellow. I have been getting SNS nails since salons started using it & the only time my nails have turned yellow was due to the top coat. This was clearly the powder they used. The lady removed the top coat & it was literally the powder that was still yellow. When I first came in to address the issue they didn't want to correct the nails because I didn't see the lady that originally did them. I pulled up the bank statement proving I spent over $100 at their salon since she kept saying I needed the receipt. I never received a receipt. All the other salons I've been to can look up exactly who did my nails & I assumed this salon had an updated system to do the same. The ladies in the salon kept giving me excuses as to why the nails changed colors & acted like it was my fault because I didn't call on Monday when the nails started changing colors. I work out of town & I thought I would come in & they would correct my nails as EVERY other salon I've been to in Austin has done the few times I've had issues with any nails. Then they said they could remove the yellow nails & redo them for $45. I told them no thank you because I don't feel I should pay for them to correct the nails when it's the old product they used that caused my nails to turn yellow & black. Their manager is out of town but when she returns I will express to her that I have never been treated like this at any salon & it's not good for business. I used to work in the service industry & when there is an issue (if you actually care about your clients) you make things right & correct the mistake. I'm actually sad this was my experience here because I was looking forward to this being my nail salon again. I will not be back. I'll spend my money somewhere that they hold their brand accountable when issues occur. read more

So I found this place yesterday and got my eyebrows done. The owner seemed super nice and the place looked clean and busy which is always a good sign. I told her I'd come back the next day for a pedicure...and so I did. We didn't h e to wait much bc my sister and I got there when they opened. My technician was really pushy about me getting the upgraded pedicure. I just wanted the $30 one but she was pretty high pressure. My sister's technician was not. The pedicure itself was nice but the paint job is as you can see. As soon as my technician was done she disappeared and my sisters technician helped out my shoes on. I don't know why she ran off but if she not....I would have pointed out my toe nail. My sisters technician was great and there's no complaints. For me, I feel a little annoyed about the pushy upgrade and the poor paint job. Would I go back? Yes. But I hope to never get this technician again. Unfortunately I dont know her name. read more

Terrible service. Did not listen to what I said I wanted. Very rushed and too much talking over me so that on both my toes and nails it took way longer than normal, anywhere. I spent $250 for myself and my daughter. I called the next day to come back and have the nail art redone. I was told to come in and it was no problem. I went yesterday and it was a huge problem. I waited 30 minutes while they agreed to redo and was told twice 'oh so you changed your mind'. To wind this up, I left when they told me I had to pay for it all to be redone after the third nail tech came to talk to me about the issue. . Left my name and number for the owner. Still waiting. Took my 6 year old in today and had a great experience! Cute little chairs for kids and everyone was kind. They gave her juice, snacks, and painted flowers on her toes. She is over the moon and it was so affordable for hers. I've been many times and feel like they do a good job on mine as well and have good rates. I will keep taking her with me! Let me be upfront. I am probably a very small minority that does not enjoy mani's and pedi's. I go on a mandatory once a year pedi that my friends drag me to on my birthday. I received a gift certificate to organic nails and spa for Mother's Day so I went in today for a manicure to change things up. Jenny asked what shape I wanted I said I don't know. She asked me if I wanted sns, gel, regular? I said I don't know. She asked me what did I want? I said I want a Harry Potter design and showed her a couple of Pinterest designs I found. She said ok and I let her pick everything out and do whatever she wanted. YALL! I got better than what I picked out from Pinterest. She combined all the elements of what I liked from the pictures and she just gave me everything and more than what I had in mind. Went here to get my eyebrows waxed. Was trying to explain that I just wanted a cleanup, but the woman working continuously cut me off and wouldn't let me explain how I wanted my eyebrows to be waxed. She rushed it and took off a lot of hair off my eyebrow. My eyebrows are now thin and they look messy even after the wax. Not my first time going, and have always felt like I haven't been taken serious. I would not recommend this place because I have seen a pattern of mistakes caused by rushed work in my own experience, and from others experience. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My 16-year-old granddaughter took herself after school to have a nail fixed, 4:30ish. They told her it would be $15. She told them that she didn't feel that was fair (in my mind it was due to the fact that it had been already a week and a half.) when my granddaughter complained about the price, one of the ladies there grabbed her arm and told her she was not a nice person. At 9 o'clock the same evening she still had marks on her arm. Shameful!!! read more

My daughter and I made a 3:00 appointment for full set nails and a pedicure. Showed up at 3, didn't get helped until 4pm. Pedicures were fine. Nails...not so much. My daughter picked out all her colors, only to be told oh we don't have that one anymore. Or that one. Or that one. But they were all in the book of selections. The nude color that was used on her was awful, ruined the whole look. My nails are horribly shaped, wide and fat. When I told the manager they are too fat and I don't like them, Lucy the nail tech came over and was very rude and told me I had asked for them to be fat. I said...no, I didn't...then she started talking with attitude in Vietnamese language. We were there for 3 hours and 15 minutes and neither of us were happy with nails. Will not return. I have never been so disappointed with just a simple gel manicure. Not only did I sit in a chair with foil on my fingers for an entire hour.... by the time someone finally sat down and started my manicure they swapped people. I got a classic pedicure here and it was enjoyable. I really like that they were sanitary, but my pedicure was quite mediocre. I was offered snacks and water before the pedicure, which was a nice touch. My feet were washed, my nails were cut, my legs were moisturized, and my toenails were painted. I would have hoped that I got my feet massaged or buffed. Even when I get a classic pedicure at other nail salons, I feel like I've received better service. Its even more upsetting that I feel like I got less service for more money ($30). I also needed a refill, but I had planned to go to another salon. The woman doing my pedicure was constantly asking me about it and it was very annoying. I understand you want me to spend more money at your salon, but if I say no once that should be the end of it.
