Terrible experience! We had money on account from a gift certificate. They claimed that they have no record of it and that they 'remembered' that we had used it all (we had not). They then said that we actually had a balance and owed them $ - essentially accusing us of stealing. Additionally, we had a reservation for 4 pedicures - they never acknowledged the 4th member of our party. After sitting in a pedicure chair for 20-30 mins they decided to leave. rude woman did my mani and pedi never looked at me once. using her cell phone for over 10 minutes when she started very rough and spent very small amount of time with my mani and hardly put cream on hands afterwards. I had a very enjoyable simple pedicure at Artzy Salon. A gentleman provided the service. He was very skillful and my toes and feet turned out beautiful. He was very gentle and careful with the nail and cuticle trim which I really appreciated because I have sensitive cuticles. It was nice not to have to instruct him on that. My rating is not based on just my feet however. The salon is nothing luxurious or attractive. When I arrived the floor was quite dirty with clumps of dust and other bits. The massage chair was comfy but the general atmosphere was business only with plenty of conversation among the staff in their language. The service was okay for the price but I'll look for a more enjoyable salon experience elsewhere next time. read more

I have come here three times now and I have had a great experience every time. Writing this review for one of the ladies at the salon who wasn't my technician, but a little girl's. She started chatting me up in the salon and was starting to give personal info. The woman stopped her from talking, brought her brother to sit next to her, and then moved her across the salon to protect her. Was there last week to get a mani and it was fine. Went back this week with my mom to get pedicures and one nail repair from the previous visit-- odd experience where somehow the total was $98 from a $30 & $47 pedicure... I asked how that added up and they assured me that my one nail fix from last time was the price difference. A $21 nail fix apparently where the tech somehow made the entire hand worse rather than better, glossing over nail debris and sealing it in with the LED light. Also the tech next to me was doing another clients nails over my shoes-- unfortunately I didn't notice until the end when there was acetate and someone else's nail debris all over my shoes Will not be back. read more

Might have just had the best mani and pedi that I've ever had! The salon was clean, awesome relaxing chair, friendly staff. My pedi guy took his time (especially since I have a toe nail that splits) and made sure to ask me a few times if everything was looking good. My mother and I waited for about thirty minutes before someone asked us what we needed. There was no other communications with the employees until we asked how much longer it would be (at this point, we had been sitting for an hour), and when they replied "10 minutes," we were hopeful. My mom and I ended giving up an hour and a half in, so we left because we didn't have all day to wait on someone for a manicure. While waiting, another lady next to us stood up and said that she'd like to make an appointment tomorrow. The employee said okay, and asked for her name and what she would want. The only peculiar thing about this encounter is that the employee didn't write anything down. I really wanted to give the nail care a chance after I had my eyebrows waxed and they ripped off my skin. I will NOT be going back, and I don't recommend it to anyone else read more

My daughter got a fill 8 days ago. She got a design and her nails look great - the tech did a beautiful job on the shape and design, but they are already lifting and popping off. She is in high school and is not hard on her nails at all. Her fills normally last 3 weeks with no lifting issues. She liked the salon and tech, and would like to keep going there. Things happen, and we would like to keep giving them our business but, as of now 2 nails have popped off and more are loose. I don't like to leave reviews until I give a business a chance to resolve things but I emailed them an explanation and pictures, and asked them to contact me. So far I have not heard back. This fill with gel and design was not cheap so I definitely expected much more for the money. Hopefully, we hear back. If they make it right, we will return and just ask for double primer in the future. Totally forgivable and fixable if they make it right. read more

Pretty salon. Horrible pedicure. Massage chair didn't work. They didn't offer to move me. I got the Silver pedi for $47. For that amount of money, I expect a good nail trim, file, buff, cuticle trim, leg massage, and quality color. I did not get any of this. June was my tech. Service attitude. I don't think she wanted to be there. Seemed very bored. It was fast and rushed. She never even filed my nails. I will not go back. I can not recommend this business for a pedicure at this time. My husband and I had a great experience here tonight. We live in the neighborhood and stopped by in the evening to inquired about pedicures, they were nice enough to accommodate us even though they were winding down for the day (it was 20 mins prior to their 7:30 closing time...) We were immediately offered snacks, drinks, tv channel preference, etc. and made to feel completely comfortable. When it comes to the most important part: the result of service was great. We especially enjoyed the high-end massage chairs. Even though I rarely have gone for mani/pedis, I'll be back for sure, and definitely recommend it for anyone in need of nail service. Side note- they're offering 20% off for their grand opening through the end of the month, just FYI, and have some sort of a points system for discounts in the future. read more

After looking over the reviews for Artzy Nails, I am shocked to see some 5 stars. I took my grandmother to there to enjoy our "pampering time." We were treated so rudely we will NOT be back. The ladies kept pushing their extras, and when we said we just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure, their rude treatment of us escalated. My grandmother's nails were not trimmed or filed, and upon close inspection, the polishing job was streaked and did not extend over the whole nail. The manicure was very substandard, however, my grandmother's eyesight is not the best so she did not offer any objections. I was busy getting a pedicure which was rushed as if they just wanted to get me done and out. Upon leaving, my pedicurist actually questioned the tip I left which she absolutely did not earn. We were so disappointed and will be looking for another "pampering" spot. read more

My daughter has gone to Artzy four times to get acrylics done. I have frequented them for pedicures and an occasional gel manicure. The salon is very clean and the staff has also been super polite. Last time my daughter got a fill, something went wrong and they popped off rather early. She went in to let them know and they offered to completely redo them for only $10. I've never seen another salon do that before! Tim did an awesome job on her coffin nails. We will continue going to Artzy from here on out. read more

To get what is standard at other nail shops for a pedicure you pay $58 plus $15 if you want gel polish. Add a tip onto that and it starts to become cost prohibitive. I have tried this salon 3 times now. I don't think I will be back. The prices are very high. Most of The ladies can not speak enough English for you to tell them what you would like. I had Gel nail painted last week that were painted so far from the quick it looked like a week had already passed. They started lifting within a few days. I called to make appointment with Lucy. They told me she could do them right away. When I got there, she had called in sick. So they lied to me just to get me to come in. They lady, Tracy acted like she was mad the whole time. Then charged me $25 to redo their mistake. But as I said, they don't speak enough English for you to explain there really should have been no charge. I'm having such a hard time finding a good place in this town! Now that I have seen my manicure in the sun I realize they did not even cover my nail with the polish. This was the case if the arguing nail techs. I went with the upgraded silver pedicure. This might offer more product but it does not ensure a relaxing experience. My tech did the bare minimum. She slapped product around on my legs as well as the hot towel. It reminded me of a teenager doing a chore they didn't want to do. If that wasn't bad enough my nail lady and the nail lady next to me had a verbal disagreement for almost half of the pedicure. It didn't stop until I asked for a manager. They apologized and made excuses. I paid the upgraded price and left. I won't be back. The place looked dirty and they were even playing a kid show with no kids anywhere around. After my manicure they charged me $5 more than they quoted , and I ask why ... they said because I wanted my cuticles trimmed. I would say the manicure was fine except for the color ! , but this is a highly unethical business and do not trust their quotes when you make an appointment. And I told them the color number - it was correct on the lid , but when they were done - it was the wrong color. It's hard to tell until you go under the light. I was so fed up. read more

It felt very rushed and I didn't even get to choose the scent I wanted. One reason I got the diamond was for the extra massage, but it was so rushed.
