First- Customer service!!! To the roof! 2nd - Lucy and Michael are just amazing nail techs! Lucy removed my acrylics the healthiest way (you know putting acetone until it's soft) and didn't just cut it and hoping it will fall off! lol she recommended cat eye and also build a nail - oh I love it! It's like your real nails! 3rd - this is my cherry on top hahaha! I have ingrowns ok. Both big toes are hardcore. Michael has magical hands. Didn't hurt, very careful, oh my gosh. Guys, for years i go to a nail salon in Rivery blvd. I sucked it up as some people are great and nice. Though I don't like the rude bff of the owner - I still come back because I feel like I got used to it already. But today - I found my new nail place! And you shall try!! I walked in about 90 minutes prior to closing to see about getting a pedicure. After a short wait, I was shown to the back of the show where the pedicure seats were. The water was tepid at best not warm or hot like most pedicure places I've gone to and the technician must have been very focused as he didn't say a word to me the entire time except to ask me what pedicure I wanted and to confirm color. Several of my cuticles were cut so close that I winced in pain but he was on a mission to get the job done. In the end, the pedicure itself was not bad, but I felt the entire time like the technician was bothered to have another client. I doubt I'll go back, unless it's another Sunday when I have run out of time to get my toes done. read more

Went in for my birthday. Seems ok it's a bit run down and sat down with my best friend to do a mani pedi. Pedi was great and my nails aren't bad she nicked the shape a little so there's a dint and they over charge for everything. I got a fill and my toes and my best friend got a pedi and toes and it was 348...please don't come here there are better nails places that offer a more clean and relaxing experience and won't charge you a arm and leg and they will serve drinks lol this is not the place girls. I made an appt for me, my husband, and I to come to lavish for my wedding anniversary and treat ourselves. I'm 8 months pregnant, hadn't gotten my toes done in three months so the gel on my toes and my feet were looking rough, along with my feet swelling and sore from pregnancy. I picked the nicest treatment they had for the three of us. They only had two nail technicians at the time, even though I made the appt the day before. I let the men go first because they said the third nail tech was ten minutes away, and I wanted to pick out my color. The third nail tech didn't come for over an hour. I sat there watching my husband and father in law get their full spa treatments and the only thing offered to me was water. I left without any treatment. Couldn't be more sad and disappointed that this was all I wanted on my anniversary, at 8 months pregnant, and the only time I could step away to do it because I got a babysitter for our other child. Walked into this wonderful spot on the Square in Georgetown today to have a pedicure, and I was pleasantly surprised. The front part of the Salon is more of a serene sitting area. Not everyone is so busy and yelling at you from back to pick your color. It is very professional and clean and doesn't smell like feet. The person who greated me was very friendly and I was quickly seated at one of their spa pedicure stations and someone very quickly sat down and started to work. She was quick but with great attention to detail and precision. I got the gel pedicure. Their prices are very affordable and they have an adequate selection of colors. This would be a great place for a bridal shower event, girls weekend or just a relaxing place to stop in on the square after shopping or dining. read more

This used to be my go to place but I was getting a pedicure and he asked me if I wanted to get my cuticles cut on my finger nails, thinking it would be a max $10 up charge I said yes. At checkout they tried to charge me for a FULL MANICURE ($35), mind you he only cut my cuticles and put lotion on my hands. They instead charged me for a "polish change" which was still $25. I feel as though I got scammed because they were not upfront with the massive upcharge. So I ended up paying $50 for a pedicure and the have my cuticles cut, not worth it!! read more

When visiting here make sure they are following what you tell them. I recently went in with one of my good friend, for my second time because the first I got exactly what I wanted and I loved the environment I was able to sit back relax, while getting dolled up. My friend asked for a SNS set, I asked for an acrylic set because I work with my hands and the dip powder is to fragile and I do better with acrylic over lays (was still givin the SNS, and told that "it was a different way"). The sets were done as we were getting our pedicures. We got charged the same thing at the end 103 each and left a 20% tip. The receipt isn't detailed just says the total. They are friendly and it's a nice environment, super sweet even offer drinks. Attached is a photo of my nails just 2 days after getting them done. Still a nice place and would recommend, prices are comparable to the salons around. Would recommend making appointment but they are great about taking walk ins. read more
