I happened to stumble on this place through Yelp and boy am I happy I did! They have parking in the back which I didn't know about so I parked across the street and played frogger to get there haha. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was immediately greeted by Cody and he sat me down right away and heard what I had to say and listened to what I wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He soaked my nails and wrapped them in foil then told me his wife Yen would be taking care of me. She came right to where I was and listened to what I needed and did it right away! The cost was so affordable and I will definitely come back here! I have already showed off my nails and recommended this place to some people and it has only been an hour! Thank you Yen Nail N' Spa, I am so happy! I found this store on Yelp and decided to try it out! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got a deluxe manicure and pedicure from Tammy. Tammy was patient, talented, kind and gentle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My pedicure was done in a very nice pedicure chair, and the water tub had jet in it which felt so very good. I was moved to a table for my manicure, and the chair was quite comfortable. I was then put to a drying bar. The store is decorated nicely with lots of greenery and color. I have found my nail salon and I won't be going anywhere else! I haven't had hand and feet that have looked this pretty in years ! They are closed Tuesdays. So I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter and granddaughter for SNS nails for the Thanksgiving holidays while they were in town. We also had my baby granddaughter with us. Our experience was good very nice and clean and thoughtful. My daughter had her nails done first then he did me. the only thing was he kinda rushed through mine because my baby granddaughter was starting to cry a lot it was feeding time. He was doing a good job but had cut my cuticles several times. Which made my fingers hurt for a few days. Not a big deal. The job he did was really good and looks awesome. I decided on a whim to get my nails done before going on vacation. I read reviews on here, Google, Facebook, etc and decided to give Yen a try. I was able to get an appointment with Cody for the next day. (The fact that it was midweek helped.) The salon was very neat and clean. All the employees were wearing masks. Cody did a fabulous job and was very gentle. A week later and my nails still look wonderful. I will definitely be back! read more

First impressions, called to make an appointment and man I spoke with was okay but not overly friendly. He Informed me when I asked for tech who likes designs that they can't do anything crazy. Thats okay I just want a simple design but I want someone who likes doing them. They are typically better at it if they enjoy it. My tech Rosie did a great job on my nails. Only complaint is she didn't speak much English and seemed very unhappy, overworked possibly. It's very clean and organized. Not a fan of the Asian music they have on loop there. Also pedicure chairs seemed really old and making annoying squeaking sounds while on. Not very relaxing. Over all it was a decent experience I liked my nails. But just not my type of place. read more

Came to Gtown 2 years ago. Tried SEVERAL Nail Salons in the area. NONE of them knew how to deal with nails that lift and each one of them shockingly unprofessional. Yen Nails and Spa hands down are the most customer oriented, professionals charging fair prices in the entire area. Cody does my nails and Tammy does my pedicures. Overall pretty disappointed with my experience. The place is clean and the pricing is good, but the lady nicked me multiple times with the drill bit causing me to bleed, and she cut my nails at different lengths. I made comments asking her to fix it but she never did. read more

So upset, i went in with my little one about 2 and half weeks ago. We all got mani's & pedis, it was a fun treat for my young daughter. That same day, my little one started complaining about her toe hurting. I thought maybe it was because they had cut her toe nail to short. A couple of days later her mail started to get yellow and crusty. Several days after that it started blistering regardless of me applying all kinds of things on it. Since it was getting worse i made a doctors appointment and the doctor confirmed that it was infected and could've been from a infected tool being used on her. Well now it makes sense because her nail was cut entirely to short and the older lady that was doing her pedicure seemed really frustrated since my little one kept wiggling around after her toe nails got painted. I have been to this place several times and i just can't stress it enough, regardless of how clean it looks unless they're disinfecting their tools correctly it can become a huge problem. read more

UPDATE: Lisa isn't there anymore, but I've seen Diane a few times now and she does a great job as well with the SNS nails. Just moved to the area and have been trying to find a new nail place. I tried another place a couple of weeks ago and didn't like how my nails came out. Lisa fixed them up. She did ombré with SNS and did a great job. My nails are nice and thin how I like them. I live out of town and chose this place because they state they take walk ins. Upon being asked if I have an appointment the owner rolled his eyes and acted as though I was an inconvenience. I chose to take my business elsewhere as attitude usually translates into the quality of work that will be completed. read more

I have been to this shop several times. This shop is friendly, delivers consistently good results, and has a great nail polish selection. It is a little pricier than some other nail salons, so if budget is your primary concern, keep that in mind. I'd personally rather pay a little extra and get quality, consistency and a friendly atmosphere. read more

I had a pedicure and dip nails done today and the service was outstanding! I felt very safe with the Covid precautions that are being taken at Yen Nail N' Spa-you must wear a mask and everyone inside who works there is masked correctly, they request you wash your hands immediately upon entering and you need to have an appointment prior to coming in. I have a latex allergy and they have latex free gloves available as well for the nail techs to use. I believe that my nail tech was Diana (I apologize if I got her name wrong) and she did an amazing job and she was really great to chat with. I haven't had my nails done in over 5 years and she did just as I asked, keeping them short since I work on a computer all day and I can't stand the 'clicking' noise of long nails. This is the best nail salon EVER. They always do an awesome job and treat us like family. You can always count on Cody referring to all clients as boss. The spa is super clean and everyone is super friendly. Nicolas is my go to guy! You can't go wrong with anyone else but I just love Nicolas. He treats everyone with great respect, makes sure you're getting exactly what you want - even when you're not sure. However, he was clearly very apologetic and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I appreciated. But later, the nail drill nicked the skin next to my cuticle, which hurt. I feel like I wouldn't have been cut if we just slowed down a little bit.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. This was my second visit to Ten Nail Spa. Both times I got a pedicure and this time I also got a manicure. I'll start with the manicure. I have natural strong and long nails. I have only had 2 manicures in my life because I do not like how my nails and paint look when a mail shop does them. Yesterday, that changed. Cindy did my manicure and it is PERFECT! She trimmed my nails to the perfect length, shaped them beautifully and the polish job was flawless. I will definitely let her do another manicure!!! The pedicures.... Oh my! First, let's talk about my heels. Yes, those dry scratchy heels we all have... Well, they get them smooth. And you know what? The smoothness lasted longer than other places I've been. Cindy also did my pedicure and it was also flawless. I usually do the one with everything. Parafin, hot toweI, hot stone, callous remover...everything. Also, the owner and staff a very nice!! This place is the best nail salon I think I have been to. They act so maturely when there is an issue with another customer. They did my nails so good I am very happy with my nails. My brother tagged along with me and my sister when we went to get out nails done and he got a pedicure while he was sitting there waiting and he was sooo relaxed. He kept on talking about how good it felt and how good they massaged him. Cody is one of my favorites just because he is soo kind and caring and he makes sure your happy with your nails and if your not then he will fix them until you are happy with them. The employees were ju just so kind and generous they would ask you if you needed anything to drink and just making sure re your were happy with yourself.... I highly recommend this place.! read more

This salon is my new happy place!!! Very pleasant, yet professional staff and super clean no chemical smells building...here's something that stands out with me, they "genuinely appreciate your business!". So many places don't truly care these days, SIGH; so unfortunate and discouraging. These nice people are pleasant to be around and gave me my best pedi and mani e-v-e-r. My hands and feet looked and felt divine; using past tense because it's time for another now. Will certainly visit them as often as possible and I think they are very fair in prices. Cody and his team provided an excellent spa experience at a very reasonable price. From the clean and stylish environment, to the wonderful service, Yen Nail N' Spa is now the main salon I will be frequenting for all future manicures and pedicures. I took my mother for a spa day and we were thoroughly pampered by the team and were not only relaxed, we have beautiful fingers and toes to show for it! I have been to plenty of nail salons but this one is the absolute BEST. The people there are so kind. With my job I get off work pretty late (5:00ish) and they never hesitate to take me. It's also so relaxing. Each time I go I get a free glass of wine or water, the massage with the pedicure always feels good, and they will also massage your shoulders and neck after a manicure! I feel extremely relaxed and happy when I leave. Plus my nails also look great and stay on for a while! I look forward to the next time I go! read more

I've been to Yen about 5 times and I am never disappointed! Their staff is friendly, courteous, and do a wonderful job! This place is clean! They use disposable liners in the foot spas, and they are always opening up packages of clean tools! Did I mention the prices are amazing?! Shellac manicure & deluxe pedicure = $70! I will keep coming back to Yen! read more

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and in just a few moments we were seated and the pedicures began. We were asked if we wanted a beverage and were served out choice of a hot tea. The lady that started working on my pedicure was doing a good job. I like the care and attentiveness she gave. Most surprising and pleasing was the salt scrub and in depth leg and foot massage. After my left lef was finished, there was a bit of a tag team going on and I had a second lady to pick up where she left off - I suspect the first lady had an appointment arrive and was just filling in. Either way, they both did a wonderful job with the leg and foot massage and the use of the hot stones was wonderful. The massage was followed with warm towels wrapped around the legs. Over all it was a good experience, reasonably priced and well worth the time and money. I would probably be a regular here if I were a local.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. I will be taking my business--and my tipping--elsewhere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply asking to be treated the same as others.
