They never disappoint me...we went in this Sunday for gel manicures and were in and out in under an hour. Not to mention they gave me and my daughter Christmas gifts which was so sweet. Thank you we appreciate it...don't think I've ever had a nail salon do that. I also forgot to mention they have a rewards card that they punch each visit and once it's filled you get a discount on your next visit. My nails are healthy and look great. My daughter's nails also last more than 2 weeks and she plays volleyball. Def give them a try if you're needing a mani/pedi!! read more

I love this little place! It's not fancy or anything, but the prices are so reasonable and they do a great job. I think they serve wine, but I'm not sure - I've never been offered and never asked. I had my nails painted he first time then went for a gel mani. She was very thorough and the polish looks great. I like that the polish doesn't lift near the root and my mani looks great even after 2-3 weeks. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is that they are rough when they take off your gel polish and it scratches the surface of your nails. Either way, my nails are growing so I guess they know what they're doing. I can't wait to get a pedicure from them. Would definitely recommend!!! read more

With so many great reviews, I went there thinking I'd be thrilled, but I wasn't. I called and scheduled a manicure, pedicure and set of tips. The prices are a little high, so I figured it would be a better grade of service. The deluxe pedicure was very enjoyable, although for some reason, a different person jumped in and did just the hot stone massage, and she was just watching tv the whole time and not paying attention. She basically just rubbed a hot rock against my shins, but whatever. An hour later, the first girl starts on my set of tips. This took over an hour and was painful at times, because the dremel tool they used to file my nails down didn't work properly. It kept stopping and starting in fits, leading to friction heat. She finishes the tips and goes to start polishing my nails and I say, "what about the manicure? I'd like my hands cleaned up, lotion, the massage, all of the things listed in the deluxe manicure... She hadn't snipped hangnails, pushed back cuticles, nothing. At that point, she told me that NO ONE wants a manicure AND tips, only one or the other and that I didn't know enough about nails to understand how it's done. She was really annoyed that I wanted my actual FINGERS to look nice, not just my fake nails. Huh? I reminded them of what I asked for on the phone and she said, "yes, you're wrong. You don't want three services. You want two services. I'll be here until midnight with you!" She then takes a phone call from her babysitter and then complains to me that because of me, she'll be late picking up her two year old. Pretty disappointing. Over $90 and after all that, no lotion or hand massage, and the tips started separating from the nail beds within the week. Never again. read more

So the place I intended to go had a sign in the door that said closed till the 11th. I jumped on Yelp, and found this place close by. I went in with no expectations and it was the best experience I've ever had a nail salon. My consultants name was Lynn. She was so sweet, very professional, thorough, and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what was being done. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely go back to her soon. They give you a menu and ask you to pick which level of pedicure you would like. I got the cheapest one, which was $27. Their cheapest pedicure, was so much better than anyones normal pedicure that I don't know how much more they could do for the higher level ones. They had very nice spot pedicure chairs, and the temperature in water were perfect. All in all, I couldn't recommend this place more and I hope to visit many more times! read more

I never expected to do a review for a nail salon, but here goes. I met Heidi to do an insurance quote and decided to get a manicure because she was such a nice lady. I didn't have an appointment and asked her if she had time so she worked me in. After I left, I was so impressed, I showed my nails off to everyone I met that day - and the next day - and the next day. Lets see, I showed them to my wife, my coworkers, my neighbors and my barber plus a few random people along the way. All of the women were really impressed with the work she did, although all of the guys asked me "why are you showing me your nails?". So, since I have to stop showing them off, I wanted to leave a review and say thanks. Heidi is friendly, helpful and incredibly thorough. One day when I went to get ready for my wedding I accidentally put my shoes on when my toes were still not completely dried because I was in a hurry and ruined her art work on my toes- Angel (the owner) not only upgraded me to gel but she also gifted me the service as her wedding gift. Heidi explained it is because she like giving quality service and most nail technicians want to rush to get more customers through. Just make sure to call ahead! Had a very good experience today, Sunday, at Cosmo Spa and Nails. I made an appointment online and someone texted me back within a few minutes. I made an appointment for 11:00 am on Sunday and they were able to take me as soon as I arrived. Someone greeted me right away as soon as I walked in, gave me plenty of time to choose my nail color and had my hot water ready for my pedicure. Two techs offered me something to drink and even offered to get the wifi code for my young son who was waiting for me. The male nail tech asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and he didn't force anything else on me. He gave me an awesome foot/leg massage, took his time trimming, cleaning and buffing my nails and feet. He worked efficiently and my pedicure looks so good. I will be coming back! read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I picked out gel color that was pink and when it was finished it was clearly red. I showed the lady and she said "that's the color you picked." The color looked nothing like the one i picked out. I even told her when we started that I needed pink because it was a little girl in our class room's favorite color and I wanted to surprise her. She charged me full price even though I didn't get what I originally asked for and was not satisfied. I told her that I shouldn't have to pay the full price but she did and to top it off it was more than expected because she up-sold my pedicure. I'm extremely picky about my nails and have yet to find a place in the Round Rock/Georgetown area that I like. Heidi did an amazing job on my acrylic overlays and took her time and was very detailed. My acrylic wasn't too thin or too thick and the polish job was great! I did call to make an appointment just because I hate waiting if I have a bit of a tight schedule. I have been searching for a good place to get my nails done because the last place I went gave me a nail infection and wouldn't acknowledge it (I paid cash) and said I had never been there. We were eating at Pluckers and I saw the sign for Cosmo Spa Nail so I went in to give them a try. Heidi took me in right away and gave me the most awesome nail experience.
