Came here for the first time for a pedicure and will not be returning. The lady who greeted me was pushing gel polish. As a skin cancer survivor I do not do gel due to UV light but she kept pushing it. Very frustrating. And their regular polish options are EXTREMELY limited. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. The place you put your feet was very hard and uncomfortable. She barely did anything to the bottom of my feet. There was a man working at the manicure area who sounded like he was snoring but he was very much awake. One of the ladies who works there was getting an IV in the pedicure area. And worse the polish barely lasted. This place is a hot mess. read more

Did a last-minute walk in before closing and Tony did a great job on my nails. I did a fall theme with two designs and I just love them and received many compliments. For a refill gel polish with two designs paid $70 which does not include the tip overall wonderful experience definitely recommend this salon for all your nail needs. read more

This place had caught my eye and my mom and I decided to go in for mani/pedi's when she visited from out of town. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Ummmmmm. This really hurts to write literally.I have truly enjoyed prior visits and so did my husband. Today I was uncomfortably twisted for my mani pedi. Started off with the mani then after removing the polish, took me over to my pedi chair. Normally they are done separately for a reason - to relax during the pedi! Nope. Twisted my hands, legs and back. So NOT comfortable! . Lots of smudges on my nails. Even on my skin. No lotion or oils after powder nails applied. The pedicure. Went super fast. Not sure why. When the hot towels came out-all discolored and dirty looking. They definitely need fabric softener in them or buy new ones! They felt like they were scratching my legs and my toes. A very uncomfortable feeling. Then after the Polish. Just left sitting there. No one came to see if they were dry, nothing. I finally got up and checked out and left. Second time coming here and I just say that the service is consistent and they are THE BEST! The owner is so sweet--my natural nails always break but I prefer to keep them long. She goes above and beyond to help me maintain the length and the strength of my natural nail. Also, love the shape and they have even more color options now! The staff wanted to make sure I was comfortable and offered water and a massage chair while I waited for a manicure. I face a picture of what I wanted and I loved that she walked through it every step of the way to make sure I was happy with what she could do. I went to this nail shop to check it out after having a rough start to my week to pamper myself. That was not the case. My niece does my nails usually, but the last couple of times I have tried other spots to test what's out there and how they compare. They dont!! By a long shot. So let's get into it. When I walked in, on a Tuesday about 4:15p, it was not busy at all as I would expect on a mid week day. It was pretty quiet , the shop was not clean but it was presentable. The tech that was assigned to me when booking the appointment was Jenny. I was scheduled for GelX nails with mo fancy additions. Prices were pretty fair in my opinion but maybe that's why they are fair. The vibe and attention given is also what I would call fair. And I think I'm being nice. When applying the gel x nails, the texh did not prep the gel x nails for adhesion. I have seen the process many of times even on Amazon and it's not how she was going about it. That was my first flag. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt so I just watched and assumed that maybe she had her own style. That's for sure. Needless to say by the time the application was done I had two crooked nails and two nails not even sitting atop my nail. They were lifted. That's concerning since I don't want food or anything else stuck in there to cause infections and when they grow out, they'll be crooked and pointed up weird hahaha. When I washed my hands and pointed it out to her along with the fact that the gel around my cuticles had been filed off so my nail already looked like it need a fill. She responded that it's smooth so it won't show under the polish. So we just do sub par work but want full price. Interesting. The tech was not accepting the flaws and continued to explain that the reason these few nail were like they were was because of my nail bed. This is classic deflection when they don't wanna fix or admit that it's not ok. Is my nail bed the reason I have these crooked nails too?! I was not very happy when I explained to her that I am not willing to accept that answer because I get gel x exclusively and that's just not right. She began talking about me to others in the shop with an attitude and told me the manager is coming. She got up and moved seats. I politely told her that she could just take all the mails off and I could just keep my money and go. I would be fine with that. She just continued to look at me and talk to others in the shop in her language. Rude!! The manager came and said that she would fix them and warranty them. If I would just calm down she would fix them. Interesting words she was using multiple times she kept telling me to just calm down. I wasn't even talking and I never even raised my voice. I was in my work clothes and would never act out of sorts while being in logo gear. By this time I had tears in my eyes because I was not being treated well at all and then made to feel as if I was doing something wrong. After the umpteenth time the manager told me to just calm down I explained to her that I am and was calm however her employee was not and that is whom she should be talking to. I let her know VERY POLITELY that the way her employee treated and spoke ro me was very unacceptable and should not be tolerated. She is the one that should calm down. She stuffed a bunch of glue under my nails as you see in the photos and then put a coat on the top of a couple nails to make them look as if they were done right. Needless to say, I came I saw and I will NEVER EVER do it again. I had to settle for what I got and pay for what I truly didn't want. It's all good. The manager made the best of a piss poor application. They charged me regular price for an unregular job. It'll do for now.i gave two stars because the manager did fix what she could so to the naked eye, they pass. I would not recommend or fo back. I am not sure how they have the ratings they do with this type of service. Gues I just wasn't one of the lucky ones. read more

Seems like they changed management along with all their nail techs. I used to go here EVERY MONTH for my nails and always had a great experience and today's experience literally had me near tears. I was treated coldly. Literally waited like 15 mins just for them to acknowledge I was there. Then when getting my nails done it felt like they were filing off my fingers not even my nails. They did a sloppy job at a simple French and didn't even fix it. My acrylic was not applied evenly I have a nail that's facing towards the left and they're all bumpy and uneven. Never again. I want to give a good review as I feel that May not be what other's experience. I made an appointment and was there about 5 minutes early. I was told that it would be another 10-15 minutes. No problem. I am used to things running a little behind. I was not at all bothered by this until, after the 10 minutes, the manager sat me at a table for my service and said she'd be right with me. At that time, she went back to the pedicure area, flitting around talking to those in that area. I had asked for the color books so that I could pick a color. After requesting again, I was given two books, one of which was sparse with colors. They really didn't have a good selection of colors or brands. Again, I can work with that. But finally the manager returned to me, and in a huff started preparing my nails for soak off (I had requested a fill). When I stopped her, she left me again to check on everyone else. Finally, about 30 minutes after I arrived, she sat dow to begin working on me. I had picked between tow colors and asked her advice. She quickly called out one of those numbers. I was fine it. She continued in me, not showing any interest in me, my comfort, or anything. She continued looking out into the parking lot. I believe that they may have had other appointments coming in as the shop began to get busy. She did an okay job on the fill, but the buff was horrible. I asked for them to be smoother, and she repeated the same quick attempt to smooth the surface. Then she had me wash my hands. I am in a power wheelchair, not really able to get to the hand washing station, or reach the tools there. She offered no help or consideration. She painted my nails, gel as I had selected, but with the wrong color. I didn't realize how different it was until she had finished and I looked at them in the light. Awful! I complained to Michael as I checked out. She made no attempt to apologize for her lack of attention to me as she worked on my nails. It was as though she resented me choosing her salon for service, or that she had to do my nails. IDK! I will only go back there if one of these nails breaks b4 2 weeks, in which case I will get the repair there. Her name is Jenny...really unpleasant person. Michael however was very hospitable, and professional. I only wished that he had been the one to do my nails. If so, my review would most have been a positive one. read more
