She has more colors and stencils, stickers, and tricks up her sleeve than you can imagine, so there will be no shortage on nail designs. It's not something that I would do frequently, but the occasional treat and a little self pampering does wonders for the soul. The front part of the salon was jampacked, but the back portion should wear all the pedicure chairs were just myself and another patron As you might expect, I was the only male in the place other than one male staff member I was able to totally relax. When I took too long, the owner (?) told me "let's go, (employee) is waiting for you. I will bring you the book". I wasn't impressed with my pedicure, and I got nicked on my cuticle. The paint was rushed and not even. Between the manager being pushy and the pedicure not being relaxing, I did not leave a tip and I do not plan to ever go back.

As a skin cancer survivor I do not do gel due to UV light but she kept pushing it. Very frustrating. And their regular polish options are EXTREMELY limited. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. The place you put your feet was very hard and uncomfortable. She barely did anything to the bottom of my feet. There was a man working at the manicure area who sounded like he was snoring but he was very much awake. One of the ladies who works there was getting an IV in the pedicure area. And worse the polish barely lasted. This place is a hot mess.

I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.
