The final technician was repeatedly coughing and hacking throughout my appointment and appeared to be visibly sick, which made me very uncomfortable. I also noticed that I was never given one of the armrest pads that other customers had. When my appointment was finished, several of my nails had been filed unevenly. Just four days later, one of my nails chipped, and about three days after that, the polish on a different nail completely peeled off. Overall, I was very unhappy with both the service and the quality of the manicure. I won't be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

As a skin cancer survivor I do not do gel due to UV light but she kept pushing it. Very frustrating. And their regular polish options are EXTREMELY limited. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. The place you put your feet was very hard and uncomfortable. She barely did anything to the bottom of my feet. There was a man working at the manicure area who sounded like he was snoring but he was very much awake. One of the ladies who works there was getting an IV in the pedicure area. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. I opted for just a fill on my overlay with gel polish and a gel manicure for my daughter. My nails are almond shaped and some were not shaped the same as others. I wasn't upset when I left because this wasn't my regular nail salon so I figured it wouldn't be 100% what I'm used to...but the next day my polish chipped, my middle finger nail on my right hand my nail overlay chipped off, and my daughters gel polish peeled off. I'm not sure if I caught them on a not so good day due to holiday or what. Sad to say I've seen this place many times due to shopping at HEB and went in on a whim but I doubt I'll be returning.
