It's not something that I would do frequently, but the occasional treat and a little self pampering does wonders for the soul. The front part of the salon was jampacked, but the back portion should wear all the pedicure chairs were just myself and another patron As you might expect, I was the only male in the place other than one male staff member I was able to totally relax. Prime nail bar is very spacious, looks to be very clean, and we did not wait more than 5 minutes as walk in. The man who did my pedicure didn't handle ingrown nails the best, but he was pleasant and polite. I could tell he and the woman who did my boyfriend's pedicure were talking about us from time to time in their language. (Very common but it was NOT subtle). The owner was up front at the counter greeting customers, she seems to be very involved and she is so polite. I definitely wouldn't mind giving Prime another chance. It was not too bad of an experience.

As a skin cancer survivor I do not do gel due to UV light but she kept pushing it. Very frustrating. And their regular polish options are EXTREMELY limited. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. The place you put your feet was very hard and uncomfortable. She barely did anything to the bottom of my feet. There was a man working at the manicure area who sounded like he was snoring but he was very much awake. One of the ladies who works there was getting an IV in the pedicure area. And worse the polish barely lasted. This place is a hot mess.

1-star review I would NOT RECOMMEND this salon for gel…read morenails. I asked Tammy for Hailey Bieber-style neutral, thin chrome nails, but unfortunately the result looked very different--thick, uneven, and poorly finished. The polish appeared to be applied very thickly and cured with a lot of bubbles. One nail had to be redone, and the finished nails were noticeably uneven. Cuticle oil was also placed on the nails before they were put under the curing lamp, which left me concerned about the overall process. The salon also did not appear to have individual, organized nail stations, and I did NOT see LICENSED nail technicians CERTIFICATIONS, which is something I expect from my usual salon. Tammy was nice and polite, but unfortunately I was very unhappy with the quality of the service and the final result. I am requesting a refund from Butterfly Nail at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
