I'm not sure what to say about this place. Two very different experiences. I came in about a month ago, about an hour before closing time. They were busy, but got me in and I had a top notch pedicure. It was excellent. Today I came in at 5pm. They were not busy at all, but they were done in about 20-25 minutes. Everything was fast fast fast. Fastest pedicure I've ever had in my life. It was like they were trying to help me catch a plane or something. They did so good last time I decided to come back. Today was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life, so I don't think I can gamble on going back. Don't know what I'm gonna get. read more

I had a 5:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, yet I wasn't seated until 5:45 PM with no explanation or apology. Before starting, I showed Lynn (the manager) a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. The photo stayed in front of her the entire time. She quoted me $75, and I chose two colors up front, which were also in front of her from the beginning. Halfway through the service, after acrylics were already applied, she told me the colors I had chosen were "for regular polish, not gel," and made me change them. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a sparkly base and chrome, which was clearly visible in the reference photo. She assured me that even though she was using a matte color, it would "end up sparkly." This was not true. She then applied gray over my nails, a color I never wanted or approved. The design looked nothing like the reference photo. When I finally spoke up, I was told that if I wanted my nails to actually look like the photo, the price was now $90--a price that was never mentioned before or during the service. Changing the price after the service has already gone wrong is completely unacceptable. The final result was nothing like what I requested and honestly looked terrible. I paid $70 for nails I hated and was extremely upset afterward. When I called the next day to explain that I was unhappy, Lynn yelled at me, told me that "anywhere else this would be $100," and dismissed my concerns. This was never about the price--it was about lack of transparency, poor communication, and misleading customers. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I will be disputing the charge and reporting this business. I do not recommend this salon. read more

Everything has been updated from the chairs floors and lighting. The new owners are super sweet and I could not have asked for a better Gel Mani & Pedi. 1 star - Worst nail salon experience I've ever had I booked online for a regular pedicure ($30) and a gel manicure ($35) and clearly stated in the comments that I wanted my gel removed by soak-off only, no drill on my natural nails. I specifically chose a technician and arrived early for my appointment. From the moment I sat down, it was a nightmare. The technician insisted I had "builder gel" on my nails and repeatedly told me it would not come off with acetone wraps. I told her multiple times she was wrong and explained exactly what product was on my nails. She would not listen. I literally had to call my nail tech of four years on speakerphone for her to explain it to them, and even then they continued arguing. Staff were whispering to each other and staring at me, creating an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment. Another tech inserted herself into a private conversation I was having in Spanish with my daughter and announced "I know Spanish" -- completely inappropriate and unprofessional. After soaking, the gel did come off, exactly as I said it would. I had to scrape my own nails with the metal tool because the technician kept saying it "wasn't coming off" while barely trying. I was forced to advocate for myself the entire time. Then I was told I was "in a hurry" (I was not), and they acted surprised when I still expected my manicure to be done. The entire experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and uncomfortable. At checkout, they tried to charge higher prices than what I booked online. Because of the way I was treated and the unprofessional behavior throughout, I left no tip and walked out. This was hands down the most stressful, uncomfortable nail salon experience I've ever had. If you care about being listened to, respected, or having your services done properly, I do not recommend this place. read more

This is a great location. My nail technician worked very hard to try and find the SNS color I was wearing. When I wasn't confident in what we found, we found something I liked better! I wasn't hassled with a bunch of nonsense conversation. It was nice to sit, be pampered, and listen to the music. It was comfortable. My nails turned out beautifully, smooth, and the perfect shape. This was the highest spa pedicure they offer and she rushed through it for 30 minutes. She also refused to do my cuticles and gave the worst massage, it was a very weak massage for the 12 minutes. I was very surprised. It's super clean and the front hostess was wonderful but I don't like when a nice spa has loud conversations abounding. I would actually go again and try it out with another spa tech just to see if that makes the difference. Pros: super clean, nice hostess. Cons: loud talking, uncomfortable spa tech. I have been doing my nails for over 30 years, and I have never encountered the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced at this salon. As a first-time guest, this was by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever witnessed. My mother was the client, and I sat there and watched the entire interaction unfold. The staff repeatedly argued with her about what type of gel she had on her nails, to the point that she had to call her regular nail technician back home to explain that she did not have builder gel. All my mother wanted was a soak-off, but because soaking takes longer, they continuously pushed to use an electric filing machine instead -- something that can damage natural nails and that she clearly did not want. The situation became increasingly uncomfortable when the staff began speaking about her among themselves instead of addressing her respectfully. When my mother calmly explained to me in Spanish what was happening, one of the technicians interrupted us to say she spoke Spanish and told us to "watch what we say," even though nothing disrespectful was being said -- we were simply discussing what had occurred. After this, the technician sitting in front of my mother outright refused to continue her service. A nail salon should be a place of relaxation and self-care, not a place where clients feel tension, discomfort, or disrespect. No one should be made to feel this way while paying for a service. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon based on how my mother was treated. read more

I was searching for a new nail place and saw this one had great reviews. I don't normally get my nails done unless it's for special occasions and was able to book an appointment a week earlier pretty easily. I got a gel pedicure and the dip powder manicure. I had an older woman who did my toes, and she did an OK job. There were still some paint chips on my toes, and some of the toenails weren't straight after trimming. The gal who sat at the first chair I expected to be top notch for a French manicure but honestly was so disappointed once I walked out. The French manicure was botched in my opinion - there were spots all over the clear area, the filing was square but still needed to be filed and tapered in a little instead of just coming straight down and looking wide. I even had to suggest for her to paint the clear area of the French pink to see if it would cover up any of the splotches but it didn't make a difference. The prep could've honestly been better, especially since they removed what gel I had prior. It was a clean slate she was working with! Anywho, I'm sure they were short staffed cause I also had mentioned getting a design on the phone, but she asked if she could just do French on the spot while I was there because they had a couple of walkins come in at the same time. Still, service was OK, I still tipped them out, but this place may only be great for solid color painting of nails. read more

I wanted to take acrylic nails off and go back to natural nails. I've had this done before with no issues. As the technician was cutting my acrylic off she cut too far and took my nail in over skin to the point it was fairly painful. I wanted to chalk it up to an accident, but not but a few minutes later one of my cuticles was cut too deep as well and began to bleed. She apologized, was very sweet, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back again. I don't even feel like the nails look presentable. Was hoping for at least uniform shape. She is a true professional, efficient and caring. I have been going through treatments for breast cancer and the treatments, each step of the way has been brutal on my nails. I continuously lose nails, or they swell up, turn black and blue. She spends hours taking care of my hands and feet. So gently and hygienically . I have watched her work on my 95 year old moms nails, the same way. I've watched her with mothers and daughters spending time together, making sure they have a special time. Free coffee, water or a glass of wine never hurts to help the experience. She treats each customer with kindness and respect. The shop carries the newest and latest fads and colors. Worst manicure I've ever had. The guy working was incredibly rough with me. Several times I was wincing and pulling back and he would just scoff at it. He made my cuticles bleed in 3 places. Also, I know my natural nails are short but I cannot have acrylic tips because of my job. I told them this up front. I had a MUCH longer tip on my natural nail when he started though, and he filed all of it away! My nail is several millimeters shorter than when I went in. He filed so much it started to heat up and hurt the skin on my fingertips! I almost cried and walked out in the middle. Then he stood over me while I paid to make sure I tipped. Great nail shop. My sister took me for my birthday to get a mani and pedi and the staff did a great job. They are very friendly and bring you complimentary drinks. They work quickly but they aren't rough or careless. Everything looked really clean and they have a good selection of polishes. I opted for the gel polish which I later regretted because I didn't know you need to have it professionally removed! Bad decision, haha. The polish on my toenails lasted forever but it started chipping off on my fingernails within a couple of days. I was disappointed by the gel fingernail polish not lasting longer, but I would just go with a regular polish next time so I can take it off myself. I'm cool with the cuticle clip as for me personally, I need a really good one. But they forgot the lotion massage before the polish went on so when I asked if they do it they said yes and did it hastily after they painted the nails. They also had some festive nail design and I chose one but they tried to up-sale me on it saying it was because it's not the season but I showed them the price on the back of the design and they gave me that price. They also forgot my guest was getting BOTH a mani/pedi and didn't do the mani until I reminded them and then they rushed through the mani. What an awful experience! Showed the girl there who everyone supposedly bragged about the same exact job she did asked her to do it on my nails and she did it like 5 times and agreed it looked bad. Ended up taking it off. Half the time it was quiet (she did not talk much and when she could, she was on her phone. That's not professional!). I must say that she did an awful job... one nail was short the other was long, one she shaped squared and another was more round. Definitely do not recommended or I won't return... if you are looking for protection this isn't the place. This was about a month ago. And yes I am sure! I will not bash the girl that did this but I'll give you a hint- everyone wants her to do their nails and her designs are posted with her name on each photo.
