If I could give La Bella Nails & Spa 6 stars, I would. I've been a regular for a little over a year now, visiting every three weeks for acrylics and pedicures. It's one of my favorite places to be! The environment here is very warm and welcoming, relaxing and clean. Whenever I visit, I always feel special because everyone greets me by my name and is very professional. As far as services and prices go, they're pretty fair and competitive for the area. For acrylics and nail design, I usually book with Hannah. Hannah is a great listener and does really well with nail designs that I show her for inspiration. She is always giving me a nail design that is a lot better than what I show her. If it's something she can't do, she is always honest and gives great alternatives to the design I ask for. I had the worst experience with a pedicure recently. She actually removed skin from several toes while removing my old nail polish. Then I had to tell her to remove some of the nail polish that was on my skin above the nail and she looked annoyed that I even noticed here mistakes. Horrible experience!!! read more

They really took advantage of my daughter. She went in and got a full set of nails and clearly said she wanted gel so they could be refilled. The guy put dip on and when she went back for a refill they made her take them off and completely redo them. They charged her for another full set and then said they would have to charge her even more for the length she wanted. This is the same length she has always gotten. She has been going to this location for a while and has started to have progressively worse experiences. The final charge was over $60 after they said they gave her a discount and forced her into short nails. read more

2 starts only because it's the first place I've been where they trim your cuticles. I asked for acrylic powder but she was going to paint them? Shape is good, there's no base as you can see though, nails aren't supposed to bend upwards. She upgraded my service? She also said with gel nail polish on the receipt?? Like are you serious? I do not recommend this place if you want decent nails. They did good on my friends toes. I left before she even messed my nails up even more. First time here and horrible experience. I LOVE coming here. I had been needing to find a nail place and this place is THE ONE. They are so sweet, and actually hold conversations with you (I understand there's usually a language barrier) which is nice. They do very great work. Ive never had a complaint about my nails. I've even brought friends from out of town who say they'd travel just to get their nails done here. I've been to plenty of other shops that were slightly cheaper and just don't even compared to La Bella. The prices are super reasonable and definitely worth it for the fantastic job they do! 12/10 read more

Got my nails done here and I felt so pampered! Hannah did my manicure and she did a great job. There was no wait at all. The facility was very clean. And they gave me wine in an actual glass, unlike most places give you a little plastic cup. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Best mani and pedi I've ever had! This place is really a cut above the rest! They are meticulously clean and customer service oriented! I appreciate the fact that they pay attention to every little detail during my mani and pedi and never skip a step every time I'm there! In the new Randall's shopping center. Stopped by a couple of weeks ago because it's really close to my house. Was really impressed with the huge variety of colors and products. They have everything from Shellac to SNS and many many colors for each. Went again 20 minutes to closing without an appointment fully expecting to be rushed but I didn't care I just wanted to get new color since my gel nails were really grown out and was pleasantly surprised that they stayed late and gave me just as good a service and the full length massage as the first time. I've been coming to this nail salon pretty religiously for the past 9 months or so, each time leaving with a manicure I've been more or lass happy with... Today, I brought my whole family in to treat them looking to get my usual manicure. I get sns dip with heart sequins. When I let the person know that's what I was looking for while I was getting my pedicure, she was visibly agitated that I was looking for two colors and heart sequins. She proceeded to only soak one hand in acetone and then disappeared for the rest of my pedicure. I sat at her station and again she was quite rude. Making it clear that she was not pleased to fulfill the request I had made. So, after some conversing amongst themselves and some whining on her part, I got a story about how the heart sequins had disappeared and next time I could get the service that I was looking for... nah... I don't think I'll be back. The sad part is all it takes is one person to ruin an entire experience. *If you must go request Hannah or Nina for your manicure. I was happy each time. read more

My mom and I have been going here since they first opened. We love it here and will continue coming back. We go to Lisa and Hannah and love both ladies but everyone there is extremely polite. We have had issues in the past at other salons that always hurt my mom but here she has not had this issue. And anytime a nail breaks (by our own fault) we go back and they fix it immediately. And they always make sure we are happy with the work they have done. Now my daughter goes to them as well and she has been happy with the results. read more

I have been a long time customer here and I am updating my review. Since Michael left, quality and service hasn't been the same. I keep trying to give this place a chance but every time I come back my nails seem break and chip within a week, barely lasting 2 weeks (this is for acrylic). I was here on a Friday and had to come back to get a nail fixed on Monday and was still charged $5. I have extremely short natural nails (I'm a biter) so I understand it makes them easier to break, but Michael would always do the extra to make them stronger the first time around so they would last longer, and they always did. I went in for 2 pedicures which I had called in advance, once we arrived we had to wait a good 30 minutes which was no big deal. They went and took the my mom, who I was with, to get a pedicure and COMPLETELY ignored me. Once she was done we left...there was no point in waiting yet another 30 minutes and for them to do a jacked up job. No thanks! I also had a friend go there by some weird coincidence and at checkout they didn't fully charge her so they chased her down at the grocery store next door to get her money.. Had a terrible experience today. My kids and I went to go get a pedicure together thinking we would quickly get done because it was early. Well my daughter and I did but they passed up my son for an hour tending to new customers. There response was we don't have technicians that do men when one of the customers they chose to do was a man. Sorry to say we will not be going there again. I just happened upon this place and I am certainly glad I did! I had to deluxe pedi treatment and it was wonderful. My nails were done by Hannah and they are absolutely beautiful. The salon is very large , peaceful and accommodating. The service was extraordinary! They do a wonderful job! I even drag my adult son in there for his First pedi. My nails were very uneven and not filled down to the cuticle.The women that does the acrylic fills is not friendly nor is the owner. I was a bit wary about trying a new salon but from my very first visit almost 5 yrs ago, I've never been more satisfied with my nail treatments and pedicures. Hannah is neat and precise in how she does my nails. She totally remembered my SNS nail preferences, ie., nail shape, thickness, length, etc from my very first visit and has NEVER waivered.
